今朝起身突然想食蝦餃,於是就落去新興買。雖知我哋返工人,晚晚返嚟新興都收咗檔,係要weekend先有得食咋...唔想製造垃圾,自己攞咗兩個盒落去買,叫咗燒賣、蝦餃、流沙包、黑椒爽肚。燒賣:我覺得呢個最好食,蝦、冬菇、豬肉都係鮮味、彈牙,唔會好似平時d燒賣一大舊唔知食緊乜,我諗呢個就係手造嘅過人之處。蝦餃:蝦就的確係粒粒分明兼彈牙,可惜個皮未做到薄而煙靭嘅口感,爭咗d。流沙包:用鹹蛋黃造嘅流沙包,包身較薄,所以餡料特多,老婆食咗一個已經滯,啱晒我食埋。鹹鹹甜甜,有層次。可惜佢個心唔係真係好「流」,否則會更為完美。黑椒爽肚:老婆request。我就覺得冇乜特別,都係豬肚咁啦,不過唔係十分入味亦唔係十分彈牙。反而我覺得個鹹菜仲入味。總括:燒賣、流沙包好食,其他可以繼續發掘下。…Read More

可可店呢個名,我細細個就聽過啦。屹立咗係西環n年,不嬲都知佢開得夜,係港大宵夜蒲點,同埋食物選擇多,不過其實都唔係嚟過好多次。今日做嘢夜咗返嚟,心血來潮想食可可店,所以一個人走咗入去。十點幾,成間嘢爆滿,不過一個人搵位都係冇問題,唔駛等。叫咗必點嘅煎腸粉加蛋,而家要成$17。另外揀咗個蠔豉豬骨粥 $19。講真,價錢真係唔平,叫咗嘢嘅時候我已經諗住俾個ok佢。點知,真係好好食!煎腸粉加蛋呢個名物,唔係齋腸,係蔥花蝦米腸,煎得非常香口,加埋豉油、麻醬、甜醬、芝麻,熱辣辣,香、脆、滑。宵夜食到如此水準腸粉,夫復何求。蠔豉豬骨粥,份量細過我諗(唔係平時食粥嗰種大碗),但係好足料。幾件豬骨、蠔豉之外,竟然仲有唔知係咪意外落咗嘅皮蛋。粥身當然唔係生記嗰種綿綿粥,不過啖啖都有料,啖啖都入味。都係水準之作。偏貴,不過值。抵佢生意咁好。p.s. 以佢嘅人流同食嘅嘢,我諗住正常地下會濕濕地唔太乾淨,但係佢keep到枱面地面都非常乾淨,呢點好抵讚。…Read More

今晚同老婆拍拖睇戲,時間唔多決定試下呢間沾麵。嚟到6:45,唔使等,廿幾個位坐咗一半,我哋坐喺對住幅牆嘅位。老婆為海膽沾麵而嚟,冇乜點諗,叫咗軟麵同走蔥 $188。我就叫咗特濃豬骨沾麵$88,因為驚沾麵唔濃唔好食。我嘅豬骨到先,有蔥、半隻蛋、筍、兩塊叉燒。先食叉燒,肥瘦適中之餘,佢有微微燒焦香,係我喺日式叉燒中未試過嘅…其實叉燒係咪應該咁?湯底有濃濃鰹魚味,比豬骨更突出,我覺得搶咗風頭唔balanced;蛋係做到糖心亦入味相當唔錯;麵比平時湯麵嘅粗身,更有咬口,沾湯後仍然食到麥味,唔錯。海膽沾麵嚟到,有三格嘅海膽份量,上面仲有少量魚子。食啖海膽,先甜後苦,似乎唔係最新鮮,失望。魚子飽滿鮮甜 ok。湯汁加入咗海膽,多咗甜味,幾特別,不過我同老婆都prefer 豬骨嗰個。最後係麵,雖然點咗要軟身,但食落同我嗰D冇乜分別…最後我都有後加鰹魚湯再飲咗兩啖,都係嗰句,俾鰹魚搶晒。總括,豬骨濃湯係 ok 嘅,海膽就唔值貴一倍有多囉。…Read More

