I’ve dined in and gotten take outs from them before and eating it there is obviously better. The crust becomes really hard when you reheat it. I love their calabrese, definitely would order it again. For the mortadella one, I really want to like it but I wasn’t crazy about it. The mortadella ham was really good but the ricotta was a bit powdery(?) ricotta is favorite cheese and I can eat it right out of the container but I had to scrape it off of this pizza (could be the brand or could be just personal taste because my friend loved it and ate it for me). The tiramisù was amazing but for the cannoli, I was a bit disappointed because I could taste the whipped cream (I didn’t read the ingredients on the menu before I ordered and could still tell) Call me a snob but the inside of cannoli should be only made with ricotta and sugar. The whipped cream cheapens the taste. It IS cheaper than the other cannoli out there though so maybe they did it to lower the cost. It’s already known as the best pizzeria in Hong Kong, I don’t even know what else I can add. Out of all the pizzerias I’ve tried in HK, they have the best pizza crust in my opinion (the border is thick but not hard) . Their cannoli was a but overpriced but taste authentic to the ones I’ve had in Sicily. It’s really hard to find cannoli in Hong Kong, especially the authentic ones, so I hope they never take it off of the menu.
