之前經電郵request留枱。之後有位男同事聯絡我確定預約。當日7點半去到,講左留枱資料,一位戴眼鏡既男服務員帶我坐低,之後8點左右完成點餐。過左幾分鐘,男服務員問我姓乜,佢話搵唔到我個booking,問我點book,我答係經電話確定。佢話唔會經電話book位,要我8點半交枱,但當時已經8點10分,剛上了一碟嘢,但我order左10碟左右既嘢食加一支酒。我答儘量,如果未食完都走唔到,佢話會儘快上曬我啲order,我話你上曬,但我未食完點走?佢話無辦法,我地一定要走。我同朋友都呆左。之後想加一碟嘢,男服務員話唔得,因為我地8點半要交枱。過左一陣,佢又問我有冇經電郵book,要我搵俾佢睇,我話依家8點20分,我要食嘢趕住8點半交枱又要搵電郵俾你,我邊食邊搵啦。心諗,啲嘢未上曬,又要喺10分鐘後交枱,咩玩法?之後我搵到電郵個request,俾男服務員睇,佢問我係咪今日日子,睇返,當然係啦!再問我有冇俾deposit,我話無,佢話哩度book位要俾deposit,我話係有位男仕打俾我confirm booking,之後佢再三強調,佢之後有客,唔可以俾我坐咁耐,亦唔可以加order。到8點40分終於上曬啲嘢,成枱嘢真係食唔切。加上開左支酒放後面冰筒。但完全無人幫我地加酒落細樽,成日要叫佢地加酒,成晚起碼叫左5次。最後我想後加嗰碟嘢又上左俾我,期間見到兩邊有空枱。坐到9點40分我地走,但走之前我問旁邊張枱,有無俾deposit,旁邊客人話無俾過。咁即係有機會打俾我個男服務員無留我booking,但想推卸責任,所以話要畀deposit,總之就係我問題,所以先無booking。唔知做booking時發生咩問題,但服務態度超差,亦無感覺到佢有任何唔好意思,好似我地白撞咁。我張枱唔加order已經差不多2千蚊,2個人。唔係多,但都唔少嘢,因為本身諗住加order繼續食,可惜佢唔俾加,原因係order完後30分鐘要交枱。哩間嘢不了……趕客…Read More
