近排由於工作繁忙,未能夠返鄉下,但又好掛住鄉下嘅和牛,所以最好就係去「喰樂」呢間日式和牛專門店都食返餐好去醫治思鄉之苦。食和牛最好嘅烹調方法,就梗係Sukiyaki!呢一個和牛壽喜燒套餐裏面包括有前菜、火鍋及最後更加有一個炊飯。前菜包括有我第一次食嘅和A5牛餃子,餃子咬開之後已經充滿和牛嘅油香,和牛茶碗蒸,蒸得啱啱好蛋香嫩滑。牛蒡可以清一清味蕾。之後就係我哋嘅重頭戲霜降和牛壽喜燒!呢個和牛拼盤可以試到四種不同嘅牛肉,包括:宮崎牛西冷、宮崎牛肩胛心、沙巴當油花多及牛板鍵!宮崎牛西冷每一片和牛嘅油脂,分布均勻,就好似雪花一樣咁靚,每一片都係入口即溶回味無窮!宮崎牛肩胛心據牛味濃肉汁豐富,肉質纖維較為彈性。沙巴當則係頂級和牛獨有嘅稀少部位,油花特別旺盛,油香細膩,令人回味!牛板鍵則同一般嘅和牛有明顯分別,油花唔算豐富,但係咬落去有韌勁每片和牛基本上只要就淥一淥可以食得,配上蛋香濃郁嘅日本蛋,更加係一個味蕾升級嘅食法!除咗和牛另外仲配有新鮮進口嘅日本野菜拼盤,日本蔬菜份外新鮮豆腐煎過充滿豆香!當食晒所有配菜後店員就會為我哋做一個炊飯,呢一個炊飯可以話係精華所在,配上蔥花,同紫菜幾大碗我都食得晒!最後店員荔枝雪糕,為呢一餐豐富嘅和牛壽喜燒作結。…Read More

係幾個月前朋友介紹認識到呢間荔枝角穩世餐廳,餐廳喺荔枝角地鐵站隔離勝在性價比極高,坐得舒服見到佢換咗新Menu,同朋友再嚟開餐今次我哋叫咗一個餐前沙律,及三個主菜:1)法式火腿牛油果及藜麥沙律•蜜糖芥末油醋汁:餐前沙律,十分之健康有牛油果及藜麥,對於我哋注重身形減肥人士嚟講,簡直係必食之選,配上蜜糖芥末油醋汁嚟食,嘅野味又低卡。2)法式奶油香蒜蝦球•麵包碗:麵包碗用法式方法配合奶油煮出充滿蒜香爽脆蝦球,無論係奶油汁或者係新鮮蝦球,配上麵包都可以多多都唔夠,建議大家可以叫多個多士去點嚟食!3)澳洲m3和牛肉眼扒,法式忌廉胡椒醬配脆炸薯條:第二度主菜就係澳洲和牛扒配炸薯條,剛和牛扒煎嘅時間啱啱好,肉嫩而且充滿肉汁。而且薯條係我喜愛嘅粗薯條,再配上佢哋秘制法式忌廉胡椒醬,胡椒香十分野味。4)鐵鍋蕃茄醬牛肉芝士燉飯•溫泉蛋:最後我哋叫多咗一個燉飯,利用鐵鍋上菜因此熱度十足,食嘅時候仲係充滿蕃茄及牛肉喺香合熱度,再配合溫泉蛋,十分飽肚,適合無飯不歡嘅人士。5)朱古力布朗尼蛋糕:而最後我哋再叫多咗一個甜品Chocolate Browne, 食呢一款蛋糕最驚就係質感過硬或過軟,而呢一個係焗得啱啱好!6)開心果奶蓋:而呢一餐裏面最令我驚喜嘅係呢杯飲品,應該係有一位新水吧負責人嘅關係,飲品嘅款式多咗,而我哋今日飲到嘅呢一杯開心果奶蓋特飲,味道香濃係我喺香港少見。總括嚟講Monster Kitchen算喺香港食過性價比較高餐廳之一,小型餐廳亦比較有有人情味,下次再有新Menu時候會再嚟開飯!…Read More

