又是團購惹的禍........

之前團購網見到$13X可以任食原價$380既日式串燒,諗住試吓, 點知中左招.....等我試吓組織案情:由於之前訂左6.30pm而我亦準時,不用排隊便即刻有位, 環境係較細, 但乾淨企理.職員有禮亦勸快,一入座已講明是晚用餐程序: 食物會無限供應, 但要自取, 聽完開始感到唔妥......到場時已見到有幾盤錫紙盤, 入面裝有食物, 放係一條bar枱上面, 埋去睇吓, 有炸餃子, 中華沙律之類, 旁邊有一jar jar汽水, 其後送出來的食物漸漸增多, 繼有司華力腸, 墨魚丸, 雜菜沙律, 牛油金菇, 茄子, 炸雞翼, 燒雞翼, 牛肉串, 雞肉串, 炸雞軟骨, 燒粟米, 年糕.....等等......每款食物都有一盤, 一些較受歡迎的食物如燒雞翼初期會再添.由於我坐得較近bar枱, 又由於我準時到, 食物一送出我便即時攞到, 所以很幸運地我可以食到比較"暖"既食物. 無錯, 係"暖"的食物. 串燒唔同打邊爐, 燒好左既食物會好快攤凍, 而師傅每次要燒一大盤食物, 可想而知上得菜黎已經唔會熱得去邊. 食物初出係暖的, 但當再番攞時就已經凍左, 而凍左既肉串食落似肉乾, 溝好左既沙律會出水, 炸物凍左會變硬, 我比較幸運, 食到暖野, 但眼見一些七點後入場的食客, 就只有凍冰冰的食物.....另外, 食材亦認真麻麻, 任食的食物, 就好似旺角街邊串串的貨色, 但又唔及旺角的好味.......唯一可口的, 係限量一人一份的4寶, 包括燒蠔, 燒帶子, 燒蝦, 燒牛肉粒, 係好食, 但唔係任食.......望住餐廳牆上的餐牌, 有好多可看似吸引既燒魚燒牛靚啤酒, 叭一啖中華沙律, 飲一啖走氣可樂, 感覺有點怪怪的, 點解身處居酒屋但食緊旺角串串?坐左接近一個鐘, bar枱上一盤盤凍冰冰既食物已經乏人問津了, 我才發覺所謂食物無限供應, 原來不是指食物會源源不絶由廚房供應, 而係你唔食哂就唔會有新既食物出了, 眼見同場好多人都停哂手, 我又望住個經理, "其實我地未飽啊, 只係唔想再食凍野硬野咋...."........最後, 好無奈的, 唯有埋單......出左餐廳, 感覺好唔抵, 第一, 串燒食法應該係點即燒即食既, 燒一大盤野然後叫人出去攞, 錫紙盤下面又無火熱住, 感覺真係好似食緊到會, 點解要去餐廳食到會呢, 提供熱食物不是餐廳的基本責任嗎? 第二, 除左一人一份的4寶算好野之外, 其他食物邊到值$380? 有無人會俾$380任食司華力腸炸雞翼中華沙律呢? 其實食之前睇番前人食評已經知兇多吉小啦, 但已經俾左$13X, 唔去就無哂, 去又要再俾加一$38, 呢種係咪餐廳既策略呢? 諗住購一筆算? 定係想宣傳但計錯數呢? 我真係唔知...但好肯定既係, 如果要俾差不多$180一位, 我寧願用哂去小肥羊打任食邊爐, 去譚仔食土匪雞翼, 去和花亭食壽司, 都一定唔去呢間餐廳.記得張coupon有效期去到8月, 希望餐廳老闆睇到呢篇食評, 改善吓, 唔好再係咁, 唔該.…Read More

