去開九龍城食飯嘅朋友可以考慮吓呢一間超高CP，用料講究，沙律菜都係有機㗎，以我嘅食量居然可以食晒圖片以上嘅所有嘢就知道佢有幾好味，當然今日我係做咗運動嘅😆 ，帶子係新鮮北海道刺身級加埋佢哋自家制嘅梅子gel同Wasabi cream, 係絕配完全唔使點豉油就可以突出到帶子嘅鮮味甜到一個點，沙律裏面紅色一嚿嚿嘅圓轆轆嘅係佢哋自家醃製嘅車厘茄，酸中帶甜，配埋橙同紅袖仲有神石樓同有機菜真係極級開胃，至於主角西班牙黑毛豬kebab,淨係講調味已經冇得輸，我食咗成串都冇點過佢隔離配嘅梅子醬因為個肉本身已經夠晒味同埋非常juicy,利申，佢哋平時份量係一個Portion三串，我係同老細熟所以先可以俾我另一個小份量,大滿足😋 For those kowloon city food hunter, here is a good one, awesome value for money with exceptional standard from choice of ingredients to cookery, this little gem is packed with flavour and def cook with heart. 作為九龍城街坊，星期日放假瞓到12:00，落街揾嘢食，發現一家新麵店「嚐*千碗」車仔麵，作為辣愛好者，一定被脆辣蝦撈麵吸引，店面大約20個位，我們2人入到去仍然有大把鋪枱選擇，我們點了星洲脆辣雞翼+招牌「脆辣蝦撈麵」$42 再加餸每款$7加了豬大腸，豬肉捲，豬肺，+另外一碗淨餸，魚蛋，木耳，海帶，芽菜，紅燒肉，長豆卜。共$145星洲脆辣雞翼；有兩隻全翼，未食已經聞到淡淡藍乳香味，一入口非常之趣，非常入味，驚喜之作脆辣蝦撈麵；原來只是生麵上面放上類似XO醬，豬大腸有三片只有淡淡的鹹味調味，豬肉捲有3片原來是切片的，似扎肉般的樣子味道亦似扎肉，豬肺是灼淋的沒有調味。另外一碗淨餸選了麻辣湯底，湯底味道其實是不錯，最難接受是那紅焼肉，還以為是像豬軟骨般大小的，點知原來是碎上，一粒只有手指尾頭那麼大，而且只有四至五粒，魚蛋3粒，只可説勉強合格，份量很少總算試過一次，俾啲時間佢改善一下，數個月後，可能會再來試試。…Read More

It wasn't a planned visit and is only a causual night out, happened to have the most delicious Nando's style piri chicken in town! I'm a big fan of Nando's and always miss their chicken since I left Brit, wonder why there isn't anything or even similar stuff in hong kong?? No doubt that locals love spicy food and they also love chicken (I mean, who doesn't??). So there you go, piri piri chicken is the answer and yet there's none, at least I haven't seen one.With next to none expectation, we ordered a whole chicken and a portion of wings. Wings arrived first and from the aroma and the charcoal marks, I already can tell this is some serious good stuff and not just your avaerge roasted chicken with spicy sauce. Very well sesoned and spicyness and saltyness is well balanced. I love wings and this got to be the king of all hot wings!Then the whole chicken, wings are much easier for chefs as its really hard to mess up, on the otherhand, a whole chicken takes a lot more skills in terms of both marinating and cooking it. I took the breast while my bf took the legs and rest. I can hardly remember how many time I said over the dinner, "OMG this is so so good, can't believe this is even better than Nando's!!!"So exactly how good? Marinates go all the way into every fiber of the meat, breast are known to be chewy and blend but this one, not at all, so so tender and extremely flavoursome. Many times we had chciken that is tasty but just on the skin, once de skin, especially the breast, became dry and tastless. This is why I praise this chicken highly as their breast is just....... speechlessI was so thrilled and started chatting with our server and told him how good the food is, turned out he is the owner who told me their secret really is the marination process, both the lenght and the ingredients. I told him how happy I was finally have piri chicken in my hometown that even beats Nando's.