今次係堅食完忍唔住即刻要寫食評!無諗過咁好食同咁抵食🥰OpenRice 訂枱仲要再有折!唔係誇張,香港食過咁多次omakase,都唔會好似今次咁覺得咁抵食!佢最有誠意個位係每一道菜所用嘅食材除左新鮮,仲要有不同調味,令你食每一啖都有驚喜!前菜 3小碟,好清新開胃-木耳菇配紹菜 加芝麻提升香味-蟹肉 配秋葵同香醋水雲-日本蝦夷鮑魚以昆布慢煮2.5-3小時 入味彈牙食完前菜,師傅就好有耐性咁介紹今日主菜,Leon師傅細心,經驗豐富,一絲不苟亦有一種令人安心嘅感覺😌先上刺身,深海大池魚薄切同厚切兩種切法,薄切配淡淡紫蘇鹽,厚切就包住日本京丸蘭蔥,味道十分特別。再黎到貝類,新鮮活北寄貝及帆立貝刺身,食落有柚子香 ,非常之夾,配埋雞冠草,非常爽口,而且含豐富膠原蛋白,十分養顏。繼續去返刺身,日本間八(Kanpachi)被認為是最高級壽司食材中的前三名之一,魚腩部位非常肥美,簡單柚子胡椒,配自家三星漬炙燒一下,魚油香滲出晒黎🤭先黎赤身吞拿魚以醬油漬醃製並配山葵莖,再黎到拖羅,其實本身都好怕食太油,平時都唔太好拖羅,但今次真係大開眼界,用最矜貴嘅大多部份經過深度煙燻,配日式野菜同櫻花蝦,減輕拖羅嘅油膩,帶出香味並提升到另一個層次。和食係鹽燒鯖魚,個擺盤真係滿滿嘅儀式感,係日本嘅味道🥰🍣 手握壽司真係好期待😌 選用精米45% 夢美人米,配自家調製醋,所製成嘅米飯唔會蓋過魚本身鮮味,而家唔洗點醬油都好食🤭真鯛壽司- 天然真鯛真係非常鮮味,肉質緊實漿口活赤貝- 非常鮮甜爽脆日本伊佐木壽司- 第一次食,香港比較少見,魚味濃同埋肉質有彈性日本北海道牡丹蝦- 食開都知牡丹蝦絕對係蝦刺身王者!加少許竹炭鹽,更添層次最後兩款野生魚- 地金目鯛同銀雪魚bb,油脂豐潤,醋麵豉及紫蘇減輕油膩感去到呢度已經飽左9成,以為唔再有驚喜,一黎兩道海膽,師傅即場開北海道小川馬糞海膽,然後好似唔使錢咁起勢咁畢,同場仲試埋剛開季嘅白海膽配秘製蝦夷鮑魚,最後以舞茸鰹魚湯底作結😌…Read More

最近行過銅鑼灣都見到見到登龍街Mid Town有一間開咗幾個月嘅人氣餐廳,外觀睇落好友沖繩酒吧感覺,又有鐵板燒食一直都好想試。但由於幾次都見到高朋滿座,所以放棄。今日難得見到唔駛等,所以即刻同朋友試吓。天賦感覺唔係好大,大概有20個位可以用餐,但整體感覺好好好似去咗一啲熱帶地方嘅餐廳一樣。由於今日揸咗車所以冇飲酒,但其實很後悔,因為呢度一睇就知一定要飲酒,係飲酒+食飯嘅好地方。就普通我哋揀咗三個冷盤小食,包括蕃茄蒜子沙律、辣酒凍風螺、螢光魷魚,我可以告訴大家三個東盤嘅好味程度都超出我們想像,蕃茄醃製得非常香口充滿蒜香,而且十分新鮮咬落有爆出嚟嘅蕃茄汁,而東風螺每一隻都係冰凍脆口充滿辣味酒香,而螢光魷魚,每一隻都係肥美新鮮咬落去會爆出魷魚嘅汁,有香濃嘅鮮味。如果能夠飲酒栽培呢三款餐前下酒菜一定千杯不醉。雖然已經食咗三款餐前小菜,但仍然唔係好夠喉,所以我哋仲叫咗炸山藥條,呢個炸山藥係我喺香港第一次食到,佢同薯條好唔同係外面香脆內裡煙韌,口感層次豐富。食完小菜之後,我哋隨即都叫咗幾款主食包括:鐵板燒蠔、一夜干雞排、大阪燒、香蔥牛肉薄燒及A5和牛坑腩炒飯。我哋一行幾人初初以為煮食份量應該好細,但後尾發現每一樣都比我們想像中大:鐵板燒蠔一份有四隻,每隻都係新鮮外脆內軟充滿蠔汁。大阪燒都係睇住新鮮整起可以自己家紫菜或酸薑一物兩食。而一夜干雞扒更加係我近期食到最好食嘅雞扒,雞扒係經過隔夜風乾減少水份之後才煎,因此雞扒表面10分香脆,但內裏亦都唔會好乾,保持雞肉彈性,而且接了10分芳香,用來下酒一定係一個非常之好嘅菜式。如果喜歡蔥嘅朋友一定唔可以唔試吓呢一個香蔥牛肉薄燒佢哋嘅蔥會偏每粒都爽口充滿清新蔥香,蔥更加能減輕到牛肉嘅油膩。而全晚嘅精選所在一定係呢個A5黃牛坑腩炒飯。一個飯嘅份量可以夠三至四人享用,由於我哋坐吧枱可以睇住師傅細心炮製,範疇得十分乾身香口,牛坑腩粒更加係精粹所在每一粒都食到濃郁嘅坑腩濃香。最後,我哋再叫咗一個蜜瓜糯米糍,作為甜品作全晚嘅總結。Funky Monkey已經開咗幾個月,我哋一直都等唔到為食係真係有原因嘅因為呢度價錢相宜食物份量很大,而且每款食物亦都係很有心思,很有質素。…Read More

