昨晚一行八人幫襯,叫了聖子、重皮蟹、蝦、鮮瑤柱、蒸魚及瀨尿蝦等。當中大部份都貨真價實及煮得好味不用多講,要講的是重皮蟹和鮮瑤柱:這兩味都是檔口推薦的,鮮瑤柱用來炒西蘭花,上碟後一看,不外如是,吃入口感到味度只是普通,下次可以不吃!到油焗重皮蟹了,上碟後叫伙記一剪為二,吃入口感覺蟹味鮮甜,蟹膏算多,最重要是蟹殼很薄,像薯片那樣一咬即開,連我這一向怕麻煩不大吃蟹的人也覺好味!埋單2,500(不計私伙餐酒)個人感覺合理!…Read More

二十年前已來源記,當年幾十架車泊滿門口的情景已很少見(現在最多都係七八架車)食品的水準沒有當年水準,以這裡最出名的桑寄生蓮子茶為例,以前的蓮子可以入口即化,現在就冇咁靚了!其他如合桃糊及杏仁茶等,亦沒有以前咁香滑!雞蛋糕就從來都未喜歡過!但總體來說,雖然水準已滑落,但相對起大步份坊間的糖水店(注意是糖水店,不是甜品店),它的水準還是較高的!…Read More
