A hearty, satisfying meal at Coast Seafood and Grill.We are a group of foodie with a dedicated Meal Planner to make sure we alll eat well. The recent dinning experience at Coast in Causeway Bay definitely worth a moment to document and share with fellow gourment lovers.Starters- Jamon Iberico Ham- one of the best food on earth. The texture is smooth and rich, savory taste. The winelist in Coast is extensive enough to pair with all dishes. Oysters- The freshly-shucked creamy osyters in their own salty juices nestling in their half shells. Gorgerous!Herbs and Sun-dried Tomato Baguette- Sizzling hot and crusty while bread inside is sponge. It was served togther with the black truffle butter. You simply want it again. The clams are fresh, even sweet with no trace of fishiness. We slurped up the broth after finishing all the meaty clams.Garlin Prawns with Chilli- This one is a guaranteed dish. Buttery and frangrant King Prawns.Spinach and Mozzarella in Fillo Pastry- the layering of baked fillo is perfect while the spinach and Mozzarella blended ah-maz-ing together.Main Courses-Grilled US OP Rye Eye Steak (30oz)The size and the presentation of the Steak totally "wow" us. The steak was lean and served on a stone plate, very impressive. The steak was cooked to perfection and the new potato on ths side also tasted great in its natual flavor.Iberico Pork RackThe loin rank is the finest part of the Iberico pork, succulant and tender.On the sideBroken egg on French FriesMust try on the Menu. They made French Fries like no where else. The egg was fried the white are crispy and the yolk in melting out on the french fries. We ordered 2 potions.Dessert Time Did not get the names of the dessert as they were recommendation from the restaurant caption.