slimbody 又或者等我補充一下:1. 店家的服務唔錯, 環境亦唔差, 只係店舖細左D, 之前已經講左.2. 問題一: 食物唔夠熱正確D講, 係食物上菜頭20分鐘唔夠熱, 之後就已經凍哂啦. 而凍左的食物味道唔好, 口感唔好, 呢個係事實. 3. 問題二: 食物質素可能我太天真, 係團購見到標明原價$380, 便聯想到食到$380既質素. 亦幻想所謂任飲任食, 係可以食到店內餐牌大部份既食物. 但呢D可能係店家既廣告口號, 等你有個美好憧憬. 如果你自覺俾得百幾蚊就預左只食下些下價食物的話, 我無話可說, 但就請店家唔好收$38加一, 因為真係唔值.4. 問題三: 經營模式其實我想店家正視的, 是經營模式. 燒一大堆食物, 然後要人出去攞, 本身係問題所在. 我記得酒店自助餐都係類似模式, 但我所知人地係有用熱水助住D食物兼且有蓋蓋住喎, "乾杯"的食物又點呢? 純粹一個錫紙盤? 食物凍左有無處理? 唔想浪費食物嗎? 為何不讓客人入單再整呢? 怕整唔切? 為何只限兩小時任食呢? 一晚要做兩場? 5. 我都知百零蚊唔係好多錢, 唔應該有太多要求, 但起碼: i) 店家提供熱的食物係基本責任, 而這一次所見, 店家並無考慮過如何處理這個問題, 如果七點先到, 俾左錢只得到凍既食物, 食客會點諗? ii) 我無諗過店內的食物會有分"散客專用" 及 "團購專用", 而"團購專用"的食物又會同散客的差唔多, 呢樣野原來又係團購價個到暗示左. $380蚊係散客價? $138係團購價嗎? 噢, 原來我太無知.....我第一次食日式居酒屋, 依家先知百幾蚊原來係好少錢, 所以唔配食好野, 店家會否因此用一些下欄去敷衍我呢? 對唔住, 我唔想講到咁盡, 但以上係我食完餐飯既感覺. 或者, 店家根本就不應該參加這次團購.

carloslht 佢講緊既係經營手法既問題,團購既目的係為左用優惠價的價錢去享受原價的食物質素,你自問你食既食物值唔值380 再加一先啦!!!!餐牌上既野,講明唔包,當然唔包,絕對認同,但原來佢話包既野食,都係唔包架。酒店既野,唔會熱到蕩嘴,但佢地至少會keep住食物既溫度,保證客人唔會食到凍既食物,除左冷盤。唔好意思呀,我用左酒店既質素同呢間餐廳比,因為佢地收緊酒店既價錢,唔記得左原來鍚紙凍盤同無氣可樂好貴架

slimbody 抱歉英文唔多掂, 都係打番中文之前寫完食評見有幾個留言, 都知間餐廳幾"火"吓. 所以不時番上來睇, 估唔到依家已經變成食家之間既罵戰啦? 或者再澄清下, 我唔係乜野寫手, 亦唔係乜野同行或對手, 只係一名普通顧客, 因為貪便宜買了團購來幫襯.我唔知散叫食物質素可以有幾好, 所以我只集中評論我因著團購所吃到的食物. 評論中全是我親身經歷, 信又好唔好信又好, 我都無得去證明了.閣下又是誰? 會唔會係餐廳老闆或者職員呢? 如果係的話, 請好好檢討吓經營手法及用心做好食物, 唔好再在此罵戰, 互相指罵只會換來一班睇花生騷既網民, 對生意毫無幫助的. 一間餐廳好不好, 除左網上評分外, 朋友之間亦會口耳相傳的, 好餐廳自然多人食, 好食自然好評多, 相反亦然. 又者閣下只係一名普通食客, 我便在此向你講對唔住, 好多謝你用時間睇我篇留言, 係我小人之心, 錯怪好人.

