韓風襲港停不了,韓國餐廳越開越多,今次終於嚟到旺角喇!看到門外約有10幾人在等候,快快地囉張飛仔,店方貼心的放了幾張櫈仔供等候的客人坐,大約15分鐘便能入座了。被安排坐在第二層,這層的裝修更具韓國特色和心思!我們點了豬肉生菜包,煎餃子,石鍋飯同埋唔小得嘅招牌雞“小辣”“豬肉生菜包”用了一個又大又長的碟盛著,頗有霸氣的,這個韓式生菜包和泰國生菜包的外貌大不同! 從圖可見生菜包分成一份份,生菜放在最底部,壘在上面的就是燒豬肉,最面就放了代表著韓國的泡菜,再加入附上的辣椒醬一起吃,菜的比例立刻變小了,但優點是方便入口,豬肉略為韌口,而泡菜起了清爽的感覺,這款菜式在香港小有,不是特別好吃,但勝在有新鮮感。“煎餃子”用一個迷你的鐵板盛著,令人聯想到必然是熱呼呼而又鍋氣十足的,可惜得個樣,餃子已放涼,而且餃皮太厚,豬肉不夠鮮嫩,太普通了。“韓式石鍋飯”由自己攪拌,所以可以影左張最原本的樣子先,材料都是最普遍的紅蘿蔔,泡菜,冬菇,紫菜和荳芽,味道正常,吃到最尾是沒有飯焦的,這點失望。最後出場的主角“辛安東元袓奶奶雞(小辣)”第一個反應就係好大哦@@伴菜的還有紅蘿蔔,洋蔥,翠玉瓜和薯仔。雞的份量都算多,炆得夠冧,不過雞皮略多,雞肉佔比略少,小辣汁亦調得合意,不會過分,而且有點甜甜地,有點像泰國黃咖哩,吃到底層才發現還有水晶粉,份量也不小,煙煙韌韌的。把所有的都清哂,超級飽!!!!!…Read More

見到呢間新甜品店咁快彈左上嚟,晚上在旺角吃晚飯時,特意唔食咁飽,過嚟試,來到時是八點,不用排隊,但店內入坐率已有八成,店內設有兩層,我同b被安排坐在上層,店鋪的裝修簡約得來又不失時尚的感覺,而且貼滿甜品的相片。Menu用了一個粉紅色相簿貼著一張一張甜品的相片,有圖的menu我最喜歡^^重覆翻了幾遍後,我揀左“櫻花草莓奶凍”而b本身想食“梳乎里”的,但店員告知要等半個小時,我地即刻擰哂頭,改左要“朱古力慕絲”。等了大約5分鐘 ,用透明玻璃杯盛著的“ 櫻花草莓奶凍”先上,實物同menu中的差不遠,不過士多啤梨雪糕來到時已溶了一點點,奶凍上面還有蛋白脆脆和紅桑子,奶凍和蛋白脆脆比較甜,配上紅桑子一起吃起了中和作用,而奶凍都幾滑。“朱古力慕絲” 都是用透明玻璃杯再加了個蓋盛著,全部的配料都是朱古力,賣相極之吸引,除了朱古力慕絲和朱古力雪糕外, 還有朱古力豆和朱古力 餅碎,餅碎味道有點像oreo,慕絲同樣打得幾滑。…Read More

平時在旺角想食越南野,嚟嚟去去都係去朗豪坊個food court,因為對越興園無咩興趣,今日係鼓油街發現到新開嘅“越朝”實在太興奮了,見店內食客都不少,雖然是簡單的裝修,仍然把我吸了入去。不用等位,太好了!打開menu選擇都不少,有飯,檬粉,濱海,春卷等…亦有套餐供選擇。可惜是沒有圖案參考,要憑空想像:-|首先揀了一個一人餐,可以選擇一碗粉,一個小食同埋一杯飲品,B揀了“香茂雞肉湯檬粉”,小食配生菜,飲青檸soda。香茅雞肉首先上到,很有心思的擺設,面上擺放了一些繽紛的酸菜同埋蝦仔,又美又開胃,雞肉夠滑,但略嫌味道偏咸,檬粉軟硬度剛剛好,而且湯底非常濃郁,本人大愛。生菜就是一般的生菜,淡淡的,沒有過老的情況,已是非常不錯。青檸soda,還沒有拮過,已經很酸, 大概是青檸出事了…bad!我揀的“春卷撈檬”同香茅雞肉一樣,面上都是鋪了顏色鮮艷的酸菜,春卷沒有炸得脆卜卜,而且有點淋,令其失色了,肉餡很少,味道是還可以的。載著拌凍檬粉汁的瓶子超大個的,正合我要加超多的人心意另外叫了“豬肉濱海”出奇地很大碟,分成了五大份,最底層是一塊生菜,然後是餅狀檬粉,最面的就是大量的豬肉碎,冬菇粒同洋蔥的配料,口感豐富之餘,而且相當入味。由於太大份嘅關係,每淡都要分幾層嚟食,享受唔到一啖一啖地放入口那種爽快滋味。…Read More

