I was there as a party of 5, and from the moment we sat down, the wait staff kept rushing us to order drinks and food. We also informed them that we wanted to use our Entertainer BOGOF main meals, the waitress said OK and showed us what was allowed for the offer. Afterwards, when we tried to order our food, another waitress gave us conflicting messages on what could be ordered for the offer. She later came back to clarify. The food was nice.  We ordered the burrito bowl (big portion), salmon (cooked perfect, with a side salad - felt it could have done with some potatoes or extra veg), burger was good and juicy, and the fish and chips which was tasty and the fish was soft and flaky.When it was time to settle the bill, the manager i think (the man with a pony tail) gave us attitude when we showed him our Entertainer vouchers and we had to dispute how many vouchers we could use. It left a bad ending to our dining experience and for that reason, I will not be returning when there are plenty of other places in LKF/ Central we could dine with better food and service.…Read More

My friend and I ordered an avocado burger each. Approx $150 each and it wasn't good. The patty tasted like the frozen meat patties that has minimal amount of real meat inside. The fries were OK. I come here regularly for lunch and it is great value for approx $100 you get a main and drink. For an extra $10 you can add a salad or soup of the day which comes with their freshly baked bread.I've had the fish burger, and the pasta before and it's always fresh and tasty and cooked well. Came here at 7pm and it wasn't too busy so was able to sit on the sofa seats as we were a group of 4. We ordered 4 mains - Quesidallas, nachos, shephards pie and baby back ribs.The quesidallas and nachos were great - cheesy, fresh ingredients, and great portion sizes. I've been here a number of times and my advice is to get there early to get a ticket. They don't allow reservations so best to get there before 6pm and put your name down first. Also note, they won't seat you until whole party has arrived. I mentioned that my friends were arriving in 5 mins and they gave us the table with a 90min limit.The menu is HUGE. Lots of choice for appetisers, mains and desserts. The portions are huge also - american sizes. 1 starter and 1 main can easily feed 2 people and maybe you could squeeze in a dessert too.The food is always fresh and tasty and arrives quickly. I've ordered many items from the menu and each item has always been good in my opinion. Got there at 6pm and it was quiet so we could choose where to sit. The atmosphere was clean and tidy and upscale. We ordered the chicken pepper and pig stomach base which was flavourful and full of chicken. The beef and veggies were decent portion size and were fresh and very tasty. My first time visiting the Central branch (I usually go to the Quarry Bay one which is better in my opinion). I went for the great dining offer called Mussels Monday - $195 for unlimited mussels and fries. However the mussels were such a disappointment!  They were barely warm and tasted bland (we tried most of the flavours that night). Came here a few weeks ago on a Fri night as a group of 4. We sat outside which was nice as the view was beautiful and the weather was warm.To cut a long story short, we tried to use the Entertainer app here which gives you buy-one-get-one-free on main meals but after several attempts to inform the staff that we wanted to use the app that night, many of the wait staff looked puzzled, confused and then ran off to consult someone. (This happened at least 3 times). We were eventually greeted by the manager (I think) who said that the restaurant does not allow this offer on Fri and weekends, and that I should have specifically said that I wished to use the app on the telephone reservation - None of this is specified in the T&C of the app which I have read numerous times. The manager informed me that these were their own rules! As it was late on a Friday night, and I didn't have the energy to complain nor get up and try another restaurant. We ordered some food.We ordered the ravioli, the beef stew (Ossobuco Alla Milanese), corn-fed chicken breast and lasagne.Ravioli- nice, but small portion. Expensive. $188Ossobuco Alla Milanese (Beef stew) - nicest meal of the night, lots of meat, authentic taste, big portion. $238Lasagne- home-made, tasted OK. Not the first time I've been to this place. I go repeatedly as the food is always good and it's a good place to go with girlfriends, your loved one or a big celebration whenever in TST.Location - 2 min from mtr station, hidden away in the corner of the first floorDecor - chilled out place, lots of room and the tables are nicely spaced out.
