今晚到屯鬥出席長輩的壽宴,其實日前已訂了位,但由於人太多所以都要等,我們等了大概十五分鐘終可以往樓上入座,我們共有23人要分開兩枱坐。先來全隻蝦禾米乳香豬上枱,感覺有點奇怪,因為全隻豬都是"光身皮",而且四隻腳伸了出來,又未斬件,原來是讓客人欣賞他們的招牌主打,更讓食客們影相留念,我一定不會放過如此好機會啦 ! 蝦禾米乳香豬 ~ 分件後把隻豬分開每枱半隻上,雖然係招牌菜,但我個人較喜歡吃芝麻皮那種脆皮的口感,唯一不同是多了些炒飯分散了注 意,幸好炒飯夠乾身,其實尚算不錯,但呢隻豬的價錢要620元真係幾貴。大勝雞、香煎蓮藕餅、 炒菜心、 茄子煲 ~ 都係普通。 豬肺湯 ~ 好清,比較淡味。冰淋醬烤骨 ~ 酸甜適中,開胃惹味。芝士琵琶豆腐 ~ 比較普通,我本人並不喜歡太多汁。豉汁蒸黃立倉 ~ 沒有泥味都算不錯。壽包 ~ 大大個,最欣賞裏面有少許鹹蛋黃特別好味,但完來有部份是沒有鹹蛋黃的。已忘了這餐飯結賬是多少費用,由於今次是以家庭形式計算,所以共除開八份請長輩吃飯,所以我和另一半是其中一份共付了300元,全晚除了隻豬整體而言都算便宜。…Read More

我和另一半早兩日前已計劃了到這間自去年尾開張至至今已幾個月,現在才第一次幫襯的分店,其實我和朋友也幫襯過旺角那間梨和園,但印像中地方及衛生璟境也較差,而且食物又不太好。我們今日中午,一上到去的感覺都算整潔,可能都重算叫做新卦! 客人並不多我倆選擇了自助燒烤,我襯食客不多便出去拿食物,順便拍吓照準備為寫食評之用,點知在沒有打擾其他人之下影了幾張相,就比這裡的阿姐叫停,表示不可影相,很奇怪囉! 佢哋又無什麽不準拍照告示貼出嚟! 啲食物又唔係什麽唔見得光的材料做出來,我又無阻住佢哋做嘢,旺角好景商場那間都可以拍照點解呢間唔比呢?其實,我個人認為有照片給別人一齊分享,相信較有共鳴,點都好嗱! 我都會一樣用相片及持平的心來寫食評。炸物及熟食:-雞翼夠入味。豬腳及蛋都不錯,(原本想試下啲薑醋,但一喝之下要立刻吐出來真係很難飲,竟然像膠水般似的真係太杰了。)多春魚、春卷及薯條太腍了。西蘭花唔夠熟。燒烤生肉:-丸類、 紅腸、 魚柳及多春魚就沒有特別只是一般。最欣賞這裏的燒烤生肉類,我們試過牛肉、豬肉、金沙骨及雞翼等...,大部份的生肉都醃得很入味。:)冷盤及甜點:-啫喱及豆腐花普通。壽司很差不但唔新鮮,啲飯仲硬到好似隔咗兩日前煮落咁!另一不足之便是擺放在燒烤生肉柜內的食物,分類提示處一啲都唔清淅,好似有點亂嚟!總括來說:熟食、冷盤及甜點質數實屬一半一半,壽司更不用多提,簡單來說就是差極。最值得下次再來的原因都係這裏燒烤生肉類,並且有足夠時間來燒。結賬每位 : $78 (午市燒烤自助餐) + $2 (茶錢) + $8 (加一服務費)幸好有報章的九折優惠。:)…Read More

之前多數到深圳都是吃火煱, 我和另一半巳半年沒有踏足此地, 原本我倆在東門附近尋找在一年多前曾在某酒店食自助餐的地方, 但他突然提起多年前一位朋友帶他及一班朋友去過中森明菜,最難忘就是那裏的一大鍋粥,我記得由於當天我有要事所以沒有跟他們前來,竟然他話記得在某金融中心附近,由於有的是時間尚早,所以我就由他嘗試找尋那超過了八年的記憶吧! 其實我也沒有太大期望可以找到,在沿途沒有問人之下,很快我倆真係揾到世界金融中心外的中森名菜標誌, 由於五點才營業,我們便在附近坐了一會等到夠鐘後才上去,果然地方的確很大,只見到兩抬客人,我們坐到最入面近窗口位置,可以見到火車行過,這裏環境很好坐得非常舒服。餐牌非常長形看起來也不太方便,我們看過餐牌第一時間先落單 : 霸王粥 (CNY15 元) 幸好侍應在落單時向我們表示兩人份量巳足夠,炭燒羊肶 (CNY48 元 / 特價)、炭燒豬頸肉 (CNY38 元 / 特價)、大葱窩燒雞 (CNY35 元)、飛魷翼天婦羅 (CNY28 元 / 特價)。嘩 !:霸王粥先上枱,確實兩人份量也足夠有餘,粥底有些肉碎及葱粒稀適中,足足有八碗半,超抵食。飛魷翼天婦羅 :炸得不覺油膩幾好。:)炭燒豬頸肉 : 感覺太肥實在只屬一般,麻麻地,普通咗啲 !炭燒羊肶 :需然我個人覺得鹹咗少少 ! 但真心講句的確不錯,幾好食又無羶味,值得推介。:):)大葱窩燒雞 : 雞肉嫩滑,味道好好 ! :):)結賬 : CNY159 (餐牌內點選的五款食物) + CNY6 (茶) + CNY17 (加一服務費)…Read More
