太子唔錯嘅chill值選擇

太子有好多好味的餐廳,今晚就嚟到試下慢煮工業。因為訂左枱,好快就可以入座。一上樓就見到著名嘅畫作同一套鼓,估計週末時會有live music。上到去職員安排左一張六人大枱,眼見餐廳喺疫情期間,枱與枱之間的距離都幾充足,亦令我地幾放心。餐廳環境都唔錯,有open bar 可以睇到上菜嘅過程。Food Menu同drink menu上都有好多唔同嘅選擇,亦有好多小食可以揀。今晚我哋就叫左一份經典威靈頓牛柳加芝士溫泉蛋大啡菇同一份龍蝦汁香蒜大蝦意粉(本來仲想叫慢煮德國脆皮鹹豬手,但怕太多,所以作罷)。飲品就叫左Mojito同比利時玫瑰水果啤。先來的是飲品。比利時玫瑰水果啤($48)幾清新,同Hoegxxrdxn 嘅rose好似但更fruity。Mojito ($68)預先問左可唔可以「少甜」,味道唔錯。再嚟就係主食經典威靈頓牛柳($218)上枱時好香,酥皮好脆。急不及待切開佢,入面嘅牛扒顏色好靚,睇落肉質好嫩滑。牛扒都幾香,牛味亦好鮮明,肉質鮮嫩。喺酥皮同牛扒之間嘅蘑菇蓉調味同一般有少少唔同,食到有薑汁嘅味道。份量合理,兩個人分有少少唔夠喉。芝士溫泉蛋大啡菇(side,$38)溶左嘅芝士包住溫泉蛋同啡菇,一切開蛋汁就流出嚟。啡菇沾住蛋汁食,都好好味。龍蝦汁香蒜大蝦意粉 ($88)賣相滿分,蒜味香濃,個汁都唔Hae,堅係有龍蝦味。意粉硬度亦岩岩好。埋單$506。以環境同食物質素嚟講,又可以同朋友傾下計,呢個價錢好合理。下次限聚令解禁,會再同多d朋友嚟chill下。…Read More

剛剛去完台北,返到香港,好快又掛住台灣嘅火鍋。趁住閒日,就心血來潮去尖沙咀揾返台灣嘅風味。可能係閒日,又係lunch嘅時間,一去到就有位。地方好大,坐得幾舒服,裝修都貫切台灣分店嘅風格。一坐低就先叫左個鴛鴦鍋,麻辣同酸菜鍋,再慢慢揀配料。店員都好貼心咁提醒可以揀酸同辣度,因為未知調味如何就先叫左小辣同小酸先。喺等鍋底嘅時候就先去醬料區拎醬料同裝飯。醬料有兩種:麻辣沾醬同酸菜沾醬,每樣都拎d返去試。(不過最後都冇咩點用,因為個湯本身都好夠味。)好快鍋底就用鼎送上。先試麻辣鍋,入面本身都有鴨血同豆腐(可以無限加架!),試一舊鴨血,都幾滑幾入味,好香麻辣味。朋友同我都叫做食得辣,覺得唔夠辣,就問店員可唔可以加辣,佢地就即刻話可以下轉加鴨血時幫我地加辣。跟住就係酸菜鍋喇,個鍋好多酸菜,小酸都ok。等滾起左就試左塊白肉,醃得唔錯。有時食其他白肉會覺得酒味太重,蓋左肉香,今次就平衡得唔錯喇。可能因為唔多人(午餐時間,大約六枱客),配料都好快送上。滷大腸頭 $98 (牛丸同牛肉前面嗰碟)十分推介!本身已經滷得好入味,再放埋落麻辣鍋,吸埋辣味,真係無得彈。牛骨濃汁牛丸 $98又係推介!牛丸入面有湯汁,有牛味之餘又彈牙仲好juicy!特級牛肉 $178味道都幾重牛味,偏厚身,大大塊,口感不俗。老油條 $58食法有點似響鈴,浸一浸就食得,千祈唔好浸太耐呀!口感唔係港式油炸鬼嘅内軟,不過都別有一番風味。學斗白菜 $68好新鮮。放落酸菜鍋,一熟就要食啦!如果唔係好快變黃㗎!玉米筍(aka粟米仔/珍珠筍) $58本身好中意食佢,加落酸菜鍋,令佢更鮮甜。干貝滑 $118本身揀緊食墨魚滑定佢,最後揀左佢。口感唔係彈牙嗰種,𣎴過好足料,每一啖都食到干貝絲。總結:食物同服務保持台灣店水準,適合掛住台灣地道火鍋嘅人。兩個人埋單$900,價錢以香港食台式火鍋嚟講都好合理。…Read More