星期日,屋企人過嚟堅尼地城同我食brunch,我地決定入去呢間門口又花又單車嘅半新餐廳。坐低,地方非常闊落,唯一係d 音樂比較大聲,加上d 人被逼大聲講嘢,所以比較嘈。先叫杯Latte $40,非常有水準,咖啡同奶香味兩者兼具,而且好平衡,絕對唔係hea你,同附近嘅coffee shops 有得鬥。我自己喺門口已經決定叫 breakfast burrito $110,呢個喺Oolaa 食過覺得好正,想試下呢間點。薄薄嘅餅皮,包住炒蛋、煙肉、salsa、牛油果、同埋豆。炒蛋生熟啱啱好,加埋牛油果嘅creamy,又有煙肉嘅脆,salsa 嘅refreshing,最驚喜係平時我覺得係負累嘅豆,竟然係粒粒分明有咬口,好新鮮。呢個集多種唔同口感嘅材料一身,非常有層次,而每種都高水準,絕對驚喜之作。屋企樓下有佢,唔使再去Oolaa lu.跟住開始偷食,先係家姐嘅Avocado Smash $95. 基本上就係牛油果醬撻落多士度,另加兩塊煙肉。但係佢每樣材料都fresg - 多士同煙肉都係脆嘅,而牛油果醬加入咗檸檬酸味,啱啱中和煙肉嘅油同鹹,真係正。跟住媽咪嘅Big Breakfast $145。一上,咁多嘢嘅?除咗menu 有提嘅牛扒煙肉腸蛋多士番茄同茄汁豆,仲有蘑菇薯餅同菠菜,係咪傻架?不過,佢塊牛扒真係麻麻地,未至於韌但一d 都唔嫩滑。我覺得不如冇咗仲好,反正冇咗佢,碟嘢都依然係超多嘢食。煎蛋都算好嘅,不過叫咗over easy,嚟咗 over medium,好彩蛋黃都仲係流心。其他冇試唔評。老豆食素,所以叫咗 Corn Fritters $110,而將原本撈入去嘅三文魚另上俾我哋。三文魚正常冇乜驚喜,個corn fritters 係粟米粒造成嘅餅,夾住牛油果醬,番茄,芝士,上面仲多咗隻menu 冇寫嘅poached egg,睇落好靚,我就淺嚐咗d 粟米幾甜幾多汁咁,唔係太多嘢可以講。總括嚟講,水準非常高,以百零蚊嘅價錢,絕對超值,可以經常encore。(可惜架車俾人抄咗牌)…Read More

夜晚冇煮飯,叫埋街坊一行五人入咗嚟食嘢。其實呢間嘢應該都開咗幾耐,不過surprisingly Openrice 竟然冇listing 要我申請。原諒我由於已經過咗兩三個星期,已經唔記得清楚d 價錢。先來椰青,唔係最嫩因為d 肉好厚,不過都甜嘅,ok小食拼盤(冇影sorry),有蝦餅、豬頸肉、春卷、雞翼。其中豬頸肉好好食,甜中帶辣,外面燒得脆脆地而裡面軟滑多汁;春卷就麻麻地,唔脆而且d 餡好似放咗一陣唔新鮮;雞翼已經冇乜印象;蝦餅大大件有蝦味,好食。軟殼蟹青芒果沙律,軟殼蟹微熱唔脆,個汁偏甜,我覺得一般。冬蔭功湯,又蝦又菇非常足料,酸就夠晒酸,不過我個人prefer佢再辣D。份量亦唔太夠,五個人五小碗已經冇乜淨。炒通菜同炒飯兩樣都稍為偏鹹,不過我個人比較重口味所以冇問題。兩碟都好香,尤其個飯係食到唔停口,亦唔會炒得太油。明爐烏頭,酸酸辣辣非常清新,個湯底喺酸辣以外又帶少少清甜,同條魚非常夾。呢條份量亦唔少,五個人係咁夾都夠。好食,係呢餐豬頸肉之外最好食嘅。總括嚟講,家庭式小店,泰國人主理,平平地每人$110,係堅尼地城一堆西餐中嘅一個唔同d 嘅選擇,唔錯。…Read More

今日淨係食咗個自製奄列,到咗下午茶時間都幾肚餓,於是去咗呢間喺屋企附近嘅半新茶餐廳。喺而家下午茶餐成日都要三字頭嘅時勢,佢仲有二字甚至一字頭嘅餐,都幾抵。我哋叫咗芝士黑椒蘑菇批($22)跟熱好立克同四寶米($28)跟熱奶茶。先嚟奶茶,茶味夠,但係有d苦澀味。合格嘅,不過唔係最top。跟住個批,睇佢價錢都知唔慌大件,事實亦如所料,比我掌心仲細少少。咬一啖,暖而唔熱,不過個批身脆而有餅味,餡都算幾足料,芝士蘑菇同黑椒都各有各突出,而互相亦好夾。如果熱嘅應該會好好食。四寶米,四寶(墨丸、牛丸、魚蛋、片頭)只有每樣一粒,稍為失望。有炸蒜、冬菜、蔥喺面,都做得幾足,俾返少少分。一飲湯底,佢話係魚湯但係我又唔覺得係,應該都係半味精湯。好在四寶粒粒都唔錯,尤其魚蛋同片頭,彈牙有魚味,以乜都做嘅茶餐廳嚟講係好過我預期。總括嚟講,質素算唔錯,價錢抵,可encore。…Read More

