今日同老婆閒逛MK,到下午5點見有啲攰同肚餓就去咗家樂地庫搵嘢醫肚.地庫嘅食店唔多只有拉麵,牛肉涮涮鍋和餃子店揀.見間間唔使等位只係呢間拉麵店要等位,就試吓呢間喇.等咗廿分鐘終於有位嘞,店內好有東京feel,我點咗牛,老婆點咗豬.啲服務員好貼心問我哋啲茶要凍定要熱.落好單到啲麵上枱唔使10分鐘超快手(當時係爆晒場).快不特只,仲要好好味:麵夠彈牙唔會黐埋一舊,溏心蛋,牛肉嫩滑,湯頭濃郁再加埋爽脆紫菜......"和味"十足.…Read More

話說三個月前在同一間食店就食到火滾,服務差,冷氣太凍不特只餸菜無嚟味道連杯水都殘留洗碗水味......但今晚呢一餐令我對呢間餐廳有點改觀.今晚外母請食飯由佢發辦去邊度食,見唔使煮有時間整埋吓屋企.到咗晚上七點半去到都唔使等好耐就有枱,坐低唔使避風口位,落單既侍應有耐性就算改咗兩次單都好有笑容同有禮貌地覆單.今次外母點咗四個餐:有我鍾意食既西蘭花炒班球,西蘭花清爽,班球炒得很冶味.原本想幫老婆點豉汁蒸倉魚但無貨唯有叫咗清蒸紅油,魚肉十分新鮮可惜蒸過火候肉有點"鞋".同大四喜燒味拼盤,自選四種燒味:叉燒味道一般夾起有啲散散哋,乳豬皮脆肉嫩無乜肥膏十分出色,油雞沒有雞味和分蹄"乾爭爭"很失望.仲有外母至愛既咸蛋蒸墨魚餅,咸蛋既咸香加上墨魚滑既彈牙令人十分回味.最後要咗杯冰鎮奶茶.雖然各方面都有進步,但上飯既速度仲需要大力改善,唔係既話等到啲餸凍晒真係食乜都無味!…Read More

今日係外父牛一外母訂咗七點食石頭飯一行六人浩浩蕩蕩去.當到達時真係比門口幢魚缸嚇襯真係包羅萬有,但我既目光好快比電爐燒緊既乳豬吸引過去.店內裝修平實枱與枱有足夠空間坐位唔算迫夾,一坐底一人點一個餸:化皮乳豬~皮脆肉嫩連骨都食埋.蒜蓉炒白菜仔~不過不失,味道一般.椒鹽九肚魚~外脆內軟,十分冶味.薯仔牛柳粒~牛柳粒味濃鬆軟唔韌,薯仔煎過不會太糊口.兩者在中西餐都是絕配.雜菇粉絲蟹煲~肉蟹斤兩十足,粉絲吸收晒蟹既鮮味.但太咸,難以入口失敗之作.萬發石頭飯~份量爆棚,配料豐富飯粒夠乾身但唔夠飯味.豉汁炒蜆~豉汁太濃蓋過晒蜆味亦略為咸了點.海皇豆腐羹~原全無味,好似將啲料白烚完回鑊打茨咁.埋單時數一數六個人食七餸一湯都真係幾誇......順帶一提全場兩層廿幾三十張枱得六七個伙計,叫餸出菜同招呼唔使講都係差啲要有心理準備.仲有個洗手間唔只細仲唔多乾淨,如果忍到就返屋企喇!…Read More

因為上個月日本地震而引發核幅射危機所以一個月嚟對日本菜抱持禁食主張,但諗深一層日本農林省對出口食品一向都好嚴格所以噚晚約七點半帶咗老婆去尖沙咀一間做日本菜很出名的店食餐好.出咗地鐵站一路行發現條街無乜人連其他食市都'門可羅雀'好似"沙士"嗰陣時咁心有啲忐忑不安.行到門口一睇好有日本居酒屋風格而內裡早就有七成客人食緊,當中只有我倆係香港人其他就係日本人.我和太太要求座在bar枱位因為可以睇到食材新唔新鮮之外仲可以欣賞板長既刀功.當我見到各種魚生都好新鮮樣樣都想試板長介紹了:壽司盛~燒海鰻壽司,熟海老壽司,赤身壽司,拖羅壽司,BB拖羅壽司油甘魚壽司,鮭魚子軍艦,海膽軍艦,兩種卷物.三色飯~海膽,鮭魚子,魷魚.
