兩公婆今日放早, 去咗尖沙咀 shopping一陣, 跟住再黎一round Happy Hour, 然後拍拖去食日本嘢。喺棉登徑找到一間門口大方企理的嵐山日本料理, 餐廳裝修簡單整齊,適合拍拖或三五知己聚一聚。可能好耐都冇同老婆拍拖,所以嗰日胃口特別好。我哋聽店舖經理逐一為我哋介紹和協助點菜, 首先食的是刺身,三文魚、赤貝、 吞拿魚(中拖羅)、 深海池魚、 仲有好特別嘅鰤魚, 味道似油甘魚但更鮮甜肉質更誘惑。鮮甜可口野菜魚湯,d 魚味好濃好鮮甜。 跟住再嚟係燒鮑魚和燒羊架,鮑魚咬落有口感, 燒得啱啱好。 羊架都唔錯不過如果燒耐少少可能更加正。壽司方面,海膽油甘魚,蝦膏帶子,吞拿魚蓉牡丹蝦, 配搭有心思而且不會搶味!雜錦天婦羅大大碟,有蔬菜亦有大蝦, 炸得啱啱好。 最後完成和風大雜菜就簡直係一個完美嘅句號。…Read More

禮拜日約左班老友去筲箕灣食飯, 食完飯飽飽哋班美少女話想食甜品,見到有間糖水舖新開入去試下, 而且見到門口新店開張八折,其他分店又有咁多名人幫襯,應該非常可靠...... 結果不單是可靠,更帶來驚喜!!!店舖的地方不算大,但光猛整潔,可說是麻雀雖小五臟俱全。 店員的態度非常好, 碰巧那天遇到甜品舖老闆陳生陳太, 他們每事親力親為和殷切的態度令我對這甜品店有非常親切的感覺, 當然兩位樣子甜美的女店員亦是加分位。至於甜品方面, 我們點選了芝麻糊、 椰汁西米露、香芒小丸子和芒果蛋白。 有凍有熱有新鮮水果,我們可以交換來試試, 由於我是芒果迷, 所以對芒果特別有要求,芒果新鮮香甜, 非常不錯值得推介。 至於芝麻糊和椰汁西米露亦在水準之上, 由於是第一天開張所以沒有豆腐花, 希望下次可以試埋豆腐花和榴槤咁就完美喇。…Read More

過往都曾經慕名去過《鮨文》元朗店,當時用餐亦都好愉快,不過始終對我哋呢啲香港島返工嘅人嚟講,入去真係遠咗啲。呢間開咗一年嘅黃埔分店就非常方便,一出黃埔地鐵站過對面馬路就係。門口比較隱蔽,亦都冇招牌。全場以淺木色為主,摩登日本風。黃埔店比元朗店大,吧枱目測都可以招呼10幾人,仲有幾間VIP房,下次再約埋一班同事過嚟先。見到餐牌選擇分為兩款廚師發辦,一款$1350,一款$1750,黎得慶祝咁梗係揀左$1750。首先,師傅準備咗啲前菜,有紅酒蕎頭、千本漬同芥末淮山。一邊食一邊睇師傅表演。同好多鮨店一樣,廚師發板第一道菜通常都係茶碗蒸,其實係食生冷野之前先食啲暖同熟嘅食品,確會可以起到保護胃部嘅作用。蟹肉茨金箔茶碗蒸呢個茶碗蒸裏面嘅蟹肉都幾鮮甜,蛋唔算好香濃,但係勝在蒸得好滑身。櫻煮八爪魚 師傅話用咗三日準備,熟成、慢煮、細心睇火,因為要每個部份都煮得均勻,最後調味,先送到我哋面前,絕對係有心機嘅菜式。八爪魚入口軟腍,帶啲啲甜同辣椒,做得好好。魚子醬伴白子呢個係鱈魚白子,其實係卵巢部份,有啲似豬腦,入口creamy 肥美,同啲酸酸地嘅柚子醋好夾。真蠔 呢個日本真蠔來自小長井。日本真蠔味道相對一向食開嘅法國蠔味道薄啲。口感細膩,肉身厚,帶甜味。香箱蟹香箱蟹係雌性松葉蟹,小弟都係第一次食。其實平時好少叫蟹食,好怕煩,食蟹最怕要自己慢慢拆肉,呢度菜啱晒!師傅拆晒啲肉,再加埋啲蟹子蟹膏,放返去蟹殼上面,加埋啲啫喱醋,啖啖肉,正到難以言喻!清酒蒸蝦夷鮑魚鮑魚新鮮爽彈,唔錯!令我最深刻唔係鮑魚,而係鮑魚肝醬撈埋啲赤醋飯嚟食,香濃惹味,送酒一流。寒鰤魚切成三片嘅非常肥美,入口爽甜。針魚肉質爽,結構緊密,獨特的魚香。白象拔蚌白象拔蚌口感鮮甜爽脆。三文魚子三文魚子粒粒圓渾,脆卜卜。深海池魚肉質緊緻,魚油肥美,味道清甜。北海道點紋牡丹蝦蝦膏燒得燶燶地,充滿鹹香。蝦肉爽嫩,甜度爆燈。吞拿魚面頰燒過嘅吞拿魚面珠,油香十足,而且仲好嫩!干飄手卷葫蘆瓜卷,甜甜地。雲丹盛小弟好鐘意食海膽,啲海膽一瓣一瓣睇到人哋好開心!裏面有兩種海膽,分別係北海道白雲丹同赤雲丹,前者香滑,後者濃郁鮮甜,想再encore 一杯!伊達卷質地唔太乾,唔太濕,啱啱好! 聽講日本人食呢個甜品,好似我哋食湯圓一樣,有團團圓圓嘅意思。果物噴左威士忌日本蜜瓜,令香甜嘅蜜瓜肉多咗份花香,為呢餐寫上完美嘅句號!…Read More

