Came to FINDS for dinner to try out the new set dinner menu , actually we came here last year and I remember the dishes were up to standard. We ordered two 4 courses set dinner, $588 each and this time we didn't choose the dishes with suplement. For the appetizer we both had the yellow tartare, very refreshing with cucumber juice, then for the soup...Blue mussel soup and cauliflower leek soup, the taste were just right 👍then for the main course we both tried the parchment poached black cod fillet. It was very interesting when I saw the staff served it to us. The black cod fillet was cooked in a parchment bag. The texture of the cod was cooked perfectly and I even finished it all with the soup of the cod👍👍👍😋Overal, it was worth trying it and not disapointed at all ! We were looking forward to this day to gather together in FINDS. A Scandinavian restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, not far away from the Mira. It is a very comfortable place to have a meal with friends. Staff was helpful and introduced to us one of the sharing menu , the Feast for Four menu and since all of us were craving for steak and saw in one of the set menu the Tomahawk steak ( served with carving trolley by the chef ) seems very interesting and it comes with free flow fries too👍👍😋Another dish was the big Nordic Seafood platter ….it’s a Wow !!!🤩 and the Nordic Seafood Stew which among of all dishes I like the most….very good quality seafood and freshness of the seafood 😋👍 and comes with a plate of sourdough toast , so nice to eat it with the salmon bisque 🤤 The service is excellent , friendly staff and very attentive. Overall I highly recommend FINDS and it’s delicious menu. The dishes were expertly prepared by the chef and the flavors of all dishes were exceptional. We had a wonderful dinner.
