Glad that my girlfriend brought me here, very chillaxing great food nice atmosphere here and have to say that they have good taste of music! Well spent a nice afternoon here, we didn't go with the free flow cos we were still very hangover from last night lol will definitely do it next time tho! Those cocktails sound very interesting to us. After a very friendly staff recommended us the Angus steak and the black cod, done! that's exactly what we wanted. Not long after, the soup and the starters came first, it was hot and fresh no complains and we love the pork dumplings so much! Following with the mains omg the Angus steak!!! Cooked with a perfectly medium rare and the sauce🤤🤤 It just prefect with rice!! The black cod was very smooth and fresh too altho waited a bit longer than the steak.Overall that's a 10 out of 10! 堂堂一間棠棠居居然有豬油撈飯?!今日又晏咗收工,同事話一齊去食飯,諗到冇咩好食突然有人講起豬油撈飯,其中一友人就提議去棠棠居了。去到門口發覺居然好新淨,心諗呢個深水埗長沙環臥虎藏龍,間間都係武林高手,你如果得個樣唔好食我實「her」你噶! 但一路行一邊見到人地食緊豬油撈飯, 口腔分泌即時增加,又名口水都流埋。簡簡單單咁講下d 配角:菜芯炒牛肉- 算足料嘅但係火候有點過,菜有d燶,牛肉醃得入味爆炒火候適中。椒絲腐乳唐生菜- 呢味餸係睇調教腐乳醬嘅比例,廚師教鹹甜適宜我覺得唔錯。椒鹽鮮魷- 呢個畀五粒星, 脆漿教得好好,炸嘅時間又perfect,達至皮脆、漿鬆、肉唔老,你啲魷魚呢家嘢煮耐啲都嗌非禮㗎喇,食完你係知道碟餸同個廚係真心相愛的。咕嚕肉- 選用半肥瘦嘅肉,炸得夠挺,落鑊炒完個芡overall 覆蓋住啲肉同配料而又唔會too much,算高分之作。好喇,到主角喇, 登登登凳..... 就係豬油撈飯!坦白講我今晚食咗三碗,豬油比大x華嘅濃同full body,配微甜豉油,呢個配搭真係一絕聰明,大x華嘅豬油撈飯冇錯係好好食,佢個頭抽同豬油好夾,但過咸,令到齋食豬油豉油撈飯都可以食成餐飯。而棠棠居呢? 豬油嘅脂肪配上甜味本來係唔啱齋啪嘅,但食咗一陣你發覺每啖餸嘅鹹味mix埋落去個飯度,嗰個engine好似突然間撻著咗咁,會不停咁夾餸食飯,考飽飽,未試個食豬油撈飯會食到咁多餸,所以從商業覺度諗真係要比個叻佢。…Read More

呢間科記我每次行過都見到爆曬人喺門口, 心諗係咪真係咁好食呀,又遊客又上班又學生咁多人捧場,望咗兩年終於鼓起勇氣同個朋友喺門口排隊試下。我哋12點50分去到以為畀其他放1點鐘嘅人早啦,點知啱啱入滿咗一輪客, 想提一提有心人 如果呢個時間等科記 ,記得帶把遮, 我哋當頭晒咗左30分鐘終於先可以入去涼冷氣。喺入去之前門口個叔叔已經問咗我哋想食乜同飲乜, 咁我諗入去坐低應該好快就有嘢食啦,點知等杯茶走都等成15分鐘先到, 期間問個姐姐,佢話呢度係咁㗎,等到就等,等唔到就咪等喇。好野,囂張, 我就睇下你有咩咁好食。我嗌咗科記豬扒飯朋友就嗌咗菜心牛肉飯,入坐後20分鐘奉上。菜心牛肉飯好足料,蔬菜十足非常健康,有細細個阿媽不停夾菜畀你食嗰種feel, 牛肉底味醃得唔錯,成個package 都ok。至於遠近馳名嘅科記豬扒飯呢,唔.... 一般啦, 豬扒醃得唔夠耐味道唔夠, 炸又炸得過咗火肉質偏乾,成碟飯唯一亮點係佢用豬油收咗個玻璃芡加埋d豉油吊味,我見隔離枱個汁唔夠成日飯應該都幾乾哽,我就好彩d,夠濕唔難食。其實呢啲老香港快餐店大家唔會expect d 咩咩質素,係見你日日排隊排長龍,大大隻字科記豬扒飯先有希望所以咁失望。個姐姐重串過碼頭咕喱, 其實佢完全冇諗過點解自己可以喺度立足到咁多年,好大可能係因為旁邊冇乜邊間食呢啲嘢又做得咁耐,加上用豬油嚟撈飯難食都有個譜啦,所以港島個邊冇食過重味野嘅朋友至當係寶。想食好好食嘅豬扒飯我有一間好介紹,遲d食完寫比大家睇!…Read More