自成一閣聚腳的好地方

大坑聚腳好地方 The Socialhouse 大坑真係好有外國feel,自成一角,樓又唔太高,感覺好輕鬆。今晚就同個老友隨便揀咗間角落頭嘅餐廳,外面係用木造都幾顯眼,有啲似瑞士小木屋。間餐廳叫做「The Socialhouse」,牆上掛左啲油畫,都幾有藝術氣氛,中間有個小酒吧,方便我哋呢啲三五知己過嚟聚下,飲杯酒。先點左杯紐西蘭Marlborough 嘅Pinot Noir ,果味豐富,酸度甜度適中,適合作為餐酒。餐前麵包係餐廳自整,軟熟又唔乾,唔錯。男人其實同女人一樣,好注意自己身型,尤其是差不多步入中年,新陳代謝減慢,身邊嘅老友好多都唔想有肚腩,都會有食沙律嘅習慣。今日我哋就點左呢一個無花果沙律,呢度嘅無花果睇個顏色都知道非常新鮮,沙律菜亦都好爽脆。主菜就點左虎蝦天使麵天使麵,煮嘅時間掌握得唔錯,彈性啱啱好,虎蝦幾大隻,醬汁亦幾入味,小小辣好惹味。白酒青口,幾嫩滑,個汁充滿蒜片同香草味,仲有有啲咬口嘅辣肉腸。 西班牙式燒乳豬做得好出色,果然係餐廳招牌菜,皮脆肉嫩,肉汁豐富,食完全個口嘅餘香久久不散。…Read More

今晚去大角咀接老婆放工,諗住簡簡單單打個邊爐,但老婆又話要坐得舒服啲,上OpenRice搜尋一下,見到呢間新開喺酒店入面嘅日式火鍋店,就冇book位嘅情況之下,上去試吓。入到去裝修係日本格局,樓底都幾高。除咗室內座位出面仲有室外座位。呢度除咗打邊爐,仲可以叫日式料理二人前,不過因為一心上嚟打邊爐,就直接揀咗個自遊人二人餐。老婆想叫地獄海鮮湯但我怕太辣,所以就提議叫燒壽喜燒火鍋。收起鍋甜甜地,醬油味都幾香。壽喜燒「澳洲M4 Oyster Blade和牛肩脊」同「日本四元豚肉」有五片左右。和牛肩脊呢個位牛味濃d, 有咬口。四元豚肉幾嫩滑。海鮮拼盤,唔一定跟足餐牌。餐廳會睇吓嗰日邊啲海鮮夠新鮮,今晚我哋就有鮑魚、蝦、龍躉肉同蟶子,全部都幾新鮮。菜籃擺得都幾整齊,菜都好翠綠。食完成餐飯,仲有個甜品送,係日本蕨餅,唔係太甜,啱晒我哋啲男士。…Read More

今日約左幾個朋友食飯,西班牙菜係最啱幾個人一齊食,開心share 幾個菜。入黎個環境唔錯,環境都幾大,我諗都可以放60至80人,music 既taste 都ok 喎,播緊Placebo。我地幾個都唔知叫乜好,侍應介紹左 Suckling Pig, Seafood Grill, Crab Cake, Tortilla 同 Foie Gras Toast ,咁就試下啦。我叫左杯Sangaria 西班牙傳統飲品,將水果切粒加上紅酒,加上糖漿同梳打水調配出嚟,甜甜地,而且酒精都唔高,啱我哋班女仔又想飲少少酒,但係比我怕飲醉。第一份黎係Tortilla 蛋餅,都OK, 我比較中意Crab Cake, 好重蟹味,雖然咸左少少,但都幾好味呀~ 之後的Foie Gras Toast 係好唔錯,好香而且連個Toast都keep 得好脆唔會油林林。之後黎既suckling pig,D 皮燒得好脆啲肉亦好腍,連平時唔食豬皮既我都食晒,我地一行四人好快就將佢食晒了。最後黎係Seafood grill, 完全估唔到原來咁大份,好壯觀! 鬧市中的浪漫餐廳

