去韓國旅行最鐘意食韓國嗰湯飯類,無得去韓國旅行,唯有搵下香港有無類似嘅餐廳,喺尖沙嘴出名好多韓國餐廳嘅範圍有間好fancy嘅新韓國餐廳,menu有韓國湯飯、韓式拌飯、韓式餃子 — 絕對可以滿足鐘意食韓國湯飯類嘅人!薯仔排骨湯韓國嘅薯仔排骨湯係好濃味,又辣又有好多蘇子葉,有時未必適合香港人口味,呢間嘅薯仔排骨湯就應該比較適合香港人口味。味相對無咁辣,亦唔會有好強蘇子葉味,但係又保留到濃厚嘅排骨味道,非常適中,成碗飲曬都唔會覺得好渴口。個湯入面有4大舊排骨,排骨煮到好淋,咬一下就會脫骨,唔會食得太辛苦,又唔會無肉咬。牛排骨湯牛排骨湯相對薯仔排骨湯就清淡得多。呢個湯入面有排骨同粉絲,排骨份量雖然無薯仔排骨湯咁多,但係絕對夠食。個湯底煮到非常白,又有好濃郁嘅排骨味,一食就知道比左好多時間去熬。最特別係所有配湯嘅飯都係紅米飯👍🏻餃子王呢個係一個比正常size餃子大嘅餃子,入面個餡就係standard韓國餃子嘅餡,有肉有蛋有粉絲。Selling point就係大,味道同其他韓式餃子一樣啦。烤牛肉餃子呢個餡係韓式餃子比較常出現,中式就少d,所以既然黎得韓國餐廳,緊係要試d特別d。入面係韓式炒牛肉嘅餡,非常鮮甜,咬開佢仲有好多肉汁。如果真係只有quota order一款餃子,呢個一定係首選。…Read More

因為疫情既關係,好耐都無岀過去食飯喇,日日都係屋企煮飯,今日有事終於要岀下去,就揀左c小姐好需要食既牛肉,補充下佢最近缺少左既營養。鐵質真係好重要,有性價比高既牛扒做補充真係幸福😂牛極都幾易就行到,八點幾仲有人等緊位,不過等左15分鐘到就有人走,所以都唔算等得布耐。一入到去侍應姐姐就教我地點樣係部自動售賣機度買野食,好方便!我地揀左最平既180g 牛肩排同肉味唔會過濃既200g牛柳 !等緊既時候,我哋就岀左去牛極既另外一個賣點:自助bar 。有醬汁、白飯、牛肉湯 ,仲有沙律添。任食真係超級有心!先講醬汁,有三種味:辛味燒汁、蒜蓉同自家製燒肉汁,三種都好惹味。不過最正最正最正既就係個牛肉湯,一定一定一定要試!唔係普通既罐頭湯,係好足料既自家煲牛肉湯!一個唔小心我就飲左2碗😝180 g 牛肩排侍應姐姐拎黎既時候得兩邊表面係有微微煎過,因為每一份牛都係同熱石板一齊上,所以可以按照中意既熟度自己係熱石板上面煮牛肩排超強既牛味完全係我既至愛呀,唔會有好多根,肉質又實,$80 真係性價比超超超高,日式石燒牛扒好似真係完勝呀!200g 牛柳開頭仲以為c小姐會食唔哂,點知好味到佢之後掛住食無講過野,默默地補充哂體力😂牛柳一啲都唔粗,好嫩,再加上自己可以控制住火候,真係好正!再配埋每張枱都有既鹽、黑椒同燒烤既seasoning ,唔怪之得c小姐食完面色都比之前好😂😂😂…Read More

同C小姐好耐無見,今日終於約到食飯啦,咁耐無見就去食好西啦!上網search 完好想食日本野,不過又擔心太貴,不過C小姐話有一間chef’menu性價比高又唔會食到破產喎,咁我地就決定去試喇! 稻乙日本料理係尖沙咀寶勒行,好方便亦都好易揾,門口好低調!香箱蟹 用細細隻既蟹蓋裝住已經拆好肉既蟹腳、蟹膏同滿滿既蟹子!唔好睇少佢好似細細隻咁,蟹膏同蟹子都係冬天當做,非常鮮味呀!一啖食哂蟹腳、蟹膏同蟹子,就好似成隻蟹都一啖品嘗緊咁呀😍鮟康魚肝聽講有好多煮法,侍應姐姐話今次係好簡單咁配少少醬汁加少少辣椒蘿蔔蓉就帶岀到魚肝既味,不過其實我又食唔到有咩味,淨係知道好滑好似鵝肝,好啱慢慢放入品嘗!雷魚一夜干開頭上菜既時候仲以為係無咩特別,點知一食落發現不得了,以為會有魚腥味,點知少少都無,淨係有好味既煎魚味,皮煎到好脆好香口,而肉質因爲好新鮮,所以好有彈性,唔會一夾就碎!西京燒鹿兒島豚肉通常西京燒都係配鱈魚架嘛,好少係配肉,今次配燒到微焦既鹿兒島豚肉係另外一種感受呀,燒得好香口,鹿兒島豚肉又好高質,侍應姐姐建議我地同沙拉醬同菜食,會無咁‘膩’,所以會唔覺唔覺就食哂。九州真蠔通常食蠔我都係鍾意食海水味濃d,無咁creamy 既蠔,九州真蠔雖然係肥美Creamy type ,不過因為好爽口,所以完全無我怕既creamy 味呀!配埋檸檬汁辣椒蘿蔔蓉,就好prefect 啦!白子天婦羅聽完個名都唔知係咩,所以上網查左,太特別啦,我見識少,原來係鱈魚既精巢,有豐富既蛋白質,係補身既佳品喎!今次既煮法就係天婦羅,炸皮唔會太厚,好考師傅既工天,咁先炸得香脆,入面既質感比起鮟鱇魚肝更嫩既白子,真係有入口即溶既感覺!好正自家製魚湯烏冬侍應姐姐話係每日自家制既魚湯烏冬,煮到好奶白色,飲落好鮮甜,無味精架!最後有綠茶雪糕作為甜品😍…Read More