今日公司有嘢搞到我兩點先食飯,於是去最近嘅選擇之一:雞煲皇其實之前已經嚟過幾次,知道佢每日午餐中一定有個長駐嘅紅蔥頭文昌雞,所以係有目的咁嚟。嚟到兩點,大把位,梗係獨佔卡位。叫咗餐,跟熱奶茶。兩三分鐘,所有嘢到齊。紅蔥頭有一隻雞髀,再加雞翼,份量唔少。碗飯我叫咗少飯,不過都唔算少,阿姐仲特別話「唔夠飯出聲喎」,似乎高估咗我食量。先飲一啖奶茶,失望。呢種茶味,係大家樂大快活嗰種奶茶嘅水準,一d 都唔好飲。雞髀非常滑,皮唔算薄,亦冇乜雞味,應該都唔係咩靚雞,但係跟咗佢哋嘅紅蔥頭豉油,味道好夾,送飯一流。d 飯係正常白飯,合格。墊住雞底仲有一d 黃芽白,令呢餐未至於冇菜食,而且佢又可以吸收更多紅蔥頭汁送飯,好食。以$34有雞髀飯有嘢飲嚟講,都算唔錯嘅選擇。…Read More

今日有事嚟觀塘,唔係太肚餓唔想食飯,見呢間車仔麵排隊,於是就食呢度。去counter 揀嘢食,都幾多平時車仔麵冇嘅料喎,不過$6-10一款有少少貴,所以揀咗兩款,就係$8嘅煎魚餅同菜甫煎蛋,跟$12米粉同埋辣汁,配埋一罐$7 zero,一共$35。叫咗唔夠一分鐘就整好。攞咗麵去搵位,有八張圓枱,每張又幾張膠凳,但係都坐得幾滿。唯一冇人嘅一枱,枱面有兩碗食完嘢麵,仲有d 雞翼尖骨喺枱面,都幾核突,不過都唯有係咁坐。之後食咗一陣,阿姐就嚟清枱,仲好好禮貌。湯底:係味精湯加咗沙茶醬再加辣,簡單講就係cheap 嘢。煎魚餅:有手掌心咁大,剪成四件,彈牙香口,唔錯。菜甫煎蛋:仲大件過煎魚餅,內含大量菜甫碎粒,但係又有足夠嘅蛋去承托,仲要煎得啱啱好唔會太老,齋食偏鹹,但作為一個餸就啱啱好。米粉:正常無乜特別。總括嚟講,$28車仔麵唔算好平,但係有大大件特色餸,都值,可以encore。…Read More

尋日食完令人失望嘅越南嘢,行經呢間日本嘢門口,真係返咗大半年都唔知深水埗有日本嘢食(拉麵除外)!於是今日拉大隊去試食。一行七人入到嚟,可能時間比較早,全店廿幾三十個位,只係坐咗一枱兩個人。我點咗尋日已經見到嘅三色飯,即係海膽、三文魚子、蔥碎吞拿魚腩飯,因為$108呢個價錢實在太吸引 - 三色飯唔係二百幾蚊架咩??原諒我係Openrice新手,竟然唔記得影前菜、沙律、湯...前菜:係木魚茄子,有三件,茄子口感啱啱好,亦吸收到汁嘅鮮甜,以跟餐前菜嚟講相當唔錯。沙律:係柚子汁嘅蟹子沙律,細細兜,用柚子汁+沙律菜,好過嗰d蟹柳青瓜粟米+mayonnaise,健康好多。麵豉湯:普通,冇咩特別。跟住主菜上枱(今次有影相)。份量少咗d,但未算可憐,考慮埋價錢,ok啦。首先試吞拿魚,有油香,蔥嘅比例恰到好處,好。跟住係魚子,大粒而且好飽滿,咬落卜卜聲,鮮味而唔會過鹹,好。然後係海膽,有兩大件,似加拿大嗰隻,鮮甜唔腥,好。最後係飯,有淡淡壽司醋嘅酸甜味,唔會過黏或者過散,好。最後送埋正正常常嘅一粒雪米糍,芝麻味,ok啦。以呢餐咁高嘅質素,$108 + 10% 真係超值。喺深水埗返工果然有着數!以後會經常encore!唔記得提服務:有位男士(斷估唔係經理就係老闆)服務態度非常好。我哋有個同事食素,佢都好貼心咁推介(actually custom made)咗一份素天婦羅烏冬俾佢。另外斟茶各樣都好自動好快。(btw同事話d烏冬好好食)…Read More

