今天和一大班同事試了這間新酒樓。地方不大,但午飯時間客人已經坐滿了整間酒樓,所以會嘈。我們叫了一大堆點心,約30碟點心和一碟瑤柱蛋白炒飯。全部的食物比我想像中好,所有點心都熱辣辣,好味道!! 推介蝦餃,皮薄蝦肉爽口菜苗餃入面的菜苗很新鮮同埋燒腩仔好好食,皮脆有少少肥(又唔係好肥,剛剛好)瑤柱蛋白炒飯雖然瑤柱不多,但炒得非常乾身,廚房功力應該不錯可能新開張,樓面有少少手忙腳亂,但服務不錯,都熱心。下次會再來的 (今次太肚餓,冇影相,同埋建議先訂位!)…Read More

家姐在openrice見到這間印尼餐廳獲得好評,於是就約埋一齊試試同行四人叫左1) 雞豬串燒各半兩種肉都好滑,熱辣辣,唔係翻燒,有肉汁和有肉味,加埋個汁,好食呀2) 栗米蝦餅咬落口,皮脆,仲有好香的栗米湯味,但蝦肉就唔多3) 黃薑飯d飯有好香既椰汁味,唔,但感覺唔到薑味,配埋旁邊的餸,有菜、牛、魚和雞等(黃薑其實是一種健康的食材,聽說有助防癌)4) 蜜糖雞翼皮略硬,雞肉則幾滑,其實好食,但我覺得唔是太特別5) 巴東牛肉飯牛腱林,但巴東汁唔夠辣,可能怕客人食唔到辣其實這裡的食物都好好味,但應不是正宗的印尼菜,可能為了迎合港人的口味。如果你不是追求正宗印尼菜的感覺,這裡絕到是一個好選擇。…Read More
