Ordered 2 cakes for delivery. Not only did the cakes not arrive on time, thus missing the celebration, they were delivered pretty much broken and leaning over to one side in the box (one good thing about their transparent box design is you can see the extent of the cream cake destruction before finding out the hard way by opening the box). Unfortunately a complete disappointment for the party goers. The shop of course took zero responsibility but rather laid the blame entirely on their delivery person.
