先嚟一件三文魚籽手卷,成條都係三文魚籽,一開始仲以為係無飯嘅XD芥末八爪魚迷你杯,用羹筆嚟食都係第一次,好得意,正!再嚟是晚推介帶子,可以刺身或者汁燒,揀咗3隻刺身1隻汁燒吞拿魚刺身6切,吞拿魚腩入口即溶又無筋,好正!野菜天婦羅,即炸,熱辣辣,脆口!OMAKASE壽司11貫,要重點讚下個海膽真係超正!無平時食到嘅海膽嘅果種怪味,好清甜自家製免治雞肉,平時串燒狀態嘅就食得多,咁嘅樣都係第一次。比串燒好食,因為夠熱鹽燒北海道喜之次,啲骨都燒到脆卜卜,好味好味,推介!雪村海鮮丼嘩!真係未見過海鮮仲多過啲飯,連埋三文魚籽,竟然有成13件食材舖滿喺個飯上面,好滿足。壽司飯係紅醋飯,比白醋仲鮮味啲另外要贊一贊伴盤嘅蘿蔔,初頭我以為係無經過調味應該係啲生蘿蔔嘅味,點知一咬落去,甜㗎喎,有驚喜炙燒海膽丼唔使講主角梗係海膽啦,正!本鮪三色丼吞拿魚腩好食就唔在講,連赤身都唔錯。滿足
