尖沙咀雖然有好多拉麵店，但好多營業時間到10:00，想搵一間夜d既店都唔容易，上網見呢間拉麵來收11:30，打去問原來last order係10:50，即刻趕過去食。上網見menu都幾多特別既拉麵，因為我麻麻地叉燒豬骨湯拉麵，見到有個牛舌牛尾湯拉麵就試一試佢先，個牛舌好軟熟，湯底清清地幾好飲，麵質揀左普通我覺得軟硬適中幾不錯，加$17有一隻糖心蛋，蛋就比較淡味。另外極上海老吟釀湯既拉麵湯底濃到好似羹咁，蝦味好濃，不過蝦就應該係急凍蝦，隻蝦有d縮咗水同偏乾。整體上都好唔錯，一定會再去試佢其他味道既拉麵…Read More
