沒令人失望的雞煲,但整體而言偏貴

之前睇過雜誌介紹一直想找機會試下佢啲雞煲,終放尋晚有事經過附近,可以試到。雞煲上檯時應該未熟透,因為服務員吩咐要等頗長一段時間才可揭盅。不過麻辣雞煲作為主角菜式,的確沒有令人失望。雞件非常惹味,而且份量不少,斬成細細件,愈食到底仲愈入味。我點的是中辣,但似乎大辣才夠味。夫妻肺片,幾好味,麻味辣味調校得不錯。西蘭花炒花枝,無錯,係西蘭花炒花枝,同川菜有乜關係?Sorry,我都唔知,純粹係粵式既一味餸。花枝炒得略過火,西蘭花太咸(味精太重手)。雪花肥牛,利用剛才的雞煲汁即灼即食,嫌切得太厚,牛味亦不算濃,12片賣$88,貴。兩個人食飯,埋單$438蚊(另外叫左兩杯飲品),以這種地區小店格局的食肆來講,真係偏貴。…Read More

講起有名的豉油西餐(港式西餐),花園餐廳也可算數一數二。記得以前的豉油西餐,儘管味道很港式,但總有一定的西餐格局遵循。今晚一個人來到裕民坊花園餐廳,點一份晚餐A,澳洲西冷牛扒,按西餐做法應該問幾乘熟吧?但這裡連這一句也欠奉,仿佛只是茶餐廳晚餐A,一切自動波。鐵板牛扒好快奉上,選好醬汁(幸好尚可自選醬汁),侍應也不待我拉好餐布擋隔,就及不及待淋上,喳喳喳~(大佬,好趕時間咩?)既沒有問我幾乘熟,結果卻是over done。牛扒牛味尚可,但肉質真係很韌,又硬又韌。配菜有幾片菜葉及炸薯條,連半邊蕃茄也久奉。這跟我記憶中的以前的豉油西餐,好像差別很大。…Read More

好朋友生日,決定請他吃鐵板燒,見雜誌介紹這間新開張的餐廳,說是台灣流行的法式鐵板燒加西班牙小食的,評價不錯。於是致電餐廳,餐廳傳真了餐牌給我,見價錢不太貴,壽星不反對,於是一行三就去試了。餐廳裝修得頗漂亮,跟雜誌上所說一樣,餐廳分了鐵板燒房與餐廳兩部份,意料之外是,座位間隔頗寬倘,不像諾士佛臺其他餐廳般座位與座之間僅有一人側身的空間。我們給安排坐在鐵板燒房,我們6點來,幾乎未有其他客人,好像包房一樣,好高級啊!當晚,我與壽星分別點了龍蝦鐵板燒餐和M7和牛鐵板燒餐,除了二人套餐外,這兩個套餐已是餐牌中最貴的套餐了,都只是$518/位,如果質素好的,以這價錢來說,吃鐵板燒一點不貴。活龍蝦鐵板燒餐黑毛豬鮮蝦米紙卷:侍應介紹是以米紙包著純種黑毛豬風乾火腿與鮮蝦等,入口黑毛豬的鹹香很惹味,卷是跟甜酸汁同上的,但單吃紙米卷不蘸汁已很夠味了。 黑松露奶油湯:好好味啊!每一啖都像吃著磨菇一樣,滿口打碎了的粒粒磨菇,磨菇味濃,材料十足!蕃茄沙律:是沙律菜與小番茄,伴以油醋汁。油醋汁令人開胃,沙律菜爽口,亦很新鮮。活龍蝦配芝士黃油膏:鐵板燒師傅終於上場,只見師傅把活龍蝦一翻一反的,在滋滋渣渣聲下,龍蝦肉變金黃,師傅更把龍蝦頭內的膏,炒成醬汁,最後熟練的把龍蝦擺好,賣相栩栩如生,吃鐵板燒的好處,就是未吃,單看鐵板Show已叫人高興!龍蝦肉好爽甜,配上龍蝦膏汁,甜而鮮香!雪葩:柚子味的,還算滑,作為清清味蕾的,不俗。黑毛豬扒配牛肝菌汁:雖然很多人看到菜單,都會以為龍蝦是整餐的主角,但實際上,這豬扒才是戲肉,因為,我們從來沒有吃過這麼美味的豬扒!豬扒是連骨的,鐵板師傅介紹,說豬扒是來自西班牙純種黑毛豬,全以橡果餵飼,合乎衛生,最理想的吃法是煮至7成。既然師傅介紹,我們戰戰競競就按師傅推介要求七成熟 (畢竟我們從少便被教育,說吃生豬肉會生蟲的啊!)。豬扒經鐵板燒以後,熱騰騰香氣迫人,切開,還帶點粉紅,眼看亦見肉汁豐富。好了,放膽吃了一口,即時”叮”一聲!雖然吃過很多黑毛豬肉,卻沒吃過這麼鮮嫩而多汁,肉味濃郁的,好味的程度,就像吃到一塊好的牛塊一樣。雖然旁邊伴有牛肝菌汁,還有海鹽,但豬扒肉味濃郁,單吃而夠照了! 特式甜品:因知道我朋友是壽星的關係,三款都小巧的式,最喜款紅酒燴梨,賣相精緻,十分討好。…Read More

