大坑一日遊的最後一場,獻給裝潢設計滿有心思,室內寧靜怡人,清涼舒服的Pudding。他也許就是老闆,很友善,拿起手機,逐張逐張甜品照給我們仔細介紹,大概都有十數款!做生意之餘,跟客人對話談笑都是重要的!反覆在devil chocolate及chocolate parfait之間掙扎了良久,終於抵受不住雪糕的誘惑選了parfait!匙羹的設計很有趣,亦見其設計的實用性!頂層的vanilla雪糕vanilla味濃郁,令人一羹一羹的不斷送進咀裡!吃到中間以為是豬古力雪糕,其實是豬古力mousse,有點失望,因為這層mousse並不薄,只畢mousse的話就不夠冰凍,連雪糕吃又怪怪的,好似食極都仲有咁,感覺好漏!最底是甜甜脆脆的cornflakes,吃完整個parfait簡直飽到上心口!哈!男友點的是綠茶紅豆燒冰,把綠茶味的雪花冰(應該是用火槍)燒香,旁邊有略煮過的紅豆(是真的"略"煮,好硬,唔夠沙)和綠茶味蒟蒻粒粒,頂頂有綠茶味雪糕一球。其實我不太欣賞啦...整個感覺就是怪怪的-_-不過還是感謝老闆的友善招待和負責"生產"每碟精緻甜品的店員!下次我會來挑戰究竟我較devil抑或是devil chocolate較devil的呢!…Read More

下午在大坑遊來遊去好快就行勻成個大坑,過不了多久我和男友就受不住猛烈的太陽,齊齊走去銅鑼灣搵商場涼冷氣!果然較舒服既環境令時間易過好多,哈!再走番大坑食晚飯,大約6點過d到達民聲,不過已經滿座(!!!),伙記問我地想坐邊度,兩位被冷氣寵壞既廿一世紀大細路當然揀室內!雖然要坐馬路邊等位,但太陽落左山,時不時又有車駛過既少少風,而且為左舒舒服服咁涼住冷氣食飯,等左大半個鐘都係值得既!好彩我地唔係太肚餓(嘻!)鹹蛋肉塔是必點的!鹹蛋鬆化甘香,回味無窮,令我回家後數天再order媽媽晚飯整鹹蛋肉餅!肉塔的外型很有特色,大概也是食客必點的原因之一吧?不過肥豬肉實在太多,加上甜豉油上那層厚厚的油光......罪惡感無限......瑞士雞,也就是瑞士雞翼的雞隻版本,但雞件沒甚麼雞鮮味,也有點過鹹,ok啦!底下有椰菜絲墊高雞件,爽口新鮮的!最期待的羔蟹水蛋---TA-DA!吃羔後是無比的滿足,鮮味直衝頭頂!不過整碟感覺就像是蛋還蛋蟹還蟹,蛋裡吃不出蟹味,要是店方改良一下,感覺就更一流!有蟹吃,又怎能沒有可樂呢?點了一杯"冬06"跟男友share喝,因為肚子要預留空間給下一場---甜品!!!…Read More

人生第1次到大坑,不為甚麼,就是來踩踩大坑而已,身為香港人總不能跟別人說這裡未去過那裡又未去過。第1餐在大坑吃的就獻給著名日本拉麵品牌---達磨。聽說等位要等好一陣子,看來我們有福了,星期6約下午兩點到達,只需等別人埋完單執埋台就有得坐低,趁著幾分鐘的空檔我和男朋友提起相機/手機拍下了門口幾張雜誌報導,也順道研究一下待會叫咩食好!店面積很小,侍應比例相對很足夠(哈!),服務態度很好,但行走位置及坐位也就是理所當然地窄,燈光有點昏暗(還是外面陽光太猛?),甫坐下就有昏昏欲睡的感覺!門口邊的牆分成一格格,很多明星簽名,不過有d睇完要load 1 load先記得佢係邊位(哈!)打開菜單,圖片文字兼備,而且跟上菜的食物一模一樣,沒有借d意走樣(哈!),而且列明一碗拉麵包含的配菜,方便奇怪食客(如我)剔除!有幸坐在達磨翁陣旁邊,而且台面有可愛的日式調味組合,點菜後的時間給謀殺了不少相機/手機memory我點的是達磨一品豚骨拉麵先看一口湯,ok;吃一著麵,ok;咬一口溏心蛋,有幸福的感覺啊!濃郁的蛋黃香,在親吻我每一粒味蕾呢!然而,是刻意用滷水煮法的話,滷水味道就有不足了;咬一口日本叉燒,軟軟滑滑的,又有香濃的豬肉味,唯一令人耿耿於懷的當然是令這塊豬肉充滿滑漏感的脂肪層!三大塊美味的日本叉燒真令人滿足!男友點的是達磨一品豚骨醬油拉麵喝了一口這個湯底,果然跟我的有分別,醬油味很突出,不過好鹹!其實我果碗都算鹹,所以男友很俾面地將湯喝個清光的時候,我只喝了兩口就投降了。整體來說是好好味的!唔知下次可唔可以order唔好咁鹹呢..?…Read More