今天晚上接完b落機後,出返嚟都已經10點幾。睡意起,所以無咩胃口,而且b係飛機食左野唔肚餓。就隨意點d小食醫下肚。嚟到呢到當然唔少得點個“招牌牛肉餅”食下,雖然時間已晚,但一d都唔馬虎,唔會求奇囉個凍冰冰嘅比你,熱辣辣的端上,不過感覺比上次嚟食時,份量小了,用筷子分開兩份,肉汁馬上湧出來,餅皮雖然唔係脆卜卜,但勝在唔會太厚,而且餡料豐富。餃子方面有牛肉,雞肉同羊肉選擇,但我本身很怕羊那陣味,所以都是揀雞肉好了,餃子包成圓碌碌的,餃子皮沒有粉的感覺,雞肉搓成圓圓的,雖然雞肉味道唔算突出,但比起平時在外面多數吃的都是魚肉,魚皮餃…在這裡都不失是個好選擇。最後點的是“雞絲粉皮”$55碟,確實比平時吃的份量大一點點,但雞絲唔見得特別多,味道正正常常,雞有雞味囉,粉皮較粗,唔夠淋,有點難咬,而個醬汁無花生味之餘,仲帶點酸,索價$55碟真係不值!…Read More

今天晚上在街上正煩惱著吃甚麼好時,竟然見到搬遷了的生煎皇。因為本身唔知佢搬左舖頭,所以好驚訝。而且新的店設有座位,還添加了新菜式,所以就決定在這裡開餐了。進入店內時入座率已有九成。除了生煎飽,小籠包外…還多了一些上海小食如:酸辣湯,青瓜海蜇,酥餅,菜飯,米線等的選擇。我們點了生煎飽,雞絲粉皮,皮蛋豆腐,小籠飽和一碗清湯蕃薯粉。熱辣辣的“生煎飽”首先上枱,飽底煎得脆卜卜,麵飽保留鬆軟的程度,豬肉份量大大份又juicy,咬下去時,d汁都控制不住漏了出來,本來只點了兩個,因為太好食的關係,我們encore再點多兩個!跟住上的是“雞絲粉皮”花生醬汁偏淡,但粉皮夠滑,挽回分數。接著的是“皮蛋豆腐”伴上的醬有點辣,起了點睛之效,比較濃味,送白飯的話一流。剛剛出爐的“小籠包”嚟喇!一籠有四個,一口把整個放入口裡面,外皮很薄,豬肉大大顆,肉汁都在口入面濟出來了,實屬必吃之選!最後就係“清湯蕃薯粉”揀左蘿蔔,芝芯丸同埋魚皮餃。湯底真的很清,近乎無味,蘿蔔比較苦,芝芯丸正正常常,就是平時在超級市場買來打邊爐那種,而魚皮餃,皮較厚同韌,比較一般。…Read More

今晚甜品本來想吃綠茶雪糕,點知去到先知裝修進行中……行去聰嫂又好多人排緊,但真係唔想排,最後比我諗起smile,馬上起行,原來9pm後的smile人潮是會散去的,太好了,終於不用排隊!今次揀了未食過的“banana split”試,一如既往這裡的乳酪都是美美的出場,最頂上面有個大大的蝴蝶酥,牛油香味濃郁而且鬆脆,好吃。朱古力醬遇冷變成朱古力脆皮與乳酪一起吃,很有從前在麥當當吃朱古力脆皮新地筒的感覺,只是現在是乳酪的分別。而且脆皮分量唔只在上層有,吃到底都還有啊!乳酪依舊酸酸的又不會過分,一層層夾著的當然有香蕉,還有脆脆和新鮮的雜果,感覺健康之餘又減少了罪惡感哈哈…Read More