公眾假期最後一日,打算到大館一遊。一家人想先享受brunch,找到了附近的 The Flying Pan。美式餐廳風格,侍應以外籍人士為主。十一點半到達,餐廳已八成滿,客人亦以外國人居多。坐下後,侍應奉上餐牌。餐牌大約有六面。感覺有點港式茶餐廳風格,左配右配,林林總總,可能可以組合過千combo。有選擇困難嘅朋友可能要花上一點時間才可下單。四人分別叫左四樣嘢1. Lean Green Machine2. Grilled Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich3. Eggs Benedict’s with Ham4. Eggs So-Cal with smoked salmon and avocado 1.Lean Green Machine本身唔好紅椒,不過呢個食落有驚喜。紅椒比想像中甜,蛋入面亦加左芝士去煎,令到味道都幾豐富。面包揀左cinnamon roll, 都幾好味。如果肉桂味再濃d就更好。2. 期待已久,沒有令人失望

期待左幾日嘅餐廳,本來諗住星期一去,但因工作關係,唯有改星期三先去。餐廳隱藏喺油麻地同旺角交界,交通算好方便。訂左六點半枱,準時去到。大門裝潢同相一樣,幾有特色。入座時尚早,但座位都有五成滿。侍應安排我同朋友坐喺水吧隔離,個水吧感覺都好cyber。坐低左,天開始黑,掛喺窗前嘅燈泡都著起,為餐廳加添幾分情調。到餐廳前,已經睇緊menu好多次,最想食嘅就係乾式熟成牛扒。一打開menu就見到乾式熟成牛扒嘅介紹了。牛肉要先存放在熟成室,要等大約三十日先可再烹調。除左牛肉,menu都有好多選擇。仲特別有個素食menu比素食者,非常貼心。叫左牛油果田園沙律,美國特級安格斯熟成肉眼扒(10安士),芝士焗牛肝菌露筍茄子千層,仲諗住留肚食甜品。侍應先送上餐包,餐包好香,外脆內軟,配上香草奶油,味道一流。令我地更期待之後的食物。牛油果田園沙律賣相不錯,份量合理。一入口有淡淡檸檬香氣,略帶檸檬酸味,牛油果本身味道creamy,配上檸檬,兩者互相配合,入口清新。美國特級安格斯乾式熟成肉眼扒(10安士)終於上場,一上碟就聞到濃濃嘅牛肉香味。煎得好靚同好香。侍應表示佢地preset 係四成,心入面仲驚緊會唔會太血淋淋。可能因為係乾式熟成牛,同一般牛肉唔同,切開後見到微粉紅,大約好似正常牛扒嘅七成熟咁。牛扒肉質剛剛好,好juicy,而脂肪比例都唔錯。不得𣎴提就係個薯蓉,超香超滑,可惜份量唔算太多。芝士焗牛肝菌露筍茄子千層初時以為係千層面,但原來係將茄子厚切再一層一層咁鋪。送上嚟嘅時,見到厚厚嘅芝時同聞到剛焗起嘅香味,忍唔住要即刻試味。茄子千層,除左有口感好好嘅茄子外仲有香濃嘅牛肝菌,芝士配上茄汁嘅酸甜,令人十分開胃。食到最後,當然唔少得甜品啦!焗朱古力心太軟配柚子涷糕之前已經見食評多人推介,所以我地都叫左一個嚟試。朱古力心太軟焗得岩岩好,一切開,d朱古力漿就流出嚟,朱古力味好香濃,熱辣辣非常好食。柚子涷糕味道偏奶,不過柚子味都好突出,柚子嘅清新剛剛中和左朱古力嘅香濃。整體而言,食物質素不錯,而餐廳環境都好適合傾計或約會。而不得不讚的就係侍應服務超好超細心!…Read More