今次係第2次黎食啦!為表誠意,1次過寫番上次既食評先!2011 Feb第1次黎食,係朋友(都係OR食家!)既建議4個人約6點幾7點坐低前1晚仲驚無位打黎book,點知除左近門口有臺坐左好耐既兩個人,第2臺客就係我地了-_-不過book臺有好處既,就係唔洗坐出面d散位,可以舒舒服服坐入少少既sofa位,岩晒我地呢班係咁吹水既hea友~heehee夜晚好似無得揀set,只有a la carte,飲品都偏貴,所以我地無叫野飲揀野食揀左好耐,因為份menu太詳細,又多圖,樣樣都好似好好味咁~英文麻麻既朋友最好袋定1兩句旁身,因為有外籍服務生,學定少少英文方便d!我地推選左其中1位英文專家落order XD不過都係轉番中文介紹啦巴馬火腿罌粟籽包可能我地都係第1次食parma ham當諗住切做4份既時候..d parma ham切唔爛好恐怖啊!咬都好難咬得爛..加上呢個咁生既樣子..真係有點怕怕-_-好彩中間既芝士/生菜/蕃茄層幫1幫..如果唔係我驚我會嘔吧-_-可以揀mild/medium/strong spice既雞翼雞翼本身無特別,只有炸粉同少少鹹味,靠個sauce,我地叫左mild spice,不過我地4個都覺得辣到似strong spice!!可能落錯單..又可能真係咁辣..我地無叫佢改,因為食雞翼辣得咁緊要真係第1次XD最盡頭見到有塊pizza呢度既pizza真係好好味,完全好味過pizza ___果d,呢片碟咁大好似都只係廿零蚊!仲有~睇樣都知中間後少少碟芝士肉醬薯角係正野!!隔離果碟就麻麻,連個名都已經唔記得,大約係cabonara既味道,但汁略少唔夠濕,拎到過黎唔得閒食住,吹吹下會更乾,通粉就會變硬..同埋頗細碟的,分4個人只能分到每人幾條4個女仔,當然唔會放過食甜品既機會呢個chocolate cake又係代表作好難得食到咁實咁濃朱古力味既朱古力蛋糕右邊粒truffle超正!是晚正餐就係咁多美食同1堆是非包圍下完結。------------------------------我是分隔線------------------------------2011-06-24第2次黎食,咁岩遇到happy hour時間(忘記左有咩特別,只記得有1個價錢hoegaarden任飲,oh i love hoegaarden),今次有得食set啦!仲有happy hour好full,我地坐左落去之後,所有散位full晒。叫左半份芝士和牛漢堡setomg好好味~雖然只係微溫,但如果成朝都無食過野,6點幾pm突然食個芝士和牛漢堡簡直係會令人感動流淚!!叫set既好處就係跟1小兜鮮炸薯條!! 好味又無咁大罪惡感!仲有1小兜salad,唔知點解硬係覺得有陣wasabi味.. i hate wasabi-_-炸芝士條呢個..OK咁啦~雖然食芝士有拉長效果感覺好正,但無乜芝士味,人家喜歡鮮黃既芝士~..但呢個食完都有少少漏最後呢1大杯coke light作為是日evening tea既完美句號。…Read More