去九展睇show前,在德福醫左肚先,“元氣”要排隊,無咩時間嘅關係就轉移左嚟呢到食。好快揀好食咩之後,b就去買喇,b個“凱撒沙律”上先, 洋蔥圈切成大大個圈放在三文魚上面,三文魚都是大大塊的,很新鮮,沒芥末時,我會落檸檬汁,令其味道更清新又開胃,而且檸檬有美白功效嗯。蔬菜都好新鮮又爽脆,麵包粒反而做得無咁好,唔脆,同埋只得幾粒。B真的很喜歡食三文魚,所以個薯蓉又係有三文魚加雞蛋沙律, 沙律醬比得唔姑寒,三文魚同雞蛋味道正正常常,薯仔焗得淋,但偏淡,我怕肥所以小食薯仔,但我又鍾意食薯皮,b剛好相反,所以唔使爭^_^跟住我果個就係“芝士火腿磨菇烘麵包”剛烘起的芝士在半熔狀態下與火腿相連,磨菇味道比較自然,沒有用過多的調味料,感覺健康,麵包厚厚的,但不夠鬆軟,所以有點難咬。壓軸的“酥皮忌簾湯”焗好了,先吃一塊酥皮再連湯一齊飲,因為剛焗好的關係,所以很燙口,要慢慢的飲,酥皮好香牛油味,但湯比較稀,唔好飲。…Read More

等一個鍾食韓風

因為報刊廣告發現左呢間韓食店,今日在銅鑼灣,馬上要來朝聖,到達時是晚上7時,已有好多人在等候,拿飛仔後,望望店內,座位不多,都有d諗住打退堂鼓,但又超想試,最後唯有等……等了半個鍾有點後悔,因為本身已很累,而且要站著等,加上見到有好幾次的二人枱又合埋變四人枱,所以都有點燥,想走但又唔甘心,最終等左一個鍾終於有位了。等嘅時候,已經諗好哂食咩,所以一坐低即刻點菜。幸好超菜速度超快!沙律叫左“香蔥伴炸雞”,蔥切成一條條又長又幼伴著辣椒醬,食落都幾辣,而炸雞上面仲有沙律醬撈埋一齊食,炸得ok脆,但個人認為可以再脆d,另外雞皮比例略嫌過多,肉很小。黑蚊蚊嘅“烏卒卒”嚟喇,雖然配料只有兩粒墨魚仔,但墨魚是非常新鮮,再加上特別嘅醬汁,同埋有點點微辣刺激味蕾,好不驚喜, 加上一啖一口的食,超級爽,多想整碟獨佔啊>0<!另叫了“太陽蛋泡菜飯”用一個大煎pan盛著,好有住家feel,太陽蛋非常搶鏡,這裡不會幫客人拌飯,不打緊,自己伴還好,可以玩下,蛋是正常的沒有煎燶,泡菜飯固然之辣,幸好不算很辣,伴飯的還有紫菜同埋小小肉,開始吃時覺得普普通通,但食落又覺得幾好食,美中不足的是沒飯焦吔~這裡有提供一jarjar的特飲,雖然賣相很吸引,但索價$88一jar,而且我地得兩個人,所以無點到,都係等下次有3,4個人嘅時候同埋唔係好多人等位嘅時候先試啦。…Read More

星期六接b收工去食lunch,想食日本野,b就話嚟呢到,還以為已full了,剛好還有一張枱Yeah!馬上看看食咩先,種類有壽司定食,石鍋定食,吉列定食等…突然想食鍋,所以就揀左“牛肉鍋定食”先來前菜有“薯仔沙律”, 薯仔有3大粒 ,幾淋,如果沙律醬多d會再好d,“蒸蛋”都幾滑,入面仲有蟹柳,冬菇同雞肉,都係大大粒,同埋“面鼓湯”d豆腐都好滑,個湯就比較淡。主菜嚟喇。生蛋嚟到時已經爛了,所以賣相扣了分。牛肉好入味,其他配料還有蘿蔔片,冬菇,洋蔥,滑溜溜嘅豆腐同埋食食下先發感覺嘅粉絲,湯底好濃郁,好好味,所以整個鍋我都好滿意,而且清哂,其實定食還有一個白飯的,不過我完全無掂過,因為個鍋實在太足料,塞唔落個飯了。B就叫了“吉列天婦羅定食”前菜都係一樣,而d天婦羅同樣係好大份,b話ok的,唔粉,但炸得唔夠脆。個飯又係好大,大到b都食唔哂@@食飽飽結賬時還有甜品送,應該是布甸來的,都幾好味,所以唔記得好飽把它清埋=~=…Read More