間鋪開張無耐,睇到啲雜誌報導同朋友嚟過一次,當時試咗招牌海南雞、無骨豬手、生菜包,做得真係唔錯,至少雞滑味濃,豬手滑得嚟留有膠質的彈彈地牙的口感,生菜包啲肉炒得香又辣。今次先會食過番尋味,再來幫趁。事間三月,水準竟然保持到,出品都算穩陣!今次點咗以下餸菜:1.招牌海南雞(例牌):雞肉依然嫩滑,甚有雞味!2.無骨泰國豬手:都係番尋味的菜式。呢度啲無骨豬手切到薰蹄咁一片片,皮連著肉,皮與肉之間還留有膠質,入口皮有少許的彈牙,味道又濃郁。好多泰國做的泰國豬手,都皮肉分離,皮腍到無哂口感之餘,肉仲好"諧",所以試過呢間之後,已經好少幫襯其他泰國小店的無骨豬手了。3. 咖喱炒青口:青口好大隻,都好新鮮,但論搶鏡,都唔夠個咖喱汁。咖喱汁好似咖喱炒蟹個汁,有啲蛋花,入口綿綿,又帶點甜,有啲椰奶香,好惹味。於是叫埋個牛油脆豬,蘸汁吃,正!4. 豬頸肉生菜包:老闆推介,說是新菜式,十分受歡迎。好!即管試試!豬頸肉加入了大量香茅,好香!又好辣!超惹味!包住啲生菜吃,竟然好有食韓國燒豬腩肉風味!如果伴杯啤酒,一流!不過,吃不得辣的朋友,點時記得同大廚講聲,因為不吃慣辣的,吃幾口應該再吃不下。5. 飛天通菜:雖然依現在健康標準來說是油了點,但通菜炒得通透嫩老,不像很多泰國菜館炒得過哂火,菜呈暗灰,入口又腍。呢度的炒菜入口還很爽脆,而且飛天醬亦很惹味。菜做得唔錯,加上老闆招呼殷勤,吃得開心,應該再有下次,吃過番尋味!…Read More

這裡午市套餐的價錢並不便宜, 我點的一份香辣牛肉麵餐索價$58, 女友的香酥大排麵則要$48. (另收加一)每款套餐包括麵食一份, 一款前菜, 以及飲品的酸梅湯或豆漿, 再加$10可點一客三隻的鍋貼.前菜的粉皮和四喜烤夫不錯的, 烤夫很入味, 粉皮做得爽滑, 麻醬份量恰好.鍋貼外皮過厚過硬, 而且不是即叫即煎, 味道自然差一點.主食的份量算是不少, 吃得夠飽有餘. 女友點的香酥大排湯麵, 湯麵本身還好, 麵質爽口彈牙, 但香酥大排 (豬排) 炸得過於乾硬, 豬排薄薄的, 味道還有點兒酸.我的香辣牛肉麵更是差勁得不得了, 黑瓦煲加上滿碗的熱油, 久久不能散熱, 熱得難以入口. 此外最大的問題是麵條本身煮得太耐, 全變得軟巴巴, 一點麵條應有的口感也沒有, 而且由麵到牛肉除了辣外甚麼味道都沒有, 結果是吃了幾口已經不想再吃下去, 可說是從未試過如此難食牛肉麵.唯一可取算是環境裝修尚不俗, 座位也舒適.埋單$58+$10+$48=$127.6, 這樣的一頓午餐來講實在太不值了.…Read More