上次食完隔離既四哥雪花冰走既時候經過呢間見舖面痴晒唔同野食既相 覺得可以一試於是今日就黎左食 - 點知!坐落咩都未講就送上一碟蒜蓉拍青瓜好驚有菌啊!! 不過傻啦,好明顯唔會係來路貨;)而且青瓜凍冰冰幾好味然後姐姐自動幫我地開左壺茶,我心諗唔通得1種茶葉所以無得揀..?一路都無考究個茶壺裡面係咩不過一路食一路飲就開始諗,點解飲極都無茶葉阻住晒架呢?於是我開左個壺就發現,原來係茶包-_- 當堂呆左,我寧願你唔好開茶喇咁-_-埋單時睇過張單,唔收茶錢,但前菜$10,再加10% service charge,what a trap man..食物方物,又係另一個trap-_-明明花雕焗蠔係寫係廚房門口果塊白板度既一般黎講呢塊白板上既食物 唔係售罄就即係新鮮抵食咁解佢無寫到售罄,但order既時候就話未番貨無得食,唉再叫三杯雞,同埋剁椒烤魚寫個烤魚又搞左一大輪,A主動去廚房confirm又有無番貨,但落落下唔識落(唔好問我點解),叫左B果黎,B又去廚房confirm有無番貨,今次真係有番,不過唔係鯇魚,係桂花魚,都好啦照order,我地叫左剁椒,佢話:唔辣架喎 咁..你想我點?我又唔鐘意麻辣辣到無左味覺,但你又話剁椒唔辣.. 搞左成10分鐘先落完單-_- 仲要落完單轉個頭先講條魚既大邊(有分"全條"/"大邊"/"細邊")貴左,$148變$168,因為呢排番d魚大條左,所以起左價,我問細邊幾錢,竟然無得叫細邊,但佢跟住又話大邊唔會好大,我地兩個都可以食得晒..咁即係算點..唉三杯雞上既時候姐姐幫我地淋d酒落去ja一ja佢好香~~ 不過雞件太少 呢兜野係價值$98..剁椒烤魚用火鍋兜上,開埋個火鍋爐熱住咁食其實個剁椒係辣既-_- 同埋個湯太鹹 d鹽好似唔洗錢咁-_-用桂花魚都有一個好處,就係比鯇魚滑好多,用火鍋爐熱住都唔怕鞋,但就無鯇魚咁有"肉感",始終都係喜歡用鯇魚煮巴蜀烤魚!全店樓面只有3位姐姐,其實都幾忙,不過服務態度幾好可能我大叫"d茶好熱呀~~"既時候俾佢地聽到佢主動問我要唔要冰水,哈哈我地話唔洗換lur骨碟佢都堅持幫我地換,話乾淨d!最後仲送左兩碗紅豆沙,少少甜,好好味廁所意料之外咁乾淨,抵讚!…Read More

住附近 成日經過又成日食 明知遲少少就要等位加上晏晝係大埔曬到燒豬咁樣 就決定左食泰國菜開開胃6點半黎到地舖得3兩台 同男朋友兩個人成為樓上既第1台客坐落無耐就連樓上都開始多人啦太想食蟹 雖然$228都幾貴不過係勁多膏既膏蟹!!(肉蟹同價,但膏蟹1樣咁多肉,殼唔太厚唔太硬)D咖哩汁落左蛋花同奶 又香又滑食到最後係癲到連D汁都畢黎飲埋鴨肉湯河$? 個湯好濃味 唔鹹河粉煮得夠開 又唔會爛溶溶鴨肉亦都唔鞋鹹菜豬肚湯 樣樣都好足料 分細中大 呢兜係細$48可以分到4個飯碗咁多 兩個人岩岩好唔辣得既朋友未必岩飲因為陣微辛既味會留係個口度頗耐辣得既朋友會好鐘意!燒大鱔係叫上癮既代表作$52 3串都係頗貴既 不過係好好食唔會燒到燶晒 魚皮非常脆魚肉多汁 有少少骨要小心食每舊肉都甜甜地(塗左蜜糖?)跟1小碟酸辣汁 點唔點都咁好食呢間野唔收10%係佢可愛之處雖然茶介會每人收$3 不過飯後會送甜品都係俾客人解辣/舒緩下個胃咁既就當個茶錢當用黎叫甜品 都係抵既!次次去都唔同 但一樣咁好味今次送菠蘿大菜糕 頂頂可能無乜味但底下有密麻麻既菠蘿粒好甜好冰涼 超鐘意!有1兩位伙記係泰國姐姐雖然做到踢晒腳不過個個都好好禮貌 又好笑容成日講多謝 次次黎食都好開心…Read More

