We only ordered two items and they could only get half of it right. After ordering 宮保雞丁 (Kung pow chicken), the lady taking our order put down 腰果雞丁(celery and cashews with diced chicken)... so naturally when the wrong dish turned up, we told them what we ordered and they took it away and changed it on our bill.... after 15 mins, the correct dish still didn’t show up, so I politely asked them if they had started cooking the proper dish yet, if not then we would like to cancel the order. Two minutes later, 腰果雞丁 came back out but with a slightly different sauce and some chopped peppers. We made the same complaint but the waiter told us that it’s a different dish and that their 宮保雞丁 is like this... basically meaning, take it or lump it. Rubbish. This left a bitter after taste, unrelated to the food.
