由於參加了某會卡，所以嘗試去此餐廳，打了好幾日電話想做booking,永遠都係冇人接電話，所以就through open rice 去訂枱。到達目的地後，門口等了幾分鐘仍未有人理會，所以就入到餐廳內看看，已經係晚上七點了，仍然係小貓三四隻，坐低後，初級服務員就話今日果烤爐壞咗，所以就唔會有pizza 了！What! 你哋係意大利餐廳，點解如果冇Pizza吃，點解唔通知客人？所以我就叫初級服務員搵個經理問下，之後中級嘅女服務員，我問吓佢既然客人有聯絡電話點解你唔通知佢哋今日個爐壞咗呢？佢個回答：咁㗎啦你哋可以叫其他嘢食㗎？ 大佬呀！你哋喺酒店裏便嘅餐廳，唔係嗰啲普通嘅Pizza 店呀！我嚟得酒店食，梗係食呢個service 㗎啦！我同我心裏10分唔服氣，再搵個高級嘅經理問問，佢個解釋話今早個爐已經壞咗㗎啦，一路搶修都搶唔到！我哋問點解你哋有客人嘅電話，應該通知客人話你哋今日冇烤餅爐，而唔係等客人嚟到坐低話冇就冇！by the way, 你哋餐牌唔符合我哋嘅要求取消OpenRice就當我冇出席！今時今日咁嘅服務態度，唔怪得香港人飲食業會越嚟越差！就係多得你哋呢班咁服務員！Anyway, 我會black list 你地, no next run!…Read More
