聽同事講換左刺身師傅。今日去左試下,睇下會唔會食得返以前既質素。食咗嗰角切魚生飯。比上一個師傅魚生喺新鮮咗,但都係第一個師傅整得好味好多。餐湯都係蝦湯可以既,但以前係鮮甜d。前菜係波菜,有 d菇味,都好食既。但都係以前個青瓜屈機。醋飯黎講,比上一個師傅好咗嫁啦,醋咪多左。但個壽司蛋粒,應該就唔係自己煎了,似donki賣果d現成玉子。我記得第一個師傅係自己煎。出餐都算慢既。不過好過上一位師傅了,之前食魚生飯得嚿蛋係好食....所以平時都轉食雞扒。嗯...第一個師傅始終整嘅野係最好食,睇黎都食唔返
