今日去開旺角行街,有啲肚餓。 既然旺角有咁多美食,就找吓有乜好嘢值得試行到去近花園街豉油街煙廠街附近,見到有間叫陳儀興潮式牛雜面之前試過一間叫陳義興打冷店,食物幾有水準 唔知係咪同一間集團,走過去問老細話係同一集團,一於入去試下店鋪雖然唔係好大,但勝在有香港情懷,食品款式都多,除左牛雜牛腩,魚蛋粉、水餃雲吞面,還有其他小食炸物 我哋叫咗個牛三寶淨食,本來想試牛沙瓜,因為唔係間間店有得賣,好可惜沽清所以轉咗同樣比較稀有嘅海參腩河粉,另加$26轉做餐,有碟油菜或炸魚皮和有杯飲品。牛三寶淨食:份量大大碟有牛腩,牛筋同牛肚。 牛腩一層筋膜一層肉,食到濃濃嘅牛味 牛筋入口膠質豐富,口感軟滑 牛肚炆得非常入味入口好腍唔使用力咬 碟底還有厚厚生菜墊底,生菜索咗腩汁非常美味海蔘腩河粉:湯底幾好味,飲左唔會口乾。 河粉粗幼適中,滑滑嘅口感。 海蔘腩比牛腩更瘦全無肥膏,但入口都唔鞋,而且牛味比牛腩更濃腐乳通菜:長短適中,鮮嫩爽口炸魚皮:入口鬆化脆薄:)鹹檸七同龍鳳可樂,兩款都好好飲 但比較鐘意龍鳳可樂,因為鹹寧加鮮檸檬撞埋一齊個感覺好正。最後結論係,我覺得潮式牛腩係濃味d鹹d。可能分别在一個用鹵水一個用花椒八角來炆牛腩題外話如果大家想試到一些稀有部分最好提早啲去,因為我哋中午去嘅時候好多都賣晒,而且坐無虛席,還有個辣椒油幾惹味…Read More
