久別了松記好一段日子,沒想過竟有天可在屋企附近食到!雖然是晚雨下得很大,但仍無損我食糖水的雅興!晚飯過後就走去松記~~裝修環境與銅鑼灣的分店如出一徹,再看看餐牌,熟悉的甜品與糖水卻已配上陌生的價錢。正在爭扎揀幻彩明珠還是SUMMER!最後揀了SUMMER,而同行的媽媽就揀了蜜瓜涼粉。SUMMER來了!糖水大大碗!兩個雪糕球揀了朱古力和芒果,顯然是牛記的味道。雪糕球下的珍珠、西米和鮮果,材料新鮮,西瓜、哈蜜瓜多汁甜美,珍珠沾上芒汁和雪糕溶液非常好味、彈牙~~好QQ~~雖沒有甚麼技巧可言,卻吃到真材實料,鮮甜好味的甜品,還是很滿意!個人不喜歡涼粉,沒有嘗到媽媽的蜜瓜涼粉,沒法評論了~從前常去長沙灣的松記,經常是擠得水洩不通,等位的人潮夜愈多人,為的都是價廉物美的糖水,一碗幻彩明珠才$17。松記來到將軍澳,糖水依舊平實,不賣華麗裝飾,實而不華,依然真材實料,價錢亦已升了幾個價位。然而,鄰近有不少競爭對手,相隔沒幾個舖位有「聰X」和「五XXX」,價錢沒差多少,松記賣的種類和創意卻不及前兩店,要站得住腳確實不簡單!…Read More

小妹11月生日~朋友同我補祝~~~想起好耐冇食韓燒,所以就揀左佢~雖然好近自己屋企,但已經2、3年冇黎過...唔知變成點呢﹖$138一位任飲任食,唔算特別平,ok啦~牛肉﹕幾好食,夠林,夠入味,夠薄,燒完幾香口,好食!但係大小不一,大部份都好細片,所以我們係鐵板上炒....=.="豬扒﹕都幾薄,入味,但好「鞋」,麻麻地,食左一塊就冇再拎。金菇肥牛卷﹕正常的肥牛味同金菇味,冇咩特別,只係肥牛有d過肥,都係麻麻地~雞翼﹕唔錯!幾入味~~好食!墨魚仔﹕辣辣地,味道唔錯,都幾新鮮~魚塊﹕冇咩點醃,白雪雪細妯件咁,好難燒,差唔多燒親都黏左大部份係塊鐵板上面~~食落咸咸地~冇咩特別。仲有其他牛丸、龍蝦丸、蟹柳、腸仔、紅腸等普通野~~~熟食都有10多種選擇,有酸齋、炒粉絲、魚仔、泡菊、餃子等,賣相唔太吸引,我淨係夾左d芝麻凍白菜仔食,味道ok,咸咸地,有d芝麻香味。人蔘雞湯﹕睇到佢有成隻雞係煲入面,仲有好多碎蔘片同紅棗,飲落去好明顯係太多水,但蔘味好濃,雖然味道飲落去淡口d,但都飲到甘甘地的蔘味~~碗仔翅﹕都幾多料,肉絲同冬菇絲都有好多,味道也不錯~甜品有d糕點、涼粉、生果同維記雪糕~d糕點味道認真麻麻,一係就口感太實,一係就冇咩味,一係就味道怪怪的,所以都係放棄左~~生果得橙同火龍果...唔太好...所以冇食。雪糕ok~有3隻味~飲品有豆漿、酸梅沙、菜蜜~汽水要另加錢$8一罐~我飲左菜蜜,都幾香西洋菜味~甜味適中~~服務唔錯~可能因為平日,都冇坐滿,waiter比較得閒,在我們要求下幫我們換左3次都冇話我們~~~收碟加油等都做到足~~環境都唔錯~我們3個人坐卡位,前後都有電視睇到~~總體來說,雖說不上非來不可,但在將軍澳而言,它作為韓燒的唯一選擇,也算是合格了!一試無仿~…Read More