女人愛浪漫,男人愛實際。所以女人係食環境,食氣氛;男人首要都係要好味同食得夠飽。不過耐唔耐都要同老婆浪漫一下,今日我就揀咗E Molto Buono呢間係Time Square附近嘅樓上私房菜同老婆試吓。樓下嘅門口唔係好顯眼,不過上到去就別有洞天。首先有位笑容滿面嘅女服務員,帶我們去座位度。餐廳唔係好多個位,應該20幾個左右。有一個長嘅酒吧連接廚房。燈光暗暗地,又播左啲輕柔嘅音樂。落地玻璃可以望到出邊嘅街景。雖然出邊係一條好多車行嘅天橋,但坐喺裏面非常寧靜,隔音做得好好,絕對符合女人鍾意嘅浪漫。呢度嘅Chef Menu有$660至$738不等,菜式選擇都幾多。我哋都好鍾意食牛所以就點左兩個有牛嘅menu。生蠔做緊Promotion,買一送一,而且老婆好鍾意食生蠔,盡責嘅老公當然點左當晚供應嘅三款生蠔,俾佢好好品嚐(其實我自己都好鍾意食)服務員細心介紹左每隻生蠔嘅特點,同埋進食嘅次序。今晚嘅生蠔分別為Scottish Rock($88/隻)、Ancelin Special ($88/隻)同Gillardeau ($98/隻)。買一送一後平均每隻$40多至$50。值得一讚,係佢哋開蠔開得好好,冇任何蠔殼碎,而且開之前應該浸過足夠時間嘅冰水,而且亦冰鎮得好好。所以每隻生蠔係夠冰凍,更鮮甜、爽脆。蘇格蘭生蠔好夠肥美,甜得來又有啲層次;法國安莎連蠔海水味濃郁;蠔后法國吉拉度蠔帶子為鮮甜,口感細膩,富海水味。餐前麵包一啲都唔馬虎,全部都係自家制。一向我唔係好鍾意食麵包,不過都食咗幾啖。芝麻墨汁包、芝士脆片同香草包,我最鍾意墨汁包,附上嘅特色將我就鍾意意式辣肉腸南瓜醬多啲,因為我唔鍾意食茄子嘅。個茄子醬有啲似加入咗我哋中式香料孜然粉,我諗應該係Cajun嚟嘅好多中東國家鍾意攞嚟整雞。法國谷飼牛肉他他口感有啲似吞拿魚刺身,不過就多咗啲牛味,加埋啲蛋汁用係個口到,好香濃,加埋個多士就啱啱好。老婆本來唔係好鍾意食八爪魚,話因為好難咬,但呢度嘅青檸蒜香八爪魚配香甜紅椒蓉裏面嘅八爪魚煮得軟腍,加埋啲蒜蓉泡泡同橙酒魚子,幾開胃。至於湯係意大利風乾煙肉露荀凍湯配煙燻泡沫,凍凍地嘅口,感蘆筍湯味道清新又唔油膩。香煎鵝肝配貴妃焦糖燴蜜桃,外層先得焦脆可口,本來厚切嘅鵝肝會好油膩,但巧妙加上左蜜桃同焦糖醬,同多士,冇咗份油膩感反而多咗果甜,真係唔錯,不過我都係鍾意配搭無花果多啲。好多法國菜都喺前菜與主菜中間,上一個番石榴雪葩,呢度都唔例外。呢度嘅番石榴雪葩,果香味足,真材實料。主菜香草紅酒燒汁燴澳洲和牛牛面頰,配牛肝菌玉米糕。和牛牛面肉,好入味,一絲絲,味道好香濃,配上味道較淡嘅牛肝菌玉米糕,味道啱啱好。我比較鍾意個M8澳洲神戶和牛配香甜紫薯蓉時令蔬菜配香草燒汁。和牛煎得五成熟,雖然牛味唔會好濃,但係肉質就好軟嫩,油脂甘香。甜品係紅茶法式焦糖燉蛋,有啲似香港奶茶奶凍,唔係太甜,啱晒我哋唔喜歡食甜野嘅男士。花茶同Petite Four,老婆話個蝴蝶酥好正好鬆脆不過我已經太飽冇食啦。E Molto Buono浪漫嘅氣氛、有質素嘅食物、而且分量非常足夠,係不但可以滿足女士,又可以滿足男士嘅私房菜。…Read More

