朋友知己週末共聚,提議找一間性價比高,能夠暢飲一番的川菜館。在附近工作的朋友首選推介這間位於北角和富中心附近的「好運大排檔」,作為聚點。餐廳格局走大眾化路線,價錢也大眾化,除了川菜,亦有粵菜可供選擇,完全滿足到部份不嗜辣的朋友。最後,我們點了辣子雞、酸菜魚、回鍋肉、甜酸五柳魚、乾煸四季豆、椒鹽炸鮮魷。正宗家鄉四川菜館要做到「清鮮醇濃、麻辣辛香」並不容易,這間川菜館卻做得到。特別出色及令人喜出望外的菜色,一定要選是辣子雞,雞肉外脆內嫩,不乾不柴,完全做得出「清鮮醇濃、麻辣辛香」的標準。不嗜辣的朋友也點了甜酸五柳魚,甜酸汁味道適中,魚肉鮮嫩,這個也很美味。另一個要推薦的是回鍋肉,一口回鍋肉,一口啤酒,用來佐酒絕對一流!吃飽了喝夠了,這個週未飯聚很滿足! 辣子雞:香辣惹味,雞肉外脆內嫩,不乾不柴酸菜魚:酸辣清香,魚肉嫩滑、份量很足回鍋肉:必食佐酒菜式甜酸五柳魚: 甜酸適中,魚肉鮮嫩乾煸四季豆:  鹹香爽脆椒鹽炸鮮魷: 酥香鮮脆…Read More

旺角區真係無咩好餐廳,順道經過呢區,上網見到呢間多正評,多人推介,係無睇負評內容之下,就中伏了。頭盤:生蠔盤 oyster platter只可以講,可一不可再,要食oyster快靚正,可以去Citysuxxx。頭盤:藍青口 blue mussels 番茄洋蔥粒湯白灼藍貝,食唔出自己食緊咩野,淡而無味。飲品:雜莓沙冰 Very berry 飲品無咩話好唔好飲,但係杯邊插幾條草真係好娘主菜:羊架 lamb rack叫Medium, 上檯似係rare。主菜:黑毛豬豬扒 iberico pork chop呢合係唯一叫正常既菜式。最後埋單$971, 知道去附近酒店食自助餐好過。呢間餐廳去一次就夠。其實如果要客人用餐後都仲肯浪費時間去寫負評,都算係另類成功。…Read More

端午節假期,慕名光顧大埔區內最近新開的拉麵店。店名與幾年前大坑已結業的那間相近,不知道有沒有直接或間接的關係。不過也不最要,重要的還是食物的質素。點了一碗「鈴川」(達摩特上豚骨拉麵)」,呷了一口湯,骨湯味濃,但卻濃而不膩,絕對令人喜出望外。唯拉麵麵質可以有較大進步空間。另外點了芝麻雞翼,熱騰騰的上檯,香味撲鼻,入口感覺外脆肉嫩,調味調等很好,也不會太鹹。另外一讚是店內跟日本的拉麵店一樣,源源不絕提供凍水。有了這本凍水,絕對為這間拉麵店加了不少分。總括來說,這間拉麵在區內絕對值得推薦。…Read More