之前都有來食過幾次,印象都唔錯,食物亦很有質素,上一次已經是年頭一月既事,所以今次特意再來一次!星期六晚上7:30,本以為一定要等上一定時間才有位(根據前幾次的經驗),誰知一來到完全冇人等位,一來到已經立即安排入座,環顧餐廳都發覺還有唔少位~所以都覺得有點出奇~!同男朋友2個人,坐低就睇下收費啦~任食火鍋$158一位,茶芥每位$10,酸菜每位$10,醬油每位$8,加飲品任飲每位$15,當然仲有加一服務費啦~!!......哇.......淨係呢d附加費已經$60幾...........坦白講,覺得非常唔抵囉!但點都好,既然坐低左,就叫野食啦~~湯底點左招牌蕃茄湯+譚魚頭海鮮湯鴛鴦鍋~~唔好以為個蕃茄湯好健康,厚厚既油鋪滿左成個湯既面層,男朋友用匙羹嘗試清走d油,足足裝滿成碗(佢俾我地裝豉油既碗)...很可怕~~起左d油,終於見到d湯,只有一片蕃茄.....但個湯本身都好濃,味道也算是唔錯~寫紙點既只有肉類,其餘都係要出去以自助形式去夾返來食~寫紙就畫左肥牛、羊肉片和四川龍抄手~肥牛好碎濕濕,但就真係切得好薄,好快熟,但夾唔住,要用個火鍋杓來盛著先得~肥牛好林,好有牛味,完全唔會韌,唔錯!羊肉片都係好薄,但都係好碎,好在冇咩so味,少少啦,令我呢個怕so既人都可能食到~~而且都係唔會韌!好味~~四川龍抄手,普通既豬肉水餃,但d餃皮好滑,比較厚身,我個而言覺得幾好味,餡料既肉都覺得係新鮮既~之後就出左去拎野食啦~~~都有好多選擇,牛柏業、金菇、生菜、白菜仔、冬瓜、南瓜、豆腐、冰豆腐、山根、脆肉鲩、粟米、芋絲、粉絲、蕃茄、貢丸、蟹子丸、魚皮餃等等~~食才大致上都感覺好新鮮,放得亦好靚,令人感到衛生可靠~而且以自助形式,鍾意食幾多就拎幾多。牛柏業爽口,而且感覺幾乾淨,切得很幼,很易熟,唔錯!金菇都係靚料,唔會霉,而且都係洗得好乾淨~~生菜、白菜仔好嫩綠,唔會有d爛同黑既葉,非常欣賞~~脆肉鲩切得薄薄的,好快熟,但有點腥,食左2片就訓棄左~蕃茄好新鮮,好好味~其他大致上都普普通通~~但整體感覺都係乾淨衛生的~不過,食物種類唔算多,而且都只係一d非常普通既款式~唔係好值呢個價錢!$158人頭費,再加埋果d雜費,每人$215,講真真係覺得好唔抵!向來都鍾意去唔同既酒樓打邊爐,大多平均$100至$120一位,選擇多好多,而且海鮮都係任食,有蝦有蠔等等~依度真係好唔抵~要任食海蝦、炸魚皮果d要加$48,要任食蠔同東星班片要加$128....哇....如果加到咁,我可以去酒店食buffet啦~!!真係呢勁唔抵同唔值得~~我諗我以後都唔會來~~肯俾呢個價錢,有大把選擇啦~加價加到離晒譜~順帶一提,以前呢度有水晶奶黃包同水晶叉燒包用黎打邊爐,我年頭來既時候都仲有得食,但今次來已經冇左~!!(我都有少少係為左食呢2樣野而來....-____________-超失望~~~)食物種類普通,質素合格,只係物非所值~我會俾個「ok」你既~~…Read More

貴夾唔值又唔好食

近數月很少去cwb搵食,是夜和2位友人來個dinner兼girls' talk~來了pancake colours~從前也是常客,沒來好一陣子,menu改變了,價錢也加了不少,選擇卻少了!結果我自己選了龍蝦汁海皇焗飯﹕第一口吃下去,感覺是「很咸!」,過份濃味的感覺(我自問也已經很吃得濃味食物)!咸得其他配料也吃不出甚麼味道,但其實整個飯也是非常足料的,有青口、魷魚、魚塊、蝦海鮮等,但可惜太咸,遮蓋了所有味道~~10分滿分,我會俾4.5分。由於太咸,食到一半已經吃不去....友人點了紅酒汁牛尾燴飯﹕跟我的有同一問題,也就是非常濃味!牛尾肉和骨也有,都幾多件,初時也覺得味道還好,但愈吃愈覺得咸,友人亦是吃到一半也吃不下去。其實我還覺得有點so味,也幾濃烈,我吃了3數啖已經唔想食,唔係太接受得到。我只能夠俾3分。另一位友人點了炸雞件蛋包飯﹕3個飯當中,這個算是最好味。蛋內包住的是茄汁炒飯,味道唔錯,炸雞雖然炸得有點太過乾,但很香脆,味道也算唔錯~~~每人會想再吃多件。會俾7分。餐飲我選了凍朱古力,從前不用加錢,今次要加$2~但濃郁的程度卻又已經不比從前。其實這很多餐牌上的都只是非常普通的pasta、意大利飯,但價錢卻是$90幾至過$100不等,加上味道絕非出色,確是物非所值~埋單$300,這個價錢,我相信我有很多其他選擇~既然退步如斯,作為消費者有的是選擇,冇下次了。…Read More

