自從港鐵西營盤站開通之後,多咗好多媒體介紹呢邊既餐廳,難得朋友仔肯過黎陪我食晚飯,梗肯要食好西啦!我之前已經黎過呢間Cafe2食lunch,不論食物、環境、價錢都覺得唔錯,所以想試埋Dinner會唔會更好呢?!先來既係黑松露牛肝菌雜菌湯($58),個人偏好菇菌類所以就叫咗呢個湯,一上檯已經聞到淡淡既松露香,飲落味道更香更濃郁,個湯一方面好creamy、另一方面有雜菌蓉,口感豐富!順帶一提個蒜蓉包都好香好鬆脆,加分👍🏻好友是雞翼控,所以佢就叫咗檸檬蜜糖雞翼($88) 本身以為隻雞翼係用檸檬蜜糖醃咗or 加咗檸檬蜜糖去焗,原來兩樣都唔係,係炸單骨雞翼配自家調配既檸檬蜜糖芥末醬汁,初初係有少失望既,但食落又ok喎,雖然係炸,但外面脆卜卜,咬開雞翼入面肉嫩之餘仲有肉汁架,至於個汁係亮點,酸酸甜甜但又有少少黃芥末味,清新減少油膩感!之黎再黎一個炭燒海鮮拼盤($288),見到隻大蝦已經流哂口水🤤仲有整隻魷魚、帶子、螺。大蝦、帶子啖啖肉仲帶牛油香,魷魚、螺配上泰式辣汁,更惹味,好快就食清喇!是晚晚餐重頭戲T-Bone Steak(35oz)($538),呢個夠哂震撼,起碼有2吋厚!而且一次過試到兩個不同部份,一邊是西冷,另一邊則是牛柳!兩個都很香牛肉味,但個人比較喜歡牛柳,比較軟淋,很juicy,唔使點芥末醬都已經好好味。鐵板朱古力布朗尼伴雲呢拿雪糕($58),女生飯局當然唔少得甜品,brownie加上朱古力醬,在鐵板上暖暖的,鬆軟但不鬆散,又不至於太甜,再配埋雲呢拿雪糕,冷熱交替,加倍滋味呢!食物質素有水準,當然價錢都有返咁上下,但物有所值既,會繼續幫襯。btw 平日夜晚都幾full,好在有book位咋!…Read More

近來愈來愈多餐廳落戶荃灣、葵芳,新界牛唔使下下山長水遠出九龍過海開飯。早排成日都開OT,好耐無同男友二人晚餐,所以想食好少少兼可以坐得舒服d,就揀咗呢間係荃灣千色廣場隔離既稻八日式火鍋炸物刺身放題。我地揀咗中價既極上安格斯牛小排放題($238),再揀埋牛乳湯底。因為星期三晚唔算好多人,好快就將湯底、牛肉、豬肉送到。除了肉類、刺身,其他火鍋配料、小食、飲品、甜品,都是放係出面自取的。種類都好多,尤其是蔬菜類,一般出街食都肉多過菜,呢度岩哂想食得健康d既人,而且最緊要夠新鮮嘛!我就拎咗d蕃茄淆下湯底,仲有我鐘意食既南瓜、旺菜同冬菇!唔想食熟菜既話,仲有沙律吧比你自己揀配料、醬汁,自己撈tim!另外仲有日式小食,中華沙律、蒜味螺肉、芝麻八瓜魚、蟹柳、枝豆!講返個火鍋先,牛乳湯底碌完既野食都有淡淡牛乳香。主角安格斯牛小排的質素幾好,脂肪不算多,不會太「鞋」太韌,仲有牛柳粒碌完再點點少少岩鹽帶出肉味,就已經停唔到口,暴風吸入😂另外點咗少少刺身試下,三文魚、北寄貝、希靈魚、甜蝦、八爪魚、螺片等大路野,至少唔係薄切,三文魚都ok,但甜蝦就有少少「梅」,淺嚐後都係留返個肚食其他。呢度最盞鬼既地方係自己既天婦羅自己炸,自己係凍櫃揀完放入炸爐度炸,再自己調味,男友整咗海老天婦羅,又幾好食喎!甜品我主打雪糕、雪米糍,口味多多,任君選擇。仲有Dryers' 藍莓芝士蛋糕味,一d都唔失禮!啪返杯再食多幾粒雪米糍,好飽呀!總括黎講呢度牛肉質素幾好,火鍋配料或者火鍋以外的食物選擇都多,而且有多個價錢揀,豐儉由人。…Read More

