朋友幾個月前去過話ok....所以一行幾人book左枱.....朋友話爆哂棚嘅光景同依家小貓三兩隻嘅情況令我有d擔心.........一坐低有件類似經理嘅人開始埋黎解釋一輪像霧又像花嘅點菜程序.......而且結尾竟然聲稱今日人手不夠......落order最好一次過......眉頭一皺.....心中即時浮現出一隻高登神獸.......金翅xx鳥....落完第一次order後......離九丈遠聽見有人喺廚房嗌出黎 : "喂.....叫佢地一次過嗌啦.....點樣續d續d煮"(喔......估計那人之前是監獄大廚吧......一次過........)跟住經理氣沖沖走過黎 : "頭先同你地講左order嘅方法啦......你地都冇跟住做嘅"我 : 咁......係咪一件寫 1, 二件寫 2?經理 : 唔係....廚師會因應你地人數去煮......我 : 咁我地一行x人....張單有人數......我寫個1 字....廚師咪可以做6人份量囉.....經理 : 都話唔係咁.....即係話你地order一樣野.....我地廚師會煮2至3人份量......你地x人咪...咪自己就番囉.....(講到呢到.......我已經開始火神上身)我 : 點樣為知2至3人份量? 廚師知道食客嘅食量多或少嗎?經理轉身行左去.........咁樣講黎講去已經過左半個鐘......一碟野都未有得食.......2小時放題....幾好做喎輾轉一輪有野食......食物味道不算差......尚算中等.......大夥餓到不需十分鐘已經將所有食物掃清.....睇情況要落order叫湯麵或炒飯吧........否則要出去食雲吞麵頂肚.......唔敢再叫刺身咧.....佢d刺身雖然係下價野但係賣到好矜貴咁.......串燒又話燒要時間....唯有再order幾個湯麵一個炒飯3個熱鍋頂下肚再過10分鐘左右同上......經理又行過黎話 : 你地叫咁多野....食唔哂每一百g HK$38.00(哈......我忍唔住笑左出黎)1小時45分鐘後......炒飯湯麵到齊......唯獨尚欠幾個鍋物......但係呀經理已經想我埋單.......我睬佢都死......出埋d鍋物先啦.....廚師走出黎大叫 : 叫佢地食哂我至煮 (同樣嘅說話我聽到嘅已經4,5次)(哇有性格到呢........希望佢老哥屋企剩落d俾佢....咁嘅態度點搵食呀?!?!?)最終咪又係死死氣整埋出黎.......放低後15分鐘內食完埋單走人......雖則話收費大眾化.....但如果在銅鑼灣區做食肆仲要做放題......係做就做好d啦......d廚師只係招呼全場大約20人就成日行出行入黎目露兇光.......好食客見到就反胃食埋快d埋單走人......最後一句溫馨提示 : 見過惡人未呀??…Read More

往事只能........回味之九記牛腩

下午四點坐在九記店內叫了一碗淨半肥腩,齋河&淨湯,回想起幾年前SARS時段一件往事。 早在十幾年前,初入行一來中環已常聽聞九記的牛腩很美味,經舊同事帶領下試了一次之後自己每星期都會跑上去吃。當時年輕,吃得很兇,例必一碗淨清湯腩,一碗淨咖喱腩,兩碗齋河加一個淨湯才夠痛快。那時九記除了牛腩很美味出名外,九記員工們的態度也是齊名的。親眼目暏的有 : 實例一: 客人: 坑腩米員工: 現在時段只賣河粉、麵跟伊麵,還有牛腩我們只分清湯腩正常、半肥及肥,咖喱腩只得一種連牛筋,沒有你所講的坑腩。客人: 咄! 連坑腩也不知道還說是牛腩名家.....員工: 噢....那你跟我進廚房,指著那件是坑腩,我叫人幫你切下來。客人: ........... 實例二: 客人: 除了牛腩外,還有什麼?員工: 齋河粉、麵跟伊麵,淨湯 (當年沒有油菜,呵!!)客人: 連魚旦也沒有?!?!?!員工: 沒! 只賣牛腩.....客人: 哇! 你們店怎做生意啊.....$#!@$%@$^員工: 吵屁啊你...我拉你入來要你幫襯啊......你那麼受氣快走吧.... 不知是否自己運氣問題還是如傳聞所說,到過店子三次就碰上了兩次這種火藥味極重的事。所以之後每次光顧自己都特別有禮貌地小心說話,相安無事地吃了大約十年左右.....直到..... SARS那年...... 當時我也是下午4:00去到九記,一直食量很大的我,只叫了一碗淨咖喱牛腩及一碗淨伊麵,並不是吃不下,說穿了.....只是當時口袋只剩幾十元,怕再吃沒錢付帳而已。我一邊大口大口吃,一邊看著餐牌,再計算一下...喔...我還可以叫一個淨麵啊......當然要叫丫.....就算沒有牛腩...再吃多一個麵能飽肚啊...之後我叫了一個淨麵.... 之後.......平日負責收錢的女士 (應該店內的親戚,我耳朵一向很靈,嘿嘿) 從櫃面走進廚房位置,拿著大半碗淨牛腩放在我面前。我呆了一呆望著她,心本來準備說不是我叫的,不過她比我早一步說: 剛才你那碗淨咖喱腩份量不夠....拿這碗給你補償啊..... 吃飽後走到門口結帳....她平常心地說: 兩齋河一淨腩一淨咖喱腩一淨水....那才是你的份量丫...... 我笑了一笑道: 呵! 我食量太大了,竟惹人注意....謝咧 一轉到九如坊的石級...平常強如老虎的我眼淚大顆大顆的滴下來........P.S. 容我嚕囌說幾句話 : 經常在食評或在blog內批評人家的服務態度時,會有想過自己是以什麼的態度對人家嗎? 如果覺得人家的店食物價錢太貴......賭少場波或買少年衫吧,食得是福.... 本來想將這件事第一時間寫下來,怎料之後全世界市況大好,工作一直停不下來,不過到現在時勢又回落了....呵.......各位還好嗎?…Read More
