Every staff member I encountered was attentive, professional, and welcoming. When I accidentally dropped my appetizer onto the grill plate, the staff immediately and proactively replaced it with a new one. Later, while I was enjoying the beef and accidentally dripped some sauce onto my clothing, i was wiping and the staff noticed then kindly brought me 2 wet tissues without me even asking. 當日入餐廳因不想坐近門口及走廊位，其餘側邊位都已坐滿，就只有選最後側邊位坐下。對面枱有兩女員工正用餐。當準備點餐時男侍應過來，對面用餐中的其中一個及膊頭髮紮上半鞭女員工即示意我坐返去前面，並即時擰頭即意指客人問題，不應坐咁後。見她黑面，我再問她這位不可以坐嗎？她不屑地看我一眼及無視。另一長髮女員工及男侍應有禮貌地表示都可以坐/坐前面出餐快點等解釋。那及膊頭髮女員工都是一副高姿態，完全趕客，最後我沒有幫襯。如果那女員工是職員，她在幫老闆倒米。如果她是老闆，這態度實做不長。PS 已幫襯舊分店很多次，員工每次都好有禮貌。…Read More