是晚有地膽說要帶我來這裡食好西,雖然間中會行經駱克道,但卻沒留意這是餐廳,一直以為是酒吧而已!🙈我倆點了芝士牛肉漢堡、雞堡、黑松露薯條及蒜香雞翼,飲品則點了Cookies & Cream Milkshake & Peachy Mocktails,擺到成檯野食,好壯觀!個黑松露薯條一放上檯,已經聞到濃濃既黑松露香,相機食先之際,口水多過浪花咁款😂快拍完就一條接一條,停唔到口喇!但底個d薯條就冇乜黑松露喇,如果換成黑松露醬代替茄汁會更好!另一小食蒜香雞翼,外脆內嫩,蒜香加上甜酸醬,非常惹味,雞翼控友人表示叫得6隻,每人分得3隻唔夠喉,早知就叫12隻啦!但兩個女仔邊食得哂咁多,淨係食完兜薯條同雞翼都飽飽地,因為呢度野食既份量都唔細架!再講Burger,芝士牛肉漢堡,漢堡包邊烘熱後脆脆的,牛肉好juicy,加上半溶既芝士、蕃茄、洋蔥,一口咬落去,多種口味,非常滿足!雞堡內塊雞扒幾厚切,惟邊位煎得乾咗少少,咬落有d硬,反而雞扒中間就ok,同埋好在醬汁味道幾好,加返分,可以加埋芝士就更好喇!最後講埋杯飲品,Cookies n Cream Milkshake 味道不錯,口感creamy,但比較甜同頂層既cream可以少返少少,而且加多d餅碎會更好!而友人個杯Peachy就幾fresh,香甜桃味配上微酸青檸汁,混合雪碧,味道都幾夾,又不會死甜!雖然今餐熱量超哂標,但好食既通常都係比較邪惡既,最多聽日食返清淡d囉!哈哈!結論係呢間burger可以再encore既!…Read More

有質素而抵食的甜品小店

剛開張的時候也來幫襯過幾次,到現在見有新menu,甜品款式比之前更多,更有我喜歡的紫薯系列,所以跟男友吃完晚飯過來試試新口味!位置方便,天水圍輕鐵站一下來,向村屋方向沿路行5分鐘就到。揸車的話仲可以泊在一糖對出車位!周三晚上9點多,人不算多,直接入座不用等位。天氣熱既關係,我們先點了兩杯飲品,蜂蜜白桃梳打 及 蜂蜜荔枝梳打(HK$32)。原來由梳打水、蜂蜜、白桃/荔枝糖漿是分開上,由自己沖調,這樣也好,較容易控制甜度,不夠蜂蜜的話可以再refill。荔枝的味道濃、較為突出,而白桃則較清淡,香甜荔枝/白桃蜂蜜梳打都很消暑解渴,一口氣就啜了三分一杯!男友點了焦糖燉蛋(HK$28),面層焦糖夠厚夠脆,內層微暖、不會太稀軟或過於實淨,口感非常creamy,甜度適中,確實有驚喜,男友說比Paul Lafayet 好吃!而我最近愛上了紫薯,所以我點了紫薯棉花糖(HK$32)。整個粉紫色配白色,賣相已覺吸引,面層是棉花糖,底層是紫薯蓉,紫薯蓉本身甜度不高,配上棉花糖吃就剛好,想甜一點可加朱古力醬。但紫薯蓉可以淋一點、糊一點會更好。剛剛點的甜品份量不大,肚子還有位置多吃一個甜品,於是就點了芒果腸粉(HK$45)!反而這個芒果腸粉份量較大呢!滿滿的芒果汁,外面捲了4-5層腸粉,很滑、很香椰汁味,中間夾住一大舊芒果,很香甜的芒果,一點也不酸,啖啖冰涼芒果肉,很滿足呀!總括來說,甜品的質量屬中上,但價錢也不過五十元,相比那些動輒七、八十元的''特色''甜品好得多呀!一定會再來幫襯!但夏天等位記得做定防蚊措施....哈哈!…Read More

