馬鞍山最有水準,性價比高的fusion小店

今晚來到馬鞍山至好最正嘅餐廳"留下"食晚飯,餐牌上嘅Main 樣樣都好似好正,三囝乸其中兩個大食皇就先點兩個湯同四個主食。先黎栗子磨菇湯,見到栗子兩個字,我對眼已經發光。可惜冇伴麵包,有啲失望!不過輪到啲主角上場,首先個新西蘭大蜆闊條麵,啲蜆大大隻,啖啖肉,好新鮮!曾經聽過老闆兼大廚講佢日日到海鮮檔揀食材,証實並無虛言,啲蜆肉鮮甜到呢....跟住上係其貌不揚嘅慢煮雞柳味噌通粉,唔好睇唔緊要,但個通粉汁正到無倫!👍👍 接住係厚切豬扒同帶子花甲墨汁risotto 。個意大利燉飯搶哂鏡,不過點講都好,我最鍾意竟然唔係我揀,而係阿囝話點嘅通粉!真係未曾試過啲汁creamy 得黎又清甜嘅,簡直妹仔大個主人婆阿慢煮雞肉。雞肉跌watt變成配角。至於risotto 的墨汁飯,軟硬適中,煙煙靭靭,趙起來有口感,花甲好鮮甜!比較起來,厚切豬扒就一般般,肉好厚但仍舊juicy, 只係唔夠兩隻意粉咁搶鏡!食到七七八八,我地叫左兩杯飲品,最後埋單每人300。論食物質素,比起市區一啲都唔貴,性價比超高!各位朋友,黎開馬鞍山,記得黎幫襯呢間極難揾嘅樓下喇!P.S. 我地食完離開行回MOStown商場途中,踫巧有一對來自沙田嘅中年夫婦問路,話揾極都搵唔度樓下!哈!咁啱!我地啱啱食完讚緊佢,於是夫人義不容辭一馬當先帶兩位心急人到餐廳。可知呢間小店真係唔易揾駕!…Read More

很久沒在網上寫野,食評就更少寫,因為自問自己並非食家。不過,好彩我夫人同兒子都係D為左食,鍾意周圍捐窿捐罅,尋幽探秘嘅人。今次係夫人好友特別推薦. 所以我地一家三口跟一眾好友上山試下呢間以壽司同剌身卦帥,走中高檔路線的Sushi Ki。其實我一向不喜歡吃Sashimi的,這可能因為在NX年前第一次在酒店的自助餐吃三文魚以外的剌身(好像是Toro吧),給了我極極壞的印象!那種黏黏糊糊的口感,極其難吃!之後我一直再沒有點過三文魚以外的剌身吃了!不過今次來到Sushi Ki,吃過他們以新鮮蔬菜伴上日式胡麻醬汁的沙律之後,那道以油甘魚、甜蝦和鮑魚剌身除了令我食指大動之外,更令我對Sashimi的印象完全改觀,由極度抗拒來過一百八十度轉變 — 愛上了鮮魚刺身!我們 先由較清淡的油甘魚開始到已醃製過較濃味的鮑魚,再配上既甜又帶少許辛辣的清酒,將我舌上的味蕾,一層一層的添上驚喜!接著下來的和牛,叫我這個本來已減少吃肥膩肉食的車呔男舉手投降。最後他們的廚師即席製作的Toro,池魚和帶子壽司,就讓我知道他們對新鮮食材的堅持!兒子吃完呢餐,已經開始約他的老友記下次再來開餐。不過真的要提醒他一句,記得自己帶錢埋單囉!…Read More