返工返深水埗嘅我,每朝都經過呢間米芝蓮腸粉店,但係自從前排米芝蓮推介之後,佢朝朝都有人排隊(下晝更加多人)。今日見排隊人數比較少,所以買咗一份。腸粉價錢以我理解係$7四條,然後每$1多一條,我就齊頭要咗$10,多芝麻。返到公司一開,腸粉份量足就一定架啦。口感方面,佢有少少挺身,唔係最滑嗰種,不過用咗好多層捲埋,加上佢有豬油底,所以都算係好滑。而汁方面,佢有好香嘅豉油麻醬甜醬(因為加咗豬油),而由於佢唔係普通腸粉底,所以無好似平時外賣腸粉咁索乾晒d豉油,食到最尾都仲有汁淨返,非常好。唯一覺得阿姐剪得比較求其,長短不一,有d會比平時腸粉長成倍,又有D剪開一半又未剪斷,呢樣爭咗d。…Read More

今日突然興起去到太安樓食宵夜。老婆話有間紫薯手抓餅,於是就慕名過嚟。我一路以為係紫薯做餡嘅手抓餅,點知嚟到先知,原來係紫薯餅底。咁ok啦可以包D紅豆呀雪糕呀應該幾好食,點知睇嚟睇去都係鹹嘅餡,我心諗,咁咪又鹹又甜好奇怪…?算啦一場嚟到,試咗先算。$26嘅紫薯手抓餅,有好多餡料配搭可以選擇。老婆淨係話一定要有肉鬆,我就揀咗芝士吞拿魚肉鬆。即叫即整,喺等緊嘅時候,先知係可以自選配料,每款$4-7,而紫薯餅底就$16。不過跟返佢d配搭會平幾蚊。紫薯餅一到手,熱辣辣不在話下,一咬,好食呀!首先紫薯餅底原本冇乜期望,但係估唔到個紫薯味都幾明顯,而又做到外脆內暖。仲有就係手抓餅通常最怕佢太油,但係呢個餅底keep到乾身(睇下張相個紙袋都冇滲油)。餡料份量非常足,芝士溶晒落去,同沙律醬、吞拿魚、肉鬆非常之夾。每樣都好足,而每樣都食到。半鹹甜方面,我覺得都可以接受,始終紫薯唔係話十分甜。不過我覺得如果佢推出埋甜嘅口味俾人選擇會更好。總括嚟講,不負所望,值得encore!…Read More

今日興之所至去咗太安樓搵宵夜。食完紫薯手抓餅仲有quota,就試下呢間阿蘇讚嘅蛋記雞蛋仔。前面得一個人等緊,$13一份,等兩分鐘有得食。雞蛋仔要好食,我覺得都係三個要求:外脆、內軟、有蛋味。以呢三個要求嚟講 -外脆:咬落會卡卡聲,都算做到脆,不過有少少硬。內軟:做到。而且佢嘅份量唔多唔少啱啱好,唔會質得太實,又唔會得個殼。有蛋味:對唔住,真係冇乜,呢個係主要扣分位。總括,都係合格有餘嘅,不過仲有進步空間囉。…Read More

年近歲晚嘅星期六下晝,上環係一個死城,呢個時侯嚟平日排隊嘅熱店,大把位。叫咗最出名嘅兩樣名物:魚腩粥同筋腩麵筋腩麵先上,一飲湯底,又唔係話冇牛味,但係硬係有D雲吞麵湯底嗰種味,唔係好夾。麵係爽身嘅,不過鹼水味重,要落少少醋。牛腩有四件,瘦底但係一d都唔韌。牛筋仲多,不過稍硬,我prefer 佢再煲腍D。總括嚟講,都算好嘅,不過我鍾意華姐多D。魚腩粥後上,大大碗之餘仲有好多舊魚腩。粥底好綿亦好有魚嘅甜味,不過相信都係有味精,因為食完好口渴。魚腩依然如記憶中嘅滑同甜,配埋另上嘅豉油,真係勁滿足,冇得輸。生記兩名物嚟講,都係魚腩粥稍勝一籌。…Read More