「燒雞翼,我鐘意食...」作為食肉獸同雞翼控的我,BBQ簡直是我的賣飛佛。但平時的BBQ都幾麻煩,又要買叉買炭買野食,又要叉,尤其是雞翼,叉得唔好又會轉黎轉去,所以我就鐘意食重慶燒烤!呢間係大尾督既巴希雅,真係食完會再去架!重慶燒烤,又唔洗拮野嚟燒,一串一串燒,一嚟方便啲,二來可以試到平時BBQ食唔到既野。巴希雅好多食物都冇經過調味,但有孜然粉同七味粉調味,再唔係搽返蜜糖又得,隨自己喜好自由發揮。主角緊係講番食物的質素喇,肉食類嚟講,有豬牛羊雞,最鐘意食牛仔骨同豬頸肉,肉質軟淋仲好juicy,好香油香架。仲有魷魚串,配埋孜然粉,彈牙又惹味。而巴希雅呢度都幾特別,會有比較多蔬菜類去俾大家選擇,照顧到客人唔同口味同素食者。平時BBQ我好少燒蔬菜食,因為燒到乾爭爭,唔好食。但黎到呢度我先知,燒蔬菜要先沾水,邊度邊加少少水,等佢唔會燒到乾,咁樣食冬菇、茄子原來好好味架,再加埋蜜糖甜甜地,一流!不得不提佢個蒜蓉法包,細細地一片,放上爐面烘一烘,脆脆地,但係再係另一面搽埋蜜糖,味蕾既享受呀喂!仲有好多丸類,腸類等等,要試哂真係聽日早餐都唔洗食😂係呢食野,仲會每人送一隻大蝦,一件菠蘿,每爐會一包蒜蓉金菇,勁多蒜蓉,但好正!仲有送一煲蜆,d蜆都幾新鮮,但有時會有沙。每六人仲有隻蕉,燒完可以出去counter加朱古力醬,當甜品咁食!環境來說,都幾近海邊,所以都唔會好焗同迫,仲有免費泊車,適合駕駛人士。總括嚟講,食物質素完全對得住個價錢,一班朋友同一家大小都好適合。…Read More

夏天天氣熱,媽咪懶得煮飯,所以決定一家人出去食放題,但又唔想特登搭車出九龍區食,都係留返元朗食算!老實講係元朗食放題的地方唔算多,媽咪的朋友就話雋太幾好就試一試!平日5:45pm個場只有幾檯人,座位夠闊落唔使逼。點餐紙分咗好多張,而加$38升級,就會有得任食生蠔!趁野食未到就先拎飲品,係雪櫃自取就得,選擇都幾多,汽水、茶、果汁飲品等都有。不過荔枝玉露入面有椰果,但就冇粗飲管提供,飲到啜著咗⋯⋯生蠔每次每人最多叫3隻,size都中等,唔會好細隻,食落都幾爽口,但冇乜海水咸味,對得住個價錢就是了。而呢度特別的地方係有韓式蒸多層活海鮮(4人以上先會有),頂層有扇貝、三文魚,第二層有蝦及蜆。第一次食這類型的海鮮鍋,即使不加任何調味料,都非常鮮味呢!也很少放題會有得食海鮮鍋,夠特別,比大家有多一個選擇!而刺生的選擇都幾多,質素都幾好,三文魚、甜蝦、象拔、榮螺,唔覺有雪味,而數量都會比足!至於炸物同熟食都不錯,夠熱、唔會覺得好油膩,尤其是紫心香芋丸,甜甜地、香芋味濃,真係忍唔住食多兩粒!牛油煎帆立貝同蒜片牛柳粒調得幾入味,但牛柳粒就煮得韌咗少少喇。最後甜品一人一杯movenpick! 另外雪櫃仲有果凍食,但實在太飽已經食唔落喇!價錢方面呢,我覺得都幾抵食,$178一位,計埋加一都$200有找!就算升級任食生蠔$38位,連埋加一先$237.6~ 食物質素OK,職員態度不錯,上菜快也沒有漏單情況,唯獨餐廳冷氣唔係好夠,坐角落位有點悶熱。 …Read More

