此店原先在黑布街,近月搬遷到花園商業大廈一樓,裝修較舊舖寬敞舒適,但味道保持水準,食物選料新鮮,職員服務周到。我們一行四人,點了個香辣窩,再叫了一些火窩料。首先上菜是油炸鬼讓蝦膠,好味,用來送酒一流。豬皮很乾淨,沒有豬毛,非常欣賞。响鈴新鮮炸起,即食或放湯也可,鮮蝦丸彈牙好味,值得推介。脆肉鯇魚鮫彈牙鮮味,非常可口,還點了墨魚丸、鮮魷、芝士丸、芝士腸、牛心頂,食物保持水準。到結帳時,服務員解釋現時有新優惠,以此餐價錢計算,我應付一千元,但如我今天將用餐價錢乘3的話,先付3千,他們會為我開一張預付咭,將那3千元先儲值在咭內,讓我日後再來光顧時扣除,變相這餐是免費,如認真計算一行,便變成75折,我認為超值,不須考慮,便付了3千,那稍後日子可再來品嚐美食。…Read More

很久也沒到過新蒲崗,今天舊地重遊,睇吓附近有乜好食,經過一輪考慮後,選了小寶哥,因他價錢吸引,又可以試吓一人一爐火鍋放題。今天不用等位,我們一行四人可即時入座,每人揀選了自己的湯底後,可到自助區取食物。菜有三款,菇類又有三款,其餘丸類、豬紅、豬皮、豆腐、腐竹山根等可任食。豬牛同水餃就要落單才送過來,不用等太長時間,呢嗰價錢食到呢啲食物已經好抵,原來飲品也是無限添加的,有茶廳食料,另有竹樜茅根水、黑芝麻豆漿,非常好飲,總括來說就非常超值,值得日後再去。…Read More

牛油芝士焗龍蝦保持好好味

收工後與一班同事往九龍城竹園吃海鮮,叫了10人魚翅海鮮燒雞餐,每席$1,988,因另一款較平誼的10人餐$1488是吃波士頓龍蝦,為了食好小小,比多啲錢食本地龍蝦,對自己好一點。因竹園出名食海鮮,而我們也是為了吃海鮮而來,所以這個餐的紅燒雞絲生翅改為椒鹽瀨尿蝦,另一款蟹改為蒜茸粉蒸蟶子皇,改了二款餸,再加一個白灼東風螺,須補回$172,總數$2,160。第一碟上桌的是白灼東風螺,跟一碗熱水,以防螺肉多沙,用來淨身用的,但食落又無沙;再來的是干煎豉油王蝦,蝦不是太大隻,都幾好味;其後是當紅炸子雞,皮不算脆,味道一般;蒜茸粉絲蒸蟶子皇,大大隻,新鮮又好味;豉汁蒸帶子,好細隻,不知是否不合時;跟住是主角出場,牛油芝士焗龍蝦跟伊麵底,因龍蝦細,一開二算,以前用大龍蝦,是斬件上的,味道保持水準,非常好吃,是這裏的招牌菜;椒鹽瀨尿蝦用班馬瀨尿蝦,殼薄好味,但太小了(好像是三四隻左右);清蒸生猛鮑魚,但果皮放在鮑魚底部(不是放在鮑魚面),變左鮑魚無味,這新款的蒸法真是百思不得其解;二條海班仔,每條12兩左右,不過不失;最後來是楊州炒飯及二碟炒菜,炒飯有小小燶味。全場啤酒橙汁任飲,也記不起飲了多小支啤酒。總括來講,二千二蚊(包小費)吃到咁多海鮮都算係咁喇,可能現時物價貴,這店舖沒有加價,只是將材料改變一下。當你到店外與有關員工落單時,他們沒有特別提醒客人,龍蝦一般提供波士頓龍蝦,若要本地龍蝦,須按人數補回差價。…Read More

得悉旺角黑布街開了一間特式的火鍋店,趁星期五到旺角金魚街睇魚及買魚及蝦糧,約了老婆及朋友7點9在旺角等,會合後再到該食店。到目的地後,看到招牌“寶寶雞煲”,但沒有打邊爐或火鍋字樣,怎樣也估不到這店是全為打邊爐而設的。店內有9張枱,我們沒有訂枱,幸運地尚餘一張四人枱,我們便座下開始點食物,期間曾詢問他有甚麼好介紹,他介紹了豬腳根。食物上枱速度商中,雞煲內的雞吃得出是新鮮雞來的,肉嫩有鮮味;蝦丸是手打的,應該是全鮮蝦打成的,蝦味濃及非常彈牙;黑栢葉爽口,但略嫌切得太幼;魚皮餃也很好吃,比超市賣的好吃得多;牛坑腩牛味濃,厚度適中,有嚼口;杏汁白肺食落全無異味,看得出他們非常用心去做;豬腳根非常好吃,膠質重;M9和牛可以一試,疏菜新鮮好吃。因朋友須要駕車,沒有飲生啤,他點了一渣竹庶水,不太甜,好飲,而我點了生啤,大大杯賣35都低飲。一行四人吃得滿意,價錢不太貴,這店沒收加一及茶介,結帳總數$651,每人也只不過$163,非常低吃,與坊間自助火煱限時及食物質相比下,比多小小,吃到新鮮及特色的食物,也是值得的。而這店還有很多新鮮的豬內臟吃,由於我們人數太小,沒法點選太多種類食物,留待下次再試。…Read More

昨天下午原定與小兒往旺角吉壽吃中午自助餐,但到達後才知一至五的營業時間由晚上六時開始,故改往其它餐廳用膳。想起附近也有日式食店,便改往宮崎吃午餐,入座後餐廳經理說現時餐廳午市燒烤定食六折優惠(但加一按原價計),故點了二客138的定食,內有一碟主菜,包菇、牛脷、豚肉、牛肉、雞翼、豬肉及南瓜各二片及一件粟米,再加白飯一碗,湯、沙律及飲品一杯。所有烤肉也很好吃,由於現時有六折優惠,較正價平100,所以非常低吃。但晚市放題方面,只有120分鐘,如須傾計,就沒時間燒烤食物,二擇其一,就只好盡快燒烤食物來填飽肚子了。…Read More

這是第二次到這裏用膳,第一次在2011-6-3,現場環境冷氣是不夠的,因是開放式廚房,門口位置是蒸小籠飽,煎飽及鍋貼,最入位置是其它工序廚房,所以在中間位置的食檯的冷氣是不夠的.這裏的鍋貼很好吃,咬開後肉汁四濺,生煎飽都好,但不及鍋貼.小籠飽皮薄多汁,以荃灣區計,鍋貼及生煎飽每個$3.50及小籠飽$18.00(四粒),不收加一,是非常低.三絲冷麵如果醬汁可以多小小就最好,口水雞不太辣,手抓餅香脆可口,豆漿好飲但$9.00略貴,侍應服務太慢,有待改善.我希望第三次去會好一點,同時再嘗試她其它特式食品.…Read More