晚飯後,又係用另一個胃開餐嘅時候喇。這間甜品店應該開業不久,所以只得兩個good同兩個ok的評價,雖然起初都有點猶豫,但見到有阿華田木糠布甸,都係決定試下啦^-^今天吃飯後都只係7:30pm,所以店舖只有一枱客人,而員工都在吃飯,是甜品店難得的清靜。Menu上的選擇唔算小,有棉花冰,芋圓,仙草同木糠布甸等的系列。我地當然揀左為佢而入嚟嘅“阿華田木糠布甸”同埋“巨蜂提子雪花冰”先講個 “阿華田木糠布甸”$29,外形同平時嘅木糠布甸都係一層層,但當放隻匙羹落去…好硬啊!0!是雪櫃超勁凍還是如食友所講是專登ga呢@@而且硬到有d唔似木糠布甸,似雪糕多點, 不過阿華田味道就越食越重,食得出落足料, 另外因為真係好硬嘅原固,食左好耐先KO得哂xdd至於“巨蜂提子雪花冰”$40是粉紅色的,旁邊有粉條,椰果同爆珠,份量正常,提子味好香,不過伴埋d醬就甜左d,因為本身個冰都甜甜地,另外個冰都唔會好快溶。…Read More

自從見到呢到裝修後,就已經被吸引著。今夜係旺角食飯,立刻想起這裡便來了,到達時間7pm,但唔係好多客人。不過已經無理會,因為店舖嘅裝修實在很美,很豪華。我們三人被安排在一個半圓形的梳化上,非常寬闊。坐下後,侍應先給我們水,我的暖水杯都幾靚ga!Menu有set dinner同散叫的。set dinner唔啱胃口,所以決定散叫!點餐後,侍應端上微暖的麵包,配上黑醋同橄欖油,反而無牛油。因為唔係好肚餓,又唔係好吸引,所以都無食到,只篤了一下xd小食“墨西哥片”先上,跟上乳酪醬同另一隻綠色嘅醬,唔係好食到係咩嚟,但一定唔係芥辣,雖然一上枱就食,但都已經唔係好脆,而面頭果d,比d醬整到更加淋,相比係美國食的,差得遠。然後就是“凱撒沙律”嘩!超大盤,好在有三個人,如果兩個人食完應該都飽左一半,而廚師嘅擺設都好特別,中間放著一條長長的像骨頭的餅乾條,深刻了我們對這沙律的印象,不過呢個真係for裝飾ok,因為又係漏左氣咁,淋的。沙律d蔬菜&ham&蝦&三文魚&雞肉都係幾新鮮的,唔會有腥或者太老的感覺,而雞肉切成一粒粒,方便一口一口地連埋其他一齊食。食沙律的時間大約都用了差唔多半個鍾,主菜還未上,我地都認為係等我地食完沙律,然後就會送上。點知食完沙律過左10分鐘都未見有菜送上,所以便追問一下,原來仲未做好,都要等多10分鐘,不過店舖當時還不算很多客人,這點就有點奇怪了,幸好我們不趕時間,而且店舖的氣氛和侍應的態度都不致於令人感到不耐煩。終於來了“巴馬火腿意大利飯”份量適中,面上還有d泡泡,火腿新鮮帶一點點適度的鹹,飯抄得幾好,唔會太濕,亦唔會好漏,而且加埋蘆筍,中和了油膩感,做得不錯,喜歡!接著的是“蟹籽鮮蝦扁意粉”用長方形的碟載著,美美的,不過我地要將d意粉同旁邊的汁伴埋一齊,所以很快就破壞了它的美觀了heehee講返味道先,蟹籽有很多,豐富了口感,而蝦味道幾爽口,煮得啱啱好,唔會熟得濟搞到好韌,個意粉唔知點解我會覺得個味好似出前一丁,而且咬感特別,但唔識形容,但好有新鮮感,正啊!到甜品時候喇,因為之前上菜速度關係,所以係主菜上嘅時間已經點了,所以剛剛好食完,換左碟後,就食得了^^第一個係“棒子面包格格配雲尼拿雪糕”面包切了9格仔,外層烘到脆卜卜,內層鬆化,剛剛好,而棒子味唔算好突出,但最鍾意佢唔會太甜,因為多數出面嘅棒子甜品都係超甜搞到好濟,而個雪糕就正常,加上我本身對雲尼拿麻麻,所以都係食左兩啖。另一個就係“綠茶提拉米蘇”綠茶味比例較小,反而個cream打得好滑,所以都拉返d分數,如果目的係食綠茶嘅我就唔推介,但如果係鍾意食提拉米蘇,絕對值得試嗯”…Read More