第一次去酒店食brunch buffet,而不是食Dinner Buffet!但原來brunch buffet 一點也不輸蝕,食物非常豐富,由11點半食到3點,才$319一位(HK$290 加一)呢!巡一巡場睇下有咩食先~首先係回本系列... 加拿大雪花蟹爪、熟凍蝦、淡水小龍蝦、花甲、藍青口、翡翠螺!!睇落都幾靚幾新鮮呀~話明早午餐就梗係要有麵包啦~ 但有迷你yogurt杯就較少見! 一定要食呀!熟食類都好多選擇架~~野菌牛肉卷配照燒汁、香草燒雞、椰香燴羊肉、醬烤燒排骨、牛油香烤鱸魚柳配番茄汁燴雜菜德州風味蟹餅、香草白酒炒青口、千島汁明蝦薄餅、炒薯蓉麵團配鮮冬菇及菠菜、雜菌燴黑意大利飯 、牛油蜜糖粟米脆炸鮮冬菇、荷蘭汁焗青露笋、橄欖油烤雜菜.....太多肉類都要食返d輕盈健康Salad羅馬生菜、車喱茄、粟米粒、青瓜片等等...最後係我至愛的甜品區~!芒果拿破崙、美式芝士蛋糕、雜莓慕絲蛋糕、香蕉朱古力撻、紅酒燴梨、法式小圓餅、朱古力慕絲杯、迷你泡芙..飲品方面有橙汁、咖啡之後,更有紅白餐酒!!最後不得不提這裡有任食Movenpick 及 Haggen Dazs 雪糕呢!!巡完場終於可以拎野食喇~~先來早餐類的 香料鵝肉醬配烘麵包,鵝肉醬好香加上脆口麵包,仲有芝士加滑蛋,簡單得黎又好好味!平時較才食到的菠蘿味乳酪,酸酸甜甜好開胃呀~ 但為咗可以試多d其他食物,忍口唔食多杯喇~再來海鮮及熱食,蟹爪肉質結實仲有海水味,而且蝦肉都不會「梅」。Pizza 好香、口感鬆軟,燒雞皮脆肉嫩,燒排骨非常入味、肉不會過韌。重點係甜品,水準很高的,尤其是signature 芒果拿破崙,芒果香甜,脆脆拿破崙中間夾住少少cream,正呀!另外Cheese cake 好濃郁芝士,加埋消化餅底,好食又唔會膩~朱古力mousse 好滑好creamy,仲有macaron 外脆內軟,濃濃朱古力~最後梗係要食返兩杯movenpick 雪糕啦!!雖然可以食到3點,但太飽再食唔落,實在太滿足喇~ …Read More

話說高中年代,曾經來過這裡BBQ沒想到事隔多年會再跟朋友來gathering~跟我記憶中的模樣好像差不多 :) 不同的當然是收費啦~ 現在假日成人$130,額外收開爐費不過可以跟朋友們慢慢食慢慢傾,都不過$150,都可以啦~喜歡這裡地方夠大夠空曠,不會把BBQ的煙、味困住食物種類都很多,而且這裡是由職員夾食物,感覺比較衛生。至少不會有人夾完又放回去的情況發生... @@每位都包1罐飲品及1樽水,即使不夠再買,這裡的收費也算公道。普遍食物味道都不錯,腌得夠入味特別推介黑椒豬頸肉、牛仔粒,肉嫩而不韌,黑椒口味令人想一食再食,而且平時在其他燒烤樂園中很少會食到,另外的蜜味雞扒甜甜地啖啖肉、咖哩魷魚調味調得幾好,好惹味!!其他丸類也不錯,沒有雪成結冰的狀態,食落也不是淋淋的粉感。另外有烘蜜糖方包及蒜茸法包,烤一陣已經勁香蒜茸味!另外值得一讚,就是廁所乾淨喇~haha…Read More

