paul_cheung5358 I totally agree the above comments. The dishes mentioned are fantastic and delicious. I strongly recommend readers to try this restaurant. I am sure you will come back again. I become a frequent guest of it and the chief cook, Mr Yim, is the best book I ever met in Hong Kong.