傳統斧飯 | 岩鹽老婆約咗姊妹,放工後我就同啲兄弟喺附近搵嘢食,見到有間新開嘅日本餐廳就去試吓《岩鹽》。我哋首先叫咗個黑松露水牛芝士日本番茄沙律,夠晒凍,日本番茄冇平時啲蕃茄嘅腥味,酸酸甜甜,好開胃。然後到刺身,我最鍾意食帆立貝刺身,呢度嘅質素都唔錯,鮮甜爽嫩。生蠔就一般,比較細隻,肉質稍嫌太creamy。聽講呢度係主打日本斧飯。門口落地玻璃會見到有一部專程由日本買嘅斧飯機,我哋就叫咗個北海道海鮮斧飯試吓。我覺得有啲似中式嘅蒸飯,同意大利嘅燉飯,呢個北海道斧飯都幾豐富,有三文魚、三文魚子、海膽、蟹鉗同鰻魚等等,啲飯都幾香幾鮮甜,不過兩個大男人食,其實唔係好夠。跟住我哋到埋啲茶入去做茶漬飯。食完飯都唔係好飽,所以再叫左個鹽燒吞拿魚鮫,吞拿魚鮫燒得好香,好肥美,送酒應該好正!…Read More

老婆鍾意食甜品,聽同事講大坑有間小店甜品唔錯,今日剛好要喺大坑見下就順便帶老婆來試吓。小店有啲似咖啡室,簡簡單單,白色和黑色為主,座位唔多約十多個。餐牌選擇唔多,但係就幾特別。我哋叫咗兩個以前冇食過嘅菜式。海鮮拿破崙酥皮唔似平時酥皮湯皮,有啲似餅乾、都幾鬆脆,裏面係龍蝦汁再夾左啲海鮮。我都好欣賞佢嘅軟殼蟹,鹹香得來啖啖肉。法式油浸鴨腿配窩夫,店員教先切開半熟蛋,等蛋汁流出。油浸鴨腿外皮酥脆,肉質鬆軟香濃,沾上蛋汁更滑,配搭窩夫很特別。綠茶奶昔忌廉濃郁,甜度啱啱好,綠茶味幾香。白朱古力薑汁慕絲,有啲似牛奶布甸加薑汁,口感比布甸實淨,唔算好甜,男士食都適合。…Read More

朋友生日,揀左食川菜。之前無留心睇餐廳簡介,就只係知道食辣嘢。點知入到間餐廳都打個突,係一間幾有情調o既西餐廳,一入到去見到d人係飲緊紅酒同水果特飲,d人係周圍行去隔離檯飲下吹下水。由於其中一位朋友唔食得辣,因此我地Order辣嘅程度減到最低。過去食辣嘅經驗,叫小辣或BB辣只得2個結果,一係就繼續勁辣,一係就完全唔辣。而呢間餐廳做到小小辣,而辣嘅香味充足,朋友都食到,我地又唔會好無癮。除左環境同食物,餐具都幾有心思,為配合「派對」係餐廳嘅主題,餐具都係花形,水杯係彩色,成件事睇落都幾開心。食物質素固然重要,而整體環境,氣氛,服務等等都係令消費者會否再返黎幫襯嘅主要因素。呢度令我有feel另一個嘅重點係,佢價錢算幾平民化,喺銅鑼灣黎講,食得飽仲要呢個價錢都係一個唔錯嘅選擇!整體黎講係充滿住新鮮感,原來中菜都可以mix西餐廳。成日出街食食到好悶,呢度應該俾到驚喜你,至少我有估佢唔到嘅感覺。麻辣雞蝦鍋雞(海蝦秀珍菇土豆)因為冇蝦,佢換左牛肉,而感覺好襯,呢種小辣配牛肉,正;d薯仔好仲入味,成件事由配菜到主菜都不錯。水煮味型江團其實明明係水煮魚,個名型左小小。魚質都滑,而且唔算太油膩,呢個就稍為唔係好夠辣嘅香味,可能下次要試下辣小小。鮮椒爽脆生腸呢個真係正,爽口兼脆口,麻麻地辣辣地,好滋味。前菜必點。手拍青瓜青瓜係新鮮嘅,味道尚可,如果能夠凍d就好好。冰雪鮮檸C飲呢杯野有料到,首先大大杯,酸酸地,對於食完辣成口都係「百感交雜」嘅味蕾,有更舒服新鮮嘅感覺。有青檸之餘,一粒粒嘅估計係奇異籽又有咬口,效果真係幾好。平時食川菜都係啤酒汽水,呢杯飲品真係幾唔錯。…Read More
