Kam’s is no secret - and for good reason. The roast goose is wonderful here, the portions are meaty and not too boney, with tender meat and delightfully crisp skin. This has been consistent each time I’ve been. Would strongly recommend the noodle soup (lai fun noodle choice), as the hot broth cuts through the fatty skin and the slippery noodles complement the flavourful meat wonderfully. The char siu here is also good and juicy, although I would still recommend Kam’s for their roast goose above anything else.