今次係第二次黎食,因為鍾意個湯,所以再黎。平日嘅夜晚,一半滿。兩個人點左兩碗粉一碗湯粉,一碗撈檬。生牛肉牛筋片湯金邊粉 牛肉上枱時仲係血紅色,牛肉有大概6片,兩個人share,每人都食到啲。湯底有香濃嘅肉味,唔算喊,覺得啱啱好!建議大食朋友至少食L size。(唔知點解揾唔返張相)香茅豬扒撈檬 擺得幾好睇,生菜絲放側邊,大量豬扒放中間。豬扒有分明嘅香茅味,扒係偏薄,但哩個價錢,哩個份量嘅豬扒,算係唔錯!總結,熱食同凍食比,我哋會揀「熱食」,因為牛肉湯同酸辣汁比,我哋鍾意牛肉湯多啲,香濃而不肥膩。…Read More

知道牛角開左燒肉丼,即刻走去試!之前曾經喺日本食過類似,即燒牛肉配上醬汁同日本米,令我十分期待今次到訪。店面都算大,採取先點餐後入座的安排。點了次男坊丼配次男坊燒肉汁。上菜前,先送上味噌湯,再送上主菜。次男坊丼上菜時用膠蓋蓋上,微熱,見到有蒸氣。 打開後,賣相幾吸引,可以見到肉量頗多,份量都足夠。可惜嘅係唔記得走葱先試燒肉,肉明顯唔係即燒,有點涷,可見只有飯係微熱。以肉質來說,偏乾身,唔係juicy,不過肉味尚算可以。次男坊燒肉汁,唔算好多,真係微辣,佢嘅辣,屬後上,要落左喉嚨先感受到佢嘅辣。整體來說,還算合格。都係嗰句:無期待,無失望。…Read More

平時好少同朋友去中環食飯,唔係咁知道中環有啲咩餐廳係好味又抵食,所以上網搵咗好耐先搵到一間試下。同朋友大概兩點去到餐廳,可能因為過咗lunch Time,餐廳入面唔算太多人,唔洗等位就可以入座。我哋四個人帶咗一份細地中海式番茄焗雞蛋、傳統番茄芝士薄餅同埋一個四重芝士通心粉。原先仲想叫多一個黑松露野菌意大利飯,但係已經賣晒。傳統蕃茄芝士薄餅上面嘅番茄酸酸甜甜又有芝士香,薄餅批底比較薄身但又有小小麵包嘅煙韌感,所以都唔錯。而地中海式蕃茄焗雞蛋用熱嘅小pan裝住,仲有啲包伴碟。雞蛋係咪完全熟晒但只要開同下面嘅蕃茄汁撈勻佢就會慢慢有半熟嘅狀態,撈完之後就好似蕃茄蛋花汁,放少少喺麵包上面食感覺就冇咁濕,而且個包亦都可以吸收少少番茄汁嘅香味。雖然雞蛋未熟晒會好容易有漏嘅感覺,但係因為番茄入面加咗香草一齊煮,所以有清新嘅感覺。四重芝士通粉初頭望落好似好細份,但係佢都有一定嘅厚度,而且再加上佢有四種唔同嘅芝士獨有味道,令到個通心粉散發出香味,不過如果食唔慣芝士嘅朋友就會覺得呢個通心粉會好漏。總括而言, 餐廳食物都唔錯,而且環境輕鬆,可以慢慢坐低食同傾計。…Read More