呢間店個名一直都好吸引我但又未有機會試,原因係平時都唔太食辣,不過同事話每款小菜原來可以揀大、中、小辣,見你咁窩心就一於試下你個重口味啦。7點鐘入到去見間舖冇咩人,重以為伏左,但唔夠10分鐘轉眼間成間舖full house你就見到佢嘅實力喇。無論裝修、擺設、服務呢間店都冇咩驚喜, 我咁講可能大家覺得我好刻薄,但今時今日喺香港地做飲食,如果你冇門面又好多人食,你就會果佢一定好有內涵喇。食飽飽後印證我嘅推敲係冇錯嘅。店內嘅姐姐都好親民,除左送餐都有任何意欲埋檯落order,可能深水埗算係半個英雄地吧 ,佢地一路行一路幫你落單嘅。記得落完佢埋完部電腦後你要提一提佢,呢個係絕對秘技如果唔係你有機會食唔到你想食嘅嘢。Anyway,最後餸總算到齊,起筷,哇果然有驚!埋枱我哋叫咗一份係麻辣豬耳同麻辣鵝腸, 佢哋用嘅香油冇過份地掩蓋咗麻辣汁嘅味道, 呢個係好難得嘅 因為通常太油膩嘅會令到麻辣汁原本嘅鹹、甜都大減,一係就好重好重咪味食完兩啖會口渴,但佢個油份同味道比例恰當, 就連豬耳同鵝腸原本嘅味道我都可以食得出,呢個位先比個讚。之後叫咗兩碟小炒一碟係鹹肉炒菜花,另一碟係炒大腸,大腸先走油後爆炒完全冇over, 咬落皮脆肉嫩,配埋旁邊啲乾蔥蒜頭食好平衡,唔會好若即若離夾唔上。而鹹肉炒菜花係成晚嘅主角,鹹肉嘅犧牲令豬油同咸味覆蓋喺菜花上面, 菜花爽脆生熟剛好,呢個絕對係有鑊氣有功架先炒得得出,所以咁好餸今晚食咗兩碗飯!今次食到咁有鑊氣嘅一餐飯,下次一定要返去再試下佢嘅水煮啦喇。都係嗰句拍拖要威千祈唔好嚟,但想食好嘢又介意服務麻麻,呢度都係唔錯選擇。:)…Read More

想當年初嚐祥興都成10年喇,諗番由青年都變左中年,由人地男友變成人地老公,再做埋人地老豆,人生一切都不知不覺的變,而有人卻故意原地踏步,呢間燒味鋪就係一個好例子。今日做野經過深水埗,肚空空,本來想食個快快老麥填肥就算,行緊去嘅途中比我眼尾望到一間曾經好熟悉嘅燒味店,心頭湧出無限嘅回憶, 伴著打大佬嘅心態( 膽固醇),即時改向左走而唔向右走,走向呢間我以以日日揸車嚟食嘅老店食番餐。坦白講,要溝囡要威就咪嚟呢度,呢度係比一d好清楚咩叫實而不華嘅、知道咩叫好食嘅、追求究極燒味性價比嘅人去食。門口十年如一日咁舊,入到去一樣要走過溜冰場般嘅走廊,唔好expect有人走嚟問「先生小姐,今日想食d咩?」,醒目就一入門口大叫「 叉雞飯多色」然後搵個位自己位低,有會有碗永遠一樣味嘅「 咸骨冬瓜赤小豆湯」同一杯洗餐具用嘅水擺喺你面前,呢刻千祈唔好急,唔好飲湯,因為一大碟熱哄哄、好juicy嘅燒味飯由姐姐隨即奉上。想當年我食雙拼飯係32蚊送湯,10年後嘅雙拼居然加左價,可惡!重要加6蚊咁多!38蚊有沙有飯真係想點呀?(36蚊單拼)因為鋪租問題導致惡性循環,成本轉價消費者, 出面啲燒味飯通常都係得十嚿八嚿肉, 呢度係畀出面一倍嘅肉你食,重要好食過咩咩推介好食好多,絕對係高級水準, 三黃雞做嘅切雞同油雞係滑嘅又夠味,蔥油切得大大粒恰到好處, 叉燒皮香有少少焦肉嫩混元天成, 配菜係少見嘅炒芽菜簡單直接地做到甘草綠葉呢個重要角色。每樣都畀到好足料, 所以絕對係一個畀你食到飽,嘆到夠嘅用餐體驗。我今次難得經過所以叫咗份「皇牌四寶飯」食,媽啊, 除咗之前講嘅,個燒腩仔入口真係好juicy,重點係所有肉都重係暖嘅,更甚者隻咸蛋溏心黃油,真係令到叔叔不行了,食完邪惡到有信心去毀滅地球。太子爺話呢度冇野好,係個價錢好,我心諗你見笑喇,如果你比垃圾人食,就唔會一日賣成百隻雞啦。我知道佢絕對有技術衝去同再興、一樂、甘牌等等爭一日長短,但佢選擇默默耕耘, 用Canton Comfort Food守護住深水埗呢個老區嘅街坊同佢哋嘅胃口,呢種行為絕對配得上英雄呢個稱呼。你地話我嘅第一次食評唔寫佢,還誰呢?…Read More
