A colleague’s birthday, I found this restaurant in openrice and booked a lunch for 6 at 2pm.It was almost 2:10pm when we arrived at the restaurant, so it was only us. The front-line service in the restaurant is all young ages, and a young man with glasses who served us was very willing to serve us.The following is our order1)泡菜豚肉鍋 × 2(2)牛肉壽喜燒喎 × 1(3)韓式牛肉拌飯 × 1(4)部隊煱麵 × 1(5)Strawberry dessert × 1 <--forget the name4 of us went to the restaurant first, and 2 later. As soon as we sat down, the 4 of us had already ordered (1)(2)(5), it was about 2:19pm. The friend who asked for dessert also ordered a cup of mint hot chocolate. 2 other friends also arrived at 2:30pm and ordered (3)(4). (1)(2)The dishes were served soon, and (3)(4) followed.(1)(2) are really plentiful, (3)(4) there are really many differences. Especially (4), it's just a bowl of noodle in soup, definitely not a "pot." (1)(2) the menu says "Appetizer and salad all you can eat". Only the appetizer, does not have the salad. But the appetizer is actually quite a lot, so forget it without salad. And the friends who ordered (3)(4) said that the taste is not very good. Because I didn't taste it, so I won't comment. (3)(4) my friend finished the meal in only 30mins. And we (1)(2) have been eating hard, and we stopped eating until 3:25-3:30pm. With my own experience in making desserts, I can't figure out the reason why?! But there was no apology. In order to "solve" the dessert ASAP and rushed back to work at the company. An appointment for lunch was made a week ago. Because it is Xmas week, deposit (HK$100/pax) must be paid in advance.We reached at 12:30pm and left at after 2pm. Table for 6. 4 sets of lamp, 1 set pork rack and 1 set clams. I ordered medium well of 3 sets n 1 medium. But when it was served, all 4 lamb sets were almost cooked in well done. The clams is in good tastes. And mine is pork rack, it's so-so. There are also desserts and drinks, but I forgot to take pictures because we had to return to the company ASAP. But the dessert is good!The environment is pretty good. Service...maybe because it is the winter solstice, only 3 mature waiters really can't handle it. But with their hard work, I can still accept the problem of insufficient serving efficiency.All in all, I will taste it one more time. I went to this restaurant to try Hainanese Chicken Rice. I was really disappointed!Entering the store, I don't know if the air conditioner is broken, and I feel cramped and want to leave immediately. But because there is not even a "bad" food review, it should taste good, so just try it.Ordered a Hainanese chicken rice with a bowl of soup, HK$48. When I drank the soup for the first time, I really thought I was drinking salt water with only a little chicken taste. After two sips, I can't drink anymore. A plate of Hainanese chicken rice was also served almost at the same time. First taste the first bite of rice, the taste can be said to be still acceptable salty. Taste another piece of chicken...the chicken is tasteless, but it doesn't even have the savory taste of chicken. The quality of the chicken is not good, and the meat is a bit rough. 我之前睇韓劇時，成日都見到劇中人食炸醬麵同埋街邊魚蛋，已經好想食，但一直都搵唔到嚟試。不過今日經過泡菜媽媽時俾我見到有呢２樣我夢寐以求嘅美食，點都要買嚟試試。我要咗炸醬麵$30、魚蛋$8同埋泡菜餅$12，老闆娘包炸醬麵俾我時問我〝而家食定耐啲？〞，我最初聽到時真係一頭霧水，點拎住一大兜炸醬麵一路行一路食呢？後尾我就話〝拎走嘅〞，跟住就明白點解老闆娘會咁問！因為原來話而家食嘅話，佢哋就會將啲炸醬淋埋落個麵度，拎走嘅話就會另外包，我覺得好細心呀。拎咗外賣就搭MTR返屋企開餐其實剛剛開店時已經食過佢哋嘅年糕，辣辣地嘅味道非常好！以都對佢哋其他食品有信心嘅。先講吓個泡菜餅，口感唔錯，酸酸辣辣嘅味道我好鍾意魚蛋好好味呀！嗰啲湯又有啲魚味，非常喜歡炸醬麵嘅味道都幾特別，炸醬度有啲肉粒同埋薯仔粒，另外仲有啲青瓜絲，第一口食落去個味道有少少甜甜地咸咸地，但係食咗半盒就冇食喇。一來飽啦，二來其實食落都幾膩漏…查看更多

今日專登去深水埗間傷心酸辣粉度試吓個招牌菜，我入到店坐低等咗1min都冇人攞個餐牌俾我，到最後我只好自己起身去隔籬枱拎嚟睇。我order咗個中辣嘅招牌酸辣粉+鹵肉$28，我覺得個辣湯底都算ok，係咸咗少少，不過都可以接受，但個粉嘅質感就好似食橡筋咁咬好耐先咬得斷，仲要有啲有味、有啲又好咸，而鹵肉就最差，色淡味淡不特止，仲有啲益味，咁即係表示鹵嘅時間唔夠耐，令到啲腩肉唔入味。我最後只食到唔夠半碗就放棄走人。我食嘅過程中，聽見隔籬枱想叫侍應俾杯水，個侍應答番個人客話1杯水要$1，我先察覺到原來冇茶水架喎。係…好多乜米線乜粉麵都冇俾茶水，但都未至於問佢哋攞時要收錢架啵，雖然$1唔係貴，但感覺上變得好似冇service咁，不過侍應嘅service都算唔錯嘅…收錢嗰陣。…查看更多
