遙食評應承咗師姐請食飯,揀咗良辰吉日找數,朋友介紹咗一間土瓜灣開業咗13年,性價比高嘅居酒屋,我同師姐都係喜歡日本飲食嘅朋友,所以趁做嘢食好嘢。 第一次幫襯嘅客人都會好奇一件事,「點解老闆係韓國人,唔開韓國餐廳,會開日本居酒屋?」 原來愛屋及烏嘅老闆喺香港住咗將近20年,了解香港人喜歡日本菜,所以投其所好。佢喺韓國老家修讀酒店管理,之後喺酒店嘅日本餐廳工作,所以老闆係日本菜同埋日本清酒嘅專家,因此我哋呢一餐就交畀老細發辦。 同師姐傾咗冇幾多句,就上咗牛油果大蝦沙律,呢道沙律賣相看似普通,其實一入口就會見真章。首先感受到沙律菜嘅新鮮爽脆,車厘茄粒粒飽滿,大蝦口感實淨,牛油果嘅軟硬質感啱啱好,唔會過熟或者過生,係多咗少少沙律醋,整體感覺吸收緊源源不絕嘅大自然嘅能量。 跟住上嘅就係居酒屋必備嘅串燒,老闆幫我哋揀咗白鱔、雞腎、牛舌、同埋黑豚蘆筍卷。食材新鮮,上菜嘅食物幾乎都係原汁原味,只係牛舌配芥末籽醬。白鱔爽脆,雞腎爽口。坊間嘅串燒牛舌,喺一款容易燒到輆口嘅一道菜,師傅突出牛舌嘅味道,加埋芥末籽醬,係平常日本菜以外嘅食法。黑豚蘆筍卷,黑豚燒肉片不油不膩,包住幼嫩嘅蘆筍,係一個味道同賣相都精緻嘅組合。 食完串燒,當然要體驗遙嘅招牌刺身,因為係公事會面,所以刺身組合比較簡單,包括三文魚、油甘魚、帶子、生蠔、同埋大蝦。日本直送嘅新鮮刺身,果然名不虛傳,三文魚同油甘魚都係提供優質部位,感受到滿滿深海好Omega-3 滋養。新鮮帶子、生蠔同大蝦,帶子清新,質感柔軟。大蝦肉質彈牙,分開蝦頭同蝦頭嘅時候食嘅時候,蝦膏仲爆曬出嚟。最有感受就係隻生蠔,感受到大自然嘅海洋營養,口感creamy,加埋秘製醬汁,喺呢餐飯嘅一個高潮位。 老闆預計我同師姐未夠飽,所以推介咗招牌菜牛舌芯丼,呢個牛舌芯丼認真不得了,牛舌係一款好講究功夫嘅食材,師傅首先挑選牛舌芯嘅部份,跟住薄切牛舌,厚度就好似牛肉丼嘅牛肉片差唔多,之後加汁燒。第一口牛舌片,口感細滑,完全唔覺得係食緊牛舌,好似食緊上乘嘅牛肉片咁樣,丼上面嘅新鮮雞蛋黃、秘製醬汁、椒絲同蔥花,呢個丼飯確實係招牌擔當,係另外一個高潮位。 最後俾我呢位為食朋友搵到紅豆冰卷呢度甜品,而家天時熱熱地,嚟一度冰涼嘅甜品實在係賞心樂事。呢個紅豆冰卷特別嘅地方,就係冰卷嘅餡係紅豆蓉再加綠豆蓉嘅組合,我請教老闆點解係紅豆加綠豆嘅組合,老闆話綠豆嘅口感會比較清爽,打破咗日本紅豆配綠茶嘅固有印象,皆因高人氣,餐廳開幕到而家紅豆冰卷就已經長賣長有。本來我師姐已經食飽,都忍唔住試呢個冰卷,仲要外賣四件返屋企開心share! 原來遙係土瓜灣嘅地區招牌,交通便利,土瓜灣港鐵站B出口一到地面就見,目標係提供性價比高嘅日本菜,13年來韓國人老闆已經同當區居民建立咗非一般嘅感情,一早超越老闆同食客之間嘅關係,相信同韓國人老闆能夠講流利廣東話,喜歡同客人小酌一杯不無關係,喜歡居酒屋飲食嘅朋友一定要拜訪! 我同師姐深深感受老闆嘅對客人嘅溫柔細心,同老闆傾偈簡直如沐春風,之所以遙嘅飲食咁得客人歡心,皆因老闆用心經營,會不停Review 遙嘅菜單,務求客人能夠享受飲食嘅快樂。今次實在感謝朋友嘅推介,令我同師姐無論身體同心靈都得到滿滿嘅滋養。#遙 #土瓜灣 #居酒屋 #日本菜 #日本居酒屋 #刺身 #串燒 #牛脷 #空運到港 #日本直送…Read More
