I tried to make a reservation at Naruto for lunch, but it was fully booked. We decided to try and walk-in. The waitress told us that the only seating was outdoors and she added that it was really cold. We got the feeling that she would prefer we leave rather than sit outside. Our party of four decided to sit outside anyways since the sun was out and there were heat lamps.The heat lamp was supposed to be on, but we couldn't feel the heat at all. The waitress just said it was an automatic setting and walked away. Our food arrived in shifts. The rice in my negitoro don was hard and cold. It tasted like rice from the night before, and it was not sushi rice. The steamed egg was not bad, but it could have been hotter. Same goes for the udon noodle soup. It was fine, but the soup was just lukewarm. The waitress forgot my friend's order, so we ate "in shifts" as well. She never came back to refill our tea cups. Overall a disappointment.
