HK Epicurus "長崎拉麵:係兩種 recommend 嘅拉麵其中一種but 無乜日本菜 feelD 麵質有 D 韌 好似上海麵咁個湯底無乜味 唔係豬骨味"You're right - in fact this isn't really Japanese ramen, but mainly invented for/by poor Chinese students in 長崎! I went to same shop in different location - same feeling as you. Not very good!