我並非抹茶控,但身邊有位抹茶控朋友..然後她約我到這裡lunch,更說一定要食飯後甜品!這裡全日都有套餐,不用被強制散叫食物,比較划算呢!由於我預計到會食到好飽,飲杯茶可以消消濟..而這壺皇室特級紅茶,來頭不小,由錫蘭紅茶、萬壽菊、紅玫瑰花瓣、蘋果、提子、草莓等調配而成,所以呷一口,口腔中已經充滿果香,微甜而不澀,好refresh。日本產溫泉蛋海藻烏冬 (跟餐還有沙律及反卷)這個看似蕎麥麵的其實是海藻烏冬,用上日本小麥粉和含有豐富的食物纖維、多酚、褐藻糖膠、維生素、纖維質的海藻所製成。海藻烏冬比較爽口,口感有點似蒟蒻麵,配上的溫泉蛋亦非常嫩滑,味道比較清淡,健康之選!跟餐仲有甜品 -- 黑芝麻蛋卷這個也很值得試的,因為芝麻味很香濃,蛋糕軟綿綿,中間cream滑但不太甜膩!本來我已經好飽...但說好的飯後甜品...還是點了...抹茶芭菲我是朱古力控,本來就不喜歡綠茶的苦澀味,打算給面子淺嚐就算,卻首次食抹茶食不到苦澀味,只是很濃的茶味呢!一問之下,原來這裡只選用最靚的茶葉,還不連莖,所以茶味濃而不澀!除了頂有抹茶雪糕,還有抹茶mochi、抹茶jelly、cream、海綿蛋糕、粟米片!!份量也夠大,加上之前套餐..飽飽飽!最後,友人已計劃好下一次食抹茶軟雪糕芭菲 @@女生對甜品都特別瘋狂..........…Read More

之前食過X八韓烤之後覺得失望,因為初初開業都OK,到後來每況愈下...所以就想搵地道少少既韓燒,暴風吸入全店都是Oppa / Onni,所以就想試下~點了二人套餐、牛舌及海鮮魚餅湯(小)後,很快送上醬料及配菜。餐牌中有特別介紹秘製醬料,非常有心思呢!牛肋肉、豬頸肉及牛舌都到了,食指大動,但在想從何入手之時,Onni就走過來幫我們燒,而且排得非常整齊,一點都不馬虎呀!重點是他燒得一定比我們好,再配特製烤肉醬汁,令牛舌味道更突出!之後當我們把牛舌食得七七八八,又有另一位Oppa幫我們燒牛肋肉及豬頸肉,用火槍封鎖了肉汁,不會燒得太乾太韌,然後這次再分別配咖哩鹽及蔥油,令其更加惹味!!尤其是咖哩鹽,平時在其他韓燒不會試到,既特別又惹味,想不到跟烤肉如此夾呢!另一個樣的特別食物是洋蔥蛋,平時洋蔥炒蛋可能食得比較多,但以洋蔥盛載蛋再慢慢燒熟,很吸引呢!跟餐的還有海鮮蔥餅,有芝麻及蔥香,煙煙韌韌,不錯呀!另外還點了海鮮魚餅湯,送餐時有點被嚇到,好多料呀~~~~~~海鮮中有青口、蝦、魷魚、還有魚餅,單是吃湯料都飽了....湯加上胡椒粉,是帶出鮮味,但咸了點。最後埋單$840,但其實點得太多,好飽呀!!…Read More
