之前朋友介紹過,想吃傳統糖水就要去蘭苑,就在行完花市,和家人一共4人,約晚上10時到達.座位不多,等了一陣才有4人枱,見餐牌款式數量不多,我們分別點了4款不同的熱糖水.
我點了燉南北杏雪耳,有好多雪耳,味道清甜,滋潤,是特別好味的清甜味,
老闆娘說他們是用蜜糖,不是沙糖冰糖,有好大分別.
媽媽點了燉木瓜,說木瓜入味,很明顯是燉的效果,不是煲熟的效果,有心製作,是寒冬必食滋潤糖水.:)
爸爸點了燉蛋,說很滑,少甜,做得不錯.(他要求很高,難得由他口中說不錯,應是很好
)
妹妹點了番薯糖水,讚不絕口,我都試食小許,番薯很"淋",有薑味,甜度很適中,難怪我的朋友極力推介,是必食糖水.