尖沙咀厚福街一向都有好多唔同類型嘅餐廳,聽人講la postre平時都好多人排隊,於是同朋友想試吓呢一間有啲咩好食。星期五中午12:45時唔算太多人,一去到可以即刻坐底睇食物,但係見到附近有幾張大台都已經係俾人預約咗。係我哋仲睇緊食物嘅時候,大約係12:50,餐廳已經開始滿座,打算walk in嘅人都無位。餐廳有兩個Menu一個係lunch Menu,一個係正常嘅Menu, lunch Menu都有兩款,一個係regular(主菜加飲品),一個3 course lunch set(餐湯或沙律、主菜、飲品同一份小甜品)。regular menu都可以加錢upgrade成3 course lunch set。我哋三個人嗌咗一個煙雞胸蘋果白酒意粉、炭燒雞扒火龍果沙律、黑松露西班牙黑毛豬扒。餐湯係黑松露蘑菇忌廉湯,聞落去時有少少黑松露同蘑菇嘅香味,不過飲嘅時候就好似以cream味比較重,唔係咁飲到蘑菇同黑松露嘅味道。小多士都唔錯,脆脆地同香口,份量適中。煙雞胸蘋果白酒意粉味道好特別,有少少蘋果汁嘅香味同微微嘅肉桂味,個汁煮得有少少creamy,味道清爽而不膩。黑松露西班牙黑毛豬扒一送上,就已經聞到好香。切落去時已經感覺到黑毛豬扒好軟身,即刻放一啖入口覺得非常香軟,有少少油香味,而且嗰汁除咗有黑松露嘅香味,仲有好多洋蔥粒,所以食落去有種甜甜地嘅味道。不過如果豬扒熱啲會好味啲,因為凍左就會覺得有啲油膩。同埋伴碟係帆立貝配酸薑,感覺有少少唔係太夾,而帆立貝又冇乜味道。側邊嘅薯條可能凍咗,所以食落去有少少硬,而且有少少油味,味道一般。炭燒雞扒火龍果沙律會有沙律汁比你自己淋落去。沙律有唔同嘅蔬菜,味道都好夾,望落好似好細份,但其實份量都好足夠, 雞排亦都好嫩滑,吸引人不斷食。最後個小甜品係芒果mousse cake,上面嗰層芒果mousse都幾滑,配埋下面嘅海綿蛋糕一齊食就唔會覺得太甜,不過個海綿蛋糕做得比較乾身。…Read More

人生中第一杯珍珠奶茶就係喺仙跡岩飲,但係近呢幾年仙跡岩分店越來越少,全香港得返四間分店,今日決定同朋友去西環仙跡岩尋找兒時的味道。晏晝一點半去到唔算太多人,等左一陣就可以入去坐。我叫咗一個台式豬頸肉滷蛋飯同珍珠奶茶,朋友就叫咗台式雞翼滷肉飯同水蜜桃高纖果紅茶。朋友話台式雞翼滷肉飯幾好食,滷肉汁仲係回憶嗰種味道,但係比想像中細碗。二杯水蜜桃紅茶都仲係咁好飲,只不過係可能人大左飲少咗甜野,覺得水蜜桃紅茶有少許偏甜。而我個台式豬頸肉滷蛋飯有啲失望,一開始以為有埋滷肉汁喺上面,點知得幾片豬頸肉同半隻滷水蛋喺飯上面。豬頸肉有少少乾,易啲汁淋咗係飯嘅最底部,如果啲汁淋喺豬頸肉同飯面會比較好。珍珠奶茶完全重拾第一杯嘅回憶,有茶味,但都係偏甜。…Read More

曾經,好中意食Habitu。最近食完,發現味道不再,而服務亦比以前差左好多。三個人的晚餐,安排我們坐在角落。朋友先到先點了Chips and Fries。Chips and Fries薯條炸得唔夠香脆,比較”林”身。而沙律醬嘅調味亦較差,偏酸。Salmon Pizza望落去感覺好Hae,味道正常,不算突出,餅底都算脆。Pork Rock豬肉味道調味不俗,醬汁以青蘋果調味,帶微酸,幾易入口。豬肉亦煮得很鮮嫩,不會太乾或太硬。食物水準係冇以前咁好,但最令人失望就係服務。本來仲想叫飲品,但叫天𣎴應,叫地不聞,所以最後只好作罷。坐左兩個幾鐘,只係成功叫佢地加左一次水。…Read More