天氣太熱,唔想週圍行,見到呢間個menu有喬麥麵,所以就入左嚟,點知打開個menu,只得兩款喬麥麵揀,其他果d天婦羅暫停供應=_=我地係因為喬麥麵而衝入嚟,所以只好揀果兩款…我果個就係吉列豬扒配凍喬麥麵。豬扒炸得唔會好粉,肉都唔鞋, 已經好過好多吉列專門店了。至於喬麥麵,比較上淋左d,不過口感都幾好,係ok的。而朋友果個就係牛肉抄菜都係配凍喬麥麵。呢個無影到相,面頭有好多蒜頭同其他味精配料,所以牛肉同菜都好入味,但就比較油膩。總括呢餐飯都唔算差,因為佢地主要係食拉麵嘅,所以都覺得可以接受。不過服務就好一般,價錢連埋加一,每人$80到,都算正常!…Read More

今日係大陸做完野返香港,諗梗食咩,揾揾下發現左呢間“蕃滿門”,而且0個bad。身為蕃茄粉絲的我即刻鎖定目標。睇了地圖後,就係太和站行過去,都要揾一揾,大約10分鐘路程。見到最多人嘅位置就已經知到左。心諗有排等,果時已經超級肚餓,點知講完兩位後即刻有得入,原來等的人都是等大枱的,超幸運^。^不過店舖其實很細,大約坐到30個人到。我叫左“豬手配蕃茄螺絲粉加粟米”。平時甚少食豬手,因為總覺得好鹹,今次膽粗粗的叫左,竟然有驚喜,唔鹹之餘,外皮炸得爽脆,肉質仲好滑,點埋跟上的醬料,爽!講返個螺絲粉, 螺絲粉唔會煲到太淋,搞得啱啱好,蕃茄湯超級濃縮,唔會太油,真材實料,差d飲哂成碗,不過已經塞唔落……而朋友就叫了“香酥雞扒配長通粉”我都有偷食個雞扒,外皮炸得脆卜卜,雞肉保持嫩滑,同樣有醬汁配上,個醬好味到我係咁嚕飯食tim*0*總結這餐蕃茄宴實在非常滿意,價錢$40幾碗又大碗,服務又好,係我食過幾間專門蕃茄食店最好的。只可惜呢到位置離我住的地區比較遠,唔可以想食就食到>~<…Read More

好內無食丼丼屋,今日想食烏冬,所以嚟左食,因為德福呢到無咩烏冬店選擇。呢到烏冬選擇唔多,牛我好小食,再加埋熱辣辣嘅天氣,所以就叫左個“胡麻冷烏冬”除左有胡麻醬之外,面上仲有蕃茄同火腿片,火腿都有5,6塊ga,烏冬幼身而且彈牙,確實比好多烏冬專門店還好吃,真的不錯!跟住叫左個新出的吉列芝士豬扒,另加$18配定食就有白飯,前菜,沙律同面豉湯。個豬扒炸得幾好幾脆,不過無咩芝士味。小食叫左個牛油煎三文魚,第一次試,不過無牛油香之餘,牛油味都無,似淨三文魚多d=_=另外叫左個我最愛的芝士薯餅,無嚟一排都有d擔心會退步,好在d芝士同薯仔都係炸到融為一體,唔會話只食到其中一樣,正正*0*…Read More
