唔知是否太多顧客，招待人員好差，有不耐煩的感覺，有三名客人被安排坐在四人的卡位，當有另一名男人表示自己是等候四位，招待人員為了留住那位男士，竟直接用帶著藍色手套(接觸過食物+收拾過枱面=不清潔)的手在問都無問過顧客情況下拿起本身被安排坐在四人坐位的手袋，拿起後才表示請顧客讓出一位坐位給那位表示自己是等候四位的男顧客，這位做法確實過份。第一，我明白在商言商，想客似雲來，最好哩頭食完哩頭走人，但招待員你對手套有污漬，你在問都無問過客人下拿起顧客手袋，那會整污垢顧客手袋。第二，你可先表示讓客人讓出坐位，客人會自動自行拿起手袋，不用你未經許可下拿起顧客手袋，這可避免了被懷疑偷手袋的情況。第三，那男顧客表示自己是等待四人坐位，但人未到齊，所以根本不急於去坐位，加上本身被安排坐在四人坐位的顧客尚未食完，招待員就大大聲表明叫那男顧客坐下，還說這三名顧客就快食完，這樣做根本是令顧客應為顧客只需俾錢，食唔食根本唔重要，錢才是最重要，果然在商言商。食物上罐湯餃似一個雞包仔放在湯中，紫薯流沙正常表現，唔特別，就是一個紫薯流沙，馬拉高好清淡似無調味，一個字「清」，小籠包正常，唔特別。…Read More