近呢幾年素食越嚟越流行,北角都多咗好幾間素食餐廳。朋友打算約星期日夜晚食飯,於是打咗電話去book 18:30七位。一去到餐廳座無虛席,好彩book咗位先至去,咁就唔使等位等咁耐。朋友其實已經食過呢間餐廳好幾次,佢哋因為芋頭南瓜煲係必食,所以我哋都嗌咗一個,然後再叫菠蘿生炒素骨、金針木耳猴頭菇、三杯鮮竹粒豆腐煲、川香素回鍋肉、星州炒米同 素魚翅海羹炒飯(二人分)。有一啲菜屬於晚市套餐,所以就會有一碗例湯附送,例湯係老黃瓜紅蘿蔔粟米湯,入面仲有啲眉豆,個湯飲落好清甜,好似冇落過任何味精。首先係個魚翅海羹炒飯嚟先,雖然話係二人份,但係足夠三個人食,炒飯炒得好乾身,冇乜油膩感,粒粒分明而且仲有蛋香味,撈埋佢側邊嘅魚翅海鮮羹更好味,有翠肉瓜、木耳、素魚翅等等。芋頭南瓜煲用咗椰汁煮,更突顯芋頭、南瓜原有嘅甜味,香濃而不膩,送飯一流。菠蘿生炒素骨都好好味,素骨炸得脆口,咬落去口感亦好似排骨味道,醬汁嘅酸甜度適中,令人一件接一件放入口。金針木耳猴頭菇放埋紅棗一齊蒸,金針唔會有酸味,猴頭菇亦都吸收左金針淡淡的香氣同埋紅棗嘅味道,十分juicy。三杯鮮竹粒豆腐煲亦十分惹味,餐廳應該係先微炸豆腐粒,然後再放入煲同鮮枝竹一齊炆,豆腐入面又滑又嫩,外面就沾有醬汁味。朋友鍾意食川香素回鍋肉,因為完全做出回鍋肉嘅濃香味,不過我個人就對回鍋肉麻麻,所以認為回鍋肉味道偏油膩。星洲炒米嘅咖喱味好濃郁,米粉亦都夠鑊氣,炒得米粉爽而不油,如果我冇食錯,應該加咗豆卜絲一齊炒。叫咗咁多餸,埋單只係四百幾蚊,個個食到捧住個肚走,真係好抵食,而且呢間餐廳做中式素食真係幾出色,味道同葷差唔多。如果週末想嚟食可能訂位就會好啲,因為座位唔係特別多,一邊食都見到好多人喺出面等位。…Read More

前排朋友生日,我哋一齊去意粉360食午飯慶祝。等位時間唔算太長,好快就可以入座。我哋叫咗一個芝士焗肉醬法蘭克福腸薯條同埋明太子醬海鮮意大利粉。焗薯條焗薯條係粗薯條,滿滿嘅肉醬同芝士包圍着粗薯條,外面食到番茄鹹香嘅肉醬,裏面就食到薯仔嘅香味,熱愛薯仔的人一定能秒速解決。明太子醬海鮮意大利粉明太子醬海鮮意大利粉嘅白汁香濃而且散發出少許海鮮嘅鮮味,而且意粉有不同的海鮮有蝦、帶子粒、魷魚圈和蜆,食意粉時會咬到粒粒分明嘅明太子,口感好特別。但可惜份量比較少,認為份量可以再多一點。 …Read More

青越亭新初時開張食過一次覺得唔錯,於是近來同朋友再去食一次lunch。但係發現水準好似有啲下降,除咗環境排到好迫之餘(每條路只係夠一個人過),食物質素都開始變得麻麻。當日我叫咗一個豬頸肉撈檬,等左一陣就上菜。豬頸肉煮到有啲乾同柴,而且個醬汁有啲鹹。側邊嘅配料亦都少咗好多,以前青瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲比較多,可以令到食撈檬時感覺更加清爽,宜家清爽度大大下降再加上座位真係太迫,出入都好唔方便,成日都驚會撞到其他食客。…Read More