差唔多8點先去等位我地呢d 2人既等左好耐因為1路等d臺都係俾左d 4人既先sosad因為男朋友自己早排食完覺得小肥羊既麻辣邊爐"超正"又心思思想再食所以帶左我黎食我既第1次碟前菜係青豆蠶豆花生果d nuts係有陣益味既..想叫全麻辣湯 原來唔得就叫左好似紅棗既湯同麻辣鴛鴦個湯等左好耐先黎 但好快滾 不過個麻辣唔知點解唔辣我真係俾佢個"唔辣"嚇親我係食得辣既 反而男朋友無我咁辣得 但都覺得唔夠辣 因為佢上次辣到變左孖潤腸XD問姐姐點解唔辣 佢話煲煲下就會出味D 咁結果食到埋單我都只係覺得太鹹而唔辣..野食唔太耐 遞完紙3-4分鐘就黎到-無加錢升級 羊肉幾好味 唔肥 似牛同雞之間既texture 羶味亦都無over到 半溶在口中!-肥牛好似叫蒙古肥牛 應有既少少肥-->有 所以唔鞋亦唔油膩 幾好-有我好鐘意食既蟹粉丸, 芝士丸同貢丸 煲到好大粒好似長洲巨型魚蛋/台灣巨型花枝丸-有好搞笑既駝鳥腎同黑豚肉 不過因為黎到既時候已經好飽所以只食左各1件 駝鳥腎okay 因為只係巨型雞腎 反而黑豚肉就難搞d 又大塊 似咬緊粗像根..-個人認為邊爐健康之選必叫金菰同娃娃菜 唔會好食 唔難食就得-小羊排係okay既 如果唔嫌佢un un地既話 所以我食左1舊就由得佢同d蘿白1齊留係個湯度煲味..其他野食唔太記得有d熟食都可以叫 有口水雞 我鐘意丫有雞翼架 d汁既辣度岩岩好俾我用黎當辣油點仲有麻辣豬肚絲 少少膠味..野飲係加$15任飲既不過佢個雪櫃好似虧虧地仲有..無糖PEPSI好難飲 唔覺得飲左液體入口d泡泡係個口度消失左之後就乜都無..埋單35X for two包未升級任食邊爐,任飲,茶水,前菜。…Read More

任食火鍋+任食點心=飽飽飽

打完又打尋日同男朋友打完今晚同屋企人打下晝唔知夜晚會打邊爐所以無好好咁準備定個胃口XD不過野食唔算差*呢餐先係5月1食既 小肥羊應該係4月30先岩飲食點心係搞笑既 仲標明即叫即蒸懶新鮮咁-連小籠包都有得食 不過唔太好味 有1隻穿左 我食完整果隻 湯唔鮮甜 肉就似雲吞餡-蝦餃係好味既 蝦餃皮好香(係架食到好味既蝦餃皮我係會覺得係香架) 蝦肉爽口大粒-牛肉球平時鐘意食 不過呢度一般其餘無食到既仲有燒賣鳳爪排骨馬拉糕炸雲吞鹹水角春卷炸饅頭諸如此類 我係黎打邊爐架嘛!任飲係要加$10今次係自己出去個冰桶度拎 夠凍亦都多選擇 7UP/雪碧係檸檬味黎既miranda有橙味又有提子味同埋1堆不知名啤酒但發現原來blue ice mix 7up好好味又可以自己jum無汽橙汁(但有少少果肉,唔知係minute main定mr.果汁)於是我用無汽橙汁溝mirandasuper cool 8-)-第1碟肥牛無特別 之後越上越肥 第3碟打後開始肥到食唔到-例牌叫左蟹粉丸, 芝士丸同貢丸唔想太飽所以頭兩款丸我係出矛招咁食既..XD-海蝦細隻不過新鮮 食左8串-滑雞件係滑 不過無味 點完豉油都係唔好味..-金菇娃娃菜例牌okay d金菇好好笑 明明叫左份量(以碟計)係"2" 黎既時候都係應該有2碟咁多 點知掉落d水煲完想撈番黎食就冇左好多 明明無人搞過XD-魚皮餃個皮唔彈牙另外係酒樓既盡頭仲有自助小食有上海粗炒豆腐花炒麵南瓜粟米西米露jaja碗仔翅白切雞-不過我淨係拎左麻辣雞腎同麻辣牛肚 但都唔好食 麻辣牛肚係膠味 麻辣雞腎普通-同埋自己溝醬 有沙茶醬辣椒豉油生蒜粒炸蒜粒小辣椒片埋單$139 X 4包任食邊爐任食點心,任飲,茶水。…Read More