早一天book了位,6點45分到達,還有大把位~從前山林道分店尚在時,大盛可說是我的飯堂,常常也去食,山林道分店關閉時,真的有點傷感~!害得我很想念它的辣酒煮蜆!是日到來,本打算一解思念之情,然而卻換來失望透頂!:(一場到來,打開menu,發覺換了新menu,當然是加價了,還轉換了一些菜式,但大體而言仍是分別不大。最後點了幾樣壽司和熱食。辣酒煮蜆﹕曾經每一次光顧也會點的菜,也是我今次來的目的,偏偏卻最令我失望!辣酒的湯底味道依舊,唯獨那些蜆卻令人非常失望,感覺非常不新鮮,不單只有沙,還有點腥,吃下去一點鮮味也沒有,也沒有蜆味,而且非常非常細隻,總而言之,不好吃!10分的話只能夠俾4分,這4分都是俾個辣酒湯底的。 豚肉麵豉鍋﹕這兒的火鍋亦曾是我的最愛之一,但今次同樣令人失望!整個鍋完全沒有麵豉味,湯底沒味道,最後和友人都是用辣酒煮蜆的湯浸食。豚肉雖然都算多,但有點so味,其他配料也不外如是,勁大量都是娃娃菜,還有少量冬菇、2件芋絲,但真的全沒有味道。10分滿分,也只能夠俾4分。甜蝦壽司﹕一上枱已覺得唔對路,2件當中,其中一件的其中一隻蝦是爛的,頭和身幾乎分開了,令人覺得唔好睇之餘,亦有唔新鮮的感覺。食落口,很腥呀!自問我很少嫌刺身會腥,皆因也很受得腥,但這蝦確是很腥,肉質也是有點霉,蝦頭的汁絕對是最最最腥.......很後悔點了這個..........10分滿分,只能夠有2分......鰻魚壽司﹕從前的鰻魚壽司大大件,今時今日的只有比2隻手指合起來的闊度更幼.......不過,幸好味道還是可以的。也有7分吧~~皆因確是不夠肥美,感覺好奀。帶子壽司﹕帶子唔算大隻,細細的,亦稱不上鮮甜,只是剛好合格吧~!5分~!!不過其實壽司整體而言,飯很鬆散,幾乎一夾就爛開....好好好失望呀!比起山林道的分店為何差那麼遠﹖都應該冇下次!:(…Read More

去開元朗,當然又是食田中的時候!每次食田中,都覺得抵食又好食!是日點了﹕$158壽司併盤﹕有15件壽司,全部大大件,4件三文魚、3件帶子、2件魷魚軍艦、2件鰻魚、2件北寄貝,仲有2件甜蝦!!!全部都非常大件,非常新鮮~~~三文魚勁大片肥美,帶子真係賣飛佛,非常鮮味,而且大大隻,鰻魚亦非常大件美味,北寄貝壽司則由2塊北寄貝舖面,正得不得了!甜蝦又係賣飛佛,成隻手指咁大隻,仲有頭有尾,蝦頭d汁都啜埋,好鮮甜!帶子刺身(16片)﹕雖然唔算好大隻,但勝味鮮甜味美,一件一啖,人間極品~吉焉炸蠔卷﹕總共4件,非常大件,蠔應該是即炸的,即使包了入卷,入口時仍有香脆之感,還有暖暖的感覺!蟹子沙律﹕青瓜絲略嫌不夠幼,有改善的空間,沙律醬和蟹柳亦略嫌太少~~三文魚刺身﹕非常的厚切,非常新鮮,色澤油潤,但其實切薄一點口感會更好吃(個人喜好)~~還點了三色刺身拼盤外賣~~3個人,埋單約$500~~~由於所有食物也非常新鮮美味,而且大大件,貨真價實,值回票價啦~!至於服務和環境,還是不要太高要求,總算有求必應,有張枱食飯,就是如此~~~食物質素已經贏晒~!期待下次~~!…Read More