例牌Early dinner都唔洗等位~ 是晚去左灣仔同銅鑼灣交界的 Ember其實唔係朋友介紹的話,平時好少會行咁出大馬路搵食先講野食:1. 記得之前問過食盡天下既朋友HH,佢話尖沙咀海運大廈有間中菜,片皮鴨個主廚師傅好猛料,之前係全聚德學藝喎。尼間北京老字號,去北京必食!既然今日話明豪食,咁我就唔客氣啦,一坐低就叫左呢度既羲和三寶之一:羲和烤鴨 $328師傅會係隔離即切,見到成隻烤鴨個種深棗紅色係度閃閃發光咁,我地已經流哂口水啦😜烤鴨分為三部分咁上: 首先係鴨胸皮 ,個皮超級香脆 ,師傳教落因為好香,所以唔駛包住食,點藍莓醬再點跳跳糖就可以喇。細細塊一啖食完,我同7哥隻眼都發哂光咁,從來都無食過咁好味既烤鴨呀!!入口即溶,再加上藍莓醬同跳跳糖,口感超特別,驚喜程度保守啲講都係100分!再黎就係鴨胸肉,都係唔駛包住餅皮食,只要點呢度既秘制黃芥辣醬就可以。個秘制黃芥辣醬無平時食既個啲咁攻鼻,酸中帶甜,同皮脆肉滑既鴨胸肉好夾!最後就係鴨腿喇。鴨腿肉比鴨胸肥,不過放心係唔會膩既,啲肉仲甜甜地咁添。師傳教我地兩個食法,可以好傳統咁包餅皮、蔥同青瓜食,或者試下佢地個做法咁包山楂條同紫洋蔥 ,然後點藍莓醬。我地兩種食法都試過,結論係個藍莓醬真係調製得太好,配鮮嫩鴨腿肉食除左完美我諗唔到點形容🤤避風塘脆皮豬手 $428無食過依個煮法既豬手,豬手皮又脆又香,啲肉鹹鹹地好惹味,再加埋避風塘既煮法真係無得輸!份量超級大,大食同好多人去食都唔駛驚唔夠食張氏獅子頭(另一個羲和三寶)$48啲豬肉煮得岩岩好,軟熟得黎好入味,個張氏汁係秘製既,好中意呀。張氏汁鮑魚 $118 同獅子頭個汁相似,但配落鮑魚之後個汁變得更有鮮味,啲鮑魚都好鮮甜,好似糖心咁。牛油芝士焗大蝦 $188超濃既牛油芝士,冇得輸。大蝦好新鮮,肉質彈牙,食食下有啲似龍蝦肉,好得。松茸素佛跳牆 $138好啱唔想食太多肉既朋友,飲左一啖就停唔到!松茸味好濃,不過唔會太‘傑’。黃扒魚肚 $148 黃扒魚肚原來係羲和三大名菜之一,用左南瓜同花膠經過好多好多程序煮成,食落好滑好順喉,再加上南瓜汁就變得好清新!果然係推介之選呀。今晚真係食得有啲誇張,兩個人都挺住個肚行出餐廳門口咁。多謝7哥今晚同我食好西,大滿足呀!…Read More

今次係我地第三次食啦!第一次誤打誤撞係佢開業無耐就食過,一試難忘,之後就番唔到轉頭,仲試過放工揸30分鐘車去買外賣添呀😂 之前未有放題要逐樣點,而家既放題就更抵食,可以食到好滿足先走!是夜放工七點幾去到,生意好好,餐廳大概有三十幾個位都滿哂,等左陣先有位。有六款麵同三十幾種串串揀,同平時個啲要自己行去雪櫃拎既餐廳唔同,點完菜侍應姨姨會送到張枱。每次差唔多食完,姨姨仲會問我地仲想食咩,搞到越食越多😂我地食左三轉,每轉都二三十串,好爽!個麻辣燙汁會同第一轉既串串一齊上,之後就係師傅煮完再擺落自己枱既麻辣燙汁度。我地最推薦既串串有: 千層肚、萵筍、土豆、肥腸佢地真係好入味,個汁真係好香好麻,我中意食辣但又唔食得太辣,覺得岩岩好!另外,我地仲叫左兩個小食:蒜泥青瓜同鐘水餃,份量啱啱好,唔會太少但又唔會食到飽哂食唔到其他野。個青瓜好脆,個餃皮薄餡靚,正!最後,加$30 就野飲就有得任飲!食辣野飲汽水既重要性相信大家都明,所以任飲真係好緊要😂 唔中意汽水既朋友可以揀冇咁熱氣既茅根竹庶水同啤酒呀。…Read More
