食過返尋味嘅阿翁鮑魚

今次帶一個好中意食鮑魚嘅朋友，嚟試一試遠近馳名嘅阿翁鮑魚，點解話係遠近馳名呢？因為呢間富豪酒家已經連續13年攞到米芝蓮一星，相信對於中意食好嘢嘅香港人嚟講，食米芝蓮並唔係咩新奇嘅事，但要連續13年拎到呢個殊榮，就一定代表呢間餐廳有過人之處。今次揀咗$1480嘅「阿翁鮑魚美食宴」套餐，一個價錢就可以試齊幾個出名嘅菜式，性價比非常之高。套餐嘅菜式都相當豐富，首先開場帶動味蕾嘅係「紅燒砂鍋包翅」。砂鍋燉煮嘅包翅，燒到熱辣辣咁上枱，湯汁非常濃郁，有種金華火腿嘅天然鹹味，令人食指大動。個包翅質地滑溜，入口後即化，非常好味！接著就係主角「30頭特選吉品鮑」。呢個菜式真不愧係餐廳嘅招牌菜，鮑魚肉質緊緻，口感彈牙，同時又唔失嫩滑，而且鮑魚本身嘅鮮味同調味都非常搭配，可以話係乾鮑最完美嘅呈現。第三道菜式就係「清灼唐生菜膽」。唔少人可能覺得生菜好普通，但係呢度嘅生菜膽真係清新爽口，清灼手法更顯其綠意盎然，絕對係一道讓人回味無窮嘅佳肴。然後就係「油泡生劏斑球」。斑球經過油泡後，肉質變得更為鮮嫩，而且仲帶有一股獨特嘅香氣。一啖咬落去，鮮美四溢，外表簡單嘅斑球即使放喺其他名貴嘅菜式面前，味道亦都毫不失色。跟住係「蒜香海斑頭腩」。海斑頭腩部分，肉質豐滿，而且魚味濃郁。蒜香嘅味道更係為呢道菜式添上咗一份獨特嘅美味，一種斑可以有兩種咁好味嘅食法，餐廳可謂落足心思。再嚟就係「富豪脆皮雞」。見到「富豪」兩個字就知道又係餐廳嘅招牌菜式。呢味菜上菜嘅時間比起其他菜式會耐少少，因為隻雞喺廚房師傅即刻燒出嚟嘅，先至確保到雞皮嘅香脆，結果亦都證明等待係絕對值得嘅，雞皮咬落去係直頭聽到脆裂嘅聲，肉質鮮嫩多汁，而且味道濃郁，絕對係一道值得一試嘅佳餚。食完隻雞就差唔多嚟到尾聲啦，套餐嘅主食係「迷你鮮荷葉飯」。荷葉香氣四溢，飯粒綿密可口，同時搭配埋脆皮雞一齊食，口感層次豐富，會有種意猶未盡嘅感覺。嚟到甜品環節，就有「原燉杏汁官燕」。呢個糖水非常滋補，官燕燉得入口即化，杏汁甘香，令人陶醉其中。甜點方面，就有曲奇同椰汁糕。曲奇鬆脆，椰汁糕則是綿綿緻緻，清香嘅椰子味同口感極佳，為呢個宴會畫上一個完美嘅句號。總括黎講，今次體驗真係非常滿意，員工嘅服務態度都好好，每道菜式都精緻美味，令人食過返尋味。尤其中意食鮑魚嘅朋友，一定要嚟呢間富豪酒家試吓！…Read More