Tung_spy i am really pissed off....CK_TT....i guess u are the boss of the restaurant, u have several nickname here and all begin with "CK" ...What u are saying here is juz rubbish, there is nothing to help with your business if you juz saving your comments here in Openrice..... 我以前都有食開, 算係不過不失. 前幾日卻因為發生左件事, 搞到非常不快.當晚我去叫左碗清補涼堂食. 食到半路竟然發現碗糖水入面有條吋半長的鬈毛, 無錯, 係"鬈毛"! 我相信呢條會係人既體毛......我覺得好噁心. 於是我即是叫侍應妹妹過黎, 話佢知呢件事, 佢用隻匙搞左碗糖水一陣, 搵到條毛之後就好嬲咁同我講"點會有毛架!"然後就成碗糖水囉走左, 搞到好似我做錯事咁. 之後佢又俾過一碗清補涼我, 中間一句道歉都無, 我見到碗野都無胃口啦. 於是埋單走人. 我想話, 間舖既服務非常差囉. 加埋食物入面有條毛, 食完真係又噁心又受氣.…Read More

因為之前食過午餐拉麵覺得幾好, 於是前日晚又去食過, 點知好失望. 兩個人食左以下食物:1. 燒雞中翼2. 日式金菇肥牛烏冬3. 蕃薯天婦羅4. 大版燒餅(單拼:义燒)雞中翼一食已知唔對路, 乜陣味咁似曾相識? 原來係卤水雞翼, 上枱前落油鑊翻炸過, 又咸又油膩, 乜唔係叫"燒"雞中翼咩?到烏冬上枱, 味道不過不失, 但就一定唔係日式羅. 因為湯底隻味竟然係史雲生清雞湯(我估九成係, 因我係屋企成日飲)唔通間餐廳又整一模一樣既湯底? 其他料就有肥牛+金菇+烏冬+冬菇+日式魚旦+娃娃菜......蕃薯天婦羅同大版燒餅係比較好的. 蕃薯有四大塊, 甜甜地幾好味. 燒餅多生菜絲幾健康, 最好味係上面個汁, 隻汁同街邊食既燒章魚丸係一樣架.一句講哂, 我覺得呢間D食物唔正宗羅. 尤其是個卤水雞翼同雞湯烏冬, 似中菜多D. 唯一讚既係地方夠靜, 同食物上枱夠快夠熱. 可能因為全場得我地一枱客卦. …Read More

前晚訂了2位去食飯, 環境靚, 人唔多, 亦唔嘈. 二人世界很有氣氛, 侍應招呼週到, 廁所亦乾淨企理, 感覺良好.講下食物先, 食物的全名唔記得了, 只記得大概叫乜:頭盤1. 意大利生牛肉配沙律菜2. 炸帶子凱撒沙律頭盤味道唔錯, 份量亦夠, 菜新鮮, 生牛肉入得口無雪味, 炸帶子香口彈牙, 有帶子味, 但唔係飲左餐湯先咩?(我估)餐湯3. 意大利雜菜湯4. 波菜忌廉湯另加一籃面包, 內有三款包及兩瓣焗蒜頭, 幾好味, 亦好熱, 但美中不足是面包到左後10分鐘湯先到, 搞到面包涼哂主菜5. 黑松露意大利飯配煎鵝肝6. (唔知乜野肉碎)配三色意粉主菜我地只叫意粉及飯代替. 那個意大利飯真係好出色, 鵝肝甘香, 鵝油撈意大利飯一絶, 一定要試. 三色意粉做型特別, 多汁惹味, 份量亦夠, 一男一女食完已經飽. 其實今日係朋友生日, 所以先去, 食完再order一件紐約芝士餅, 順便要求插一支蠟燭, 侍仔當然無問題. 來個陣仲插多左個生日牌仔喎, 多謝哂. 不過件餅味道就普通左D. 到左埋單, 其實我地只叫了一個意粉一個飯, 每款加30蚊就送湯, 包及前菜, 變成上面既套餐啦, 唯獨是個餐唔包餐飲, 有點美中不足. 件芝士餅老闆話因為我朋友生日, 所以係免費送既, 真識做生意, 成餐食左300蚊有找, 咁既價錢咁既質素, 係出面搵唔到喎, 抵贊.…Read More