向來對食日本野都有一份喜好既我,今日去咗位於元朗有極大名氣既鮨文試一下佢地既omakase師傅發板。一去到坐低後師傅比我地第一樣食嘅就係豉油淮山同蘿蔔漬物,兩樣嘢食可以先清淡下我哋味覺,讓之後食嘅嘢可以更加細味品嘗。食完漬物之後第一樣就係嘗試佢哋嘅黑松露茶碗蒸,呢個茶碗蒸裏面有帶子、松茸菌,而且更有名貴嘅金箔味道濃郁充滿黑松露香氣。食完茶碗蒸之後,開始食嘅就係刺身五點,第一款刺身就係松川鰈,師傅用岩鹽和青檸汁令魚身件更加清新,而背部就用火灸去逼出油份釋出更多油香!第二味刺身就係獅魚,獅魚其實就係偏大80 cm以上嘅野生油甘魚,經過網燒更能帶出魚香。食完刺身之後師傅安排另一味由魚內臟做成的菜式‘白紙’,白紙係由雪魚內臟所造成配上蔥、蘿蔔蓉和酸汁一齊食經過火灸味道香滑濃厚。跟住呢一味就係我最喜愛的一味餸菜‘香箱蟹蓋’,蟹蓋係由福井縣松業蟹先拆肉後再加上蟹子和蟹膏所砌成嘅蟹蓋係食前再加上由蟹煮成嘅濃湯汁非常野未!食完松葉蟹之後我哋就食咗由九州白象拔丰所整成嘅壽司!象拔蚌新鮮爽口彈牙係一等靚食材。然之後我哋就食咗安康魚干同埋鱸魚,鱸魚配上京都蘿蔔同白麵鼓醬,魚肉配上白面鼓香味,毫無遺和感!之後我哋更食咗北海道北寄貝、昆布漬金木鯛和針魚壽司,三款壽司師傅都特別用精巧既刀功將刺身切成細緻花紋,放上由北海道七星米加新瀉米所差成嘅壽司食用更添口感!最後我哋更試咗鮨文最出名嘅海膽杯!師傅分別利用兩種不同的海膽,如白海膽和馬糞海膽再加上牡丹蝦整成豐富嘅海膽杯兩樣海膽分別有唔同味道味道甜美濃郁!海膽背後本來已經好飽但師傅利用紫蘇和千本漬、大蔥製成手卷,紫蘇嘅味道加上千本漬的甜酸味中和了本身飽嘅感覺,呢味手卷就如有畫龍點睛既感覺!最後師傅更附上有靜剛蜜瓜配上威士忌,清甜嘅蜜瓜配上濃郁酒香為晚飯畫上一個完美的句號!…Read More

酸菜魚有水準

今次真的很難得!豬隊友肯同我食酸辣野!我知道渝痴漁醉係新開嘅,但一直都搵唔到理由食,因為豬隊友唔食辣野!但佢竟然今次主要提出話食,因為佢聽講好多人都話好好食wor🤤兩個人其實食唔到好多野,所以我地就點左一個主食,一個小食😆小食係我好好好好好鍾意嘅夫妻肺片,為左遷就下豬隊友,所以就點左小辣(但原來豬隊友小辣都食唔到,下次要點bb辣)佢真係整得好入味,牛肚爽口,牛𦟌又唔會鞋口🥰主菜我地就食烤魚,揀左酸菜湯底,佢上菜嘅時候,我地都嚇一嚇,嘩!甘大份嘅!好驚食唔晒🙈,但因為酸菜夠晒開胃,唔覺唔覺食下食下又俾我地食晒wo !另外我地見佢個drinks list 都幾特別,所以點左兩杯特飲,佢好有心思,有燈幻彩冰粒,令杯飲品係視覺上加滿分,當然佢味覺上都100分啦👍🏻紫色個杯就係紫醉金迷,另一杯就係柑桔青檸梳打,都好好飲ga!…Read More