與朋友共四人相約到amp飯聚~事前在openrice先搵下食乜,見到呢間有200幾個好評,於是就決定要來試下!6點幾就去到,唔使等位~坐得幾舒服,環境唔錯,座位亦算寬敞。大家都放工出來,已經非常肚餓,即刻睇menu睇下有咩食!見到有citibank優惠套餐,有二人餐和四人餐,但都唔太吸引,於是就決定睇主餐牌散叫!最後叫左6個菜﹕鮮菠蘿海鮮炒飯﹕原個菠蘿咁上枱,炒飯入面仲有好多鮮菠蘿肉粒,鮮甜略帶點酸,幾開胃。腰果和肉鬆鋪面,腰果香脆,肉鬆惹味~~飯粒炒得很乾身,味道出色~!citibank有優惠,原價$88,85折後約$66~超抵!馬拉盞通菜﹕一上枱已經聞到很香,食都好好味,吃上去有非常輕微的辣味,怕辣的人亦可以吃。通菜有別於平常街市買到的,這裡的比較細條,有d「碎濕濕」的感覺~~份量亦略嫌太少,一上枱的感覺就係﹕「e....咁細碟既」。泰式豬肉濕炒河﹕河粉睇落非常「油令令」,幸好食落唔覺太油膩。又確是名副其實的「濕炒」,非常多汁,吃下去的每一啖河粉都非常juicy~~正!嗜汁人士(我就係啦~!!)必食~配料有草菇、粟米芯、豬肉片和芥蘭,都算幾足料~鮮蝦金邊粉﹕用鮮蝦、銀芽作配料,用上「橙橙地色」、酸酸甜甜的泰式汁炒,附上青檸粒,可自己加青檸汁食,個人認為加左會更fresh更好味~!鮮蝦其實得幾隻,而且非常細隻,不過幸好金邊粉本身炒得唔會太乾,加上個味唔錯,所以冇餸都覺得好味。這味餸算是咁多碟入面份量最大的一碟,絕對係飽肚之選!$68,因為飽肚,所以抵食~炭燒豬頸肉米紙卷﹕都幾特色的一味~但米紙卷入面的豬頸肉冇乜味,而且好細粒,唔係好食得出咩炭燒味,甚至食唔出佢係一舊豬頸肉,只係食得出佢係一舊肉...=.="米紙卷入面仲包住左紅蘿蔔絲、生菜等,呢d疏菜味道好青,個人而言麻麻地喜歡。炭燒沙嗲(雞肉)(半打)﹕串燒大大串,沙嗲汁另上,自己鍾意唵幾多就唵幾多,汁入面有好多花生碎粒,成個汁整做得好香好濃,好正!雞肉亦炭燒得好香,但又唔會太乾,keep到d肉汁!好好味~~waiter服務亦好好,不斷收碟同加水,都加左4、5次水。但食到大約8點幾,waiter就不斷而且好快手來收碟,朋友食完最後一啖,筷子都未放低仲拎住,waiter就好似好趕咁想收碟,大家都覺得好odd,朋友「下?」左一聲,佢講左句唔好意思就冇收到走左....我知好多人等位,但都唔好咁丫...我地會走架啦~埋單$383~每人$90幾~~食到餐正野都算幾平幾抵食!…Read More

睇門面,這餐廳絕不像一間食日本料理的餐廳,因為實在和一間茶餐廳冇分別。是日食放題,一行8人。這是平日的晚上,入座率約只有三成,非常冷清。點菜的紙得2張,選擇唔多,但壽司、刺身、串燒、鍋物都有齊。刺身﹕有北寄貝、八爪魚、白拖羅、三文魚、甜蝦等,上得好快,叫左一陣就有得食。由於本人唔食魚類刺身,所以唔知咩味,但見佢d三文魚就切得好厚身,睇落去的色澤都唔錯既,男朋友說好味~佢話最正係白拖羅,口感好rich~我就淨係食左北寄貝、八爪魚同甜蝦~都算新鮮,但甜蝦唔知點解冇乜甘甜的蝦味...整體刺身而言我會俾到6-7分。蟹粥﹕完全係奇怪味。一d蟹味都冇,完全唔明點解叫蟹粥,蟹柳都唔見得有一條...=.="除左味精味,完全食唔到用咩黎整,好吊詭,仲要味精得黎係難食既。我只能夠俾佢1分。壽司﹕用四個字形容,送俾佢「不知所謂」。d醋飯整得好差,味道古怪,而且d米都硬硬地。叫左個帶子壽司,片帶子薄到透光,而且勁勁勁細片,我諗都有半隻手指公咁大片既~食落去完全唔知咩味,係零味道既~!!鰻魚壽司d鰻魚係乾既,完全冇汁~!!!都係果句,不知所謂。俾2分佢。鰻魚炒飯﹕用左極少鰻魚粒同雜菜粒炒,成碟飯都係豉油色既~~雖然唔係好食到有鰻魚味,但個味道其實都ok既,喊喊地帶輕微鰻魚味。都俾到6分。銀鱈鍋﹕鱈魚係冇味既,成個鍋除左幾舊魚,全部都係雜菜,而且冇乜味,d湯係水既味道加左鹽咁囉。4分~!!牛仔骨﹕好韌.,....味道還可以,都幾入味,正常,但真係好韌.....4分其他已經自動忘記左食過d咩啦....實在一d都唔難忘......全部都係4-5分......唔多記得.....飲品都係任飲,除左正常既可樂、七喜之外,仲有好多奇怪野,例如罐裝涼粉爽.....見到但我冇飲.....服務都ok啦~都有收下碟,叫佢落單都會應你既~正常啦~每人$148~唔使加一。唔好要咁高,都可以食到好飽既,就係好飽囉,味道千其唔好有要求。…Read More