今年情人節撞正年初一,初一要返屋企陪屋企人,於是早啲同另一半慶祝。朋友推介話試過呢度個和牛野菜二人前,說好掂云云,見價錢唔算貴又有和牛食,於是揀咗星期日嚟呢間日本料理店慶祝情人節。二人前菜式:前菜:係一個三文魚粒的漬物,經理送上來時介紹話係自家醃製的,滑滑的三文魚刺身入口帶有韓國的日本泡菜味,少少辣,好開胃之餘,又吃到三文魚的味道,配搭唔錯! 半生熟和牛沙律:一片片薄薄燒得半生熟的和牛片鋪在沙律菜上,牛肉的泛著油光,帶著少少香氣,唔知係咪肚餓的關係,有啲叫人垂涎欲滴。入口和牛片甚有油香,牛肉味都幾濃,由於油花真係幾豐富關係,齋食都會幾膩,好彩呢度個沙律配以酸汁,令人不會太膩。雜錦刺身:有三文魚、帶子、油甘魚,都很新鮮。和牛串燒:切成厚粒的和牛串燒,一串約三粒,上桌時眼見燒成深咖色的和牛串,既略嫌沒什麼看頭,又怕燒得太熟,但咬開,油花輕濺出來,原來半生熟,肉質嫩,油花很豐富,正!! 和牛野菜鍋:一見到碟滿是油花的和牛肉,紅白分明,我地眼睛都發光了!不知是不是怕我們糟蹋了和牛肉片,經理把牛肉送上桌時再三叮囑灼一灼就要吃!把牛肉放進湯裡灼3-5秒,牛肉又滑又軟,令人愈吃愈想吃。可惜,和牛片僅約10片,吃完,還是令人意猶未盡。野菜烏冬:烏冬伴以清湯與野菜,水準OK。甜品:最初以為料理店做的是傳統日本料理,甜品會係紅豆年糕呀,綠茶糯米呀咁,意料之外,竟然係Homemade法式燉蛋,略嫌焦糖略厚,但燉蛋很滑,都算水準之作。個餐價錢$598/兩位,加理一即每人$330,食到三款和牛菜式,而且都有水準,算是物超所值。…Read More

同女友到西貢食海鮮,星期四晚冷冷清清的海鮮街,家家食肆都派人出來兜客落咀頭,生意似乎真係好難做喎!最後被金輝既伯伯既誠懇態度打動左,仲話幾十年經營老字號,又話自己鋪位唔使租所以價錢實惠,甚至拍心口話海鮮唔滿意唔收錢,而且清蒸海上鮮可以送斑仔比我地。最後我地點左個 $300 二人套餐,話冇其他立雜費。一坐低即係送上一碗爆谷!冇錯,係爆谷!1. 白灼蝦:第一感覺,好細碟,我估計得四、五兩份量左右,不過係海蝦,味道幾鮮甜!想要問伙計要些少指天椒,但話只係比普通辣椒,算啦!2. 椒鹽墨魚:外表的炸粉得好一般,炸得唔脆口,墨魚肉尚可,但份量又係超細碟。3. 芝士龍蝦伊面底:小龍蝦兩隻,其實想要大龍蝦係咪太大想頭呢?不過小龍蝦都幾實肉彈牙,伊面底就一般般。4. 蒸斑仔:條斑仔真係幾好食,蒸得剛剛好,肉質爽嫩,全條食得乾乾淨淨。5. 炒通菜:冇乜味道。6. 海鮮湯:湯裡發現有大大件瀨尿蝦尾,仲有件魚尾,材料似乎落足,不過味道仍然係唔特別。7. 生果:所謂生果,係幾片薄切橙,照睇合埋可能只有半個橙左右。講質素呢家海鮮一般般啦,但份量咁少唔會令人有嘩一聲「好抵喎」既感覺!最後埋單,居然發現原來爆谷要收 $20,之前明明話冇其他雜費,向伙計查問,佢就細細聲話畀少少伙計做「下欄」。但而家唔係錢多錢少既問題喎,一開始講明有咩雜費,做客既未必會介意畀多 $20,但而家係偷偷摸摸,即係欺騙人啫!呢樣真係令我好不滿!…Read More

CYT 有日經過呢間舖,又未食早餐,睇到門口寫住$16一碗皮蛋瘦肉粥,跟炒面(一盒)其他仲有3款粥揀,但係我唔記得係咩粥就買來試一試的心態!(外賣加$1)點知食落又ok喎!D肉係用醃過的咸肉,粥底又綿,又會灑D蔥花係面~炒面就無咩特別...不過就真係好抵食囉!!!!!!!!!
