3/5/20191120 見大角咀呢間新開了一段時間,就入去嘆番個午餐,見個餐牌已經轉晒午餐系列,但我個人一向中午都唔太"臭米氣",於是我揀佐個"星米";回覆:無米粉....無関係,我又揀佐個"肉絲炒河";回覆:無河粉....無関係,我再揀佐個"港式炒烏冬";回覆:無烏冬....,我不禁咁問:你個餐牌無公仔面,係咪得淨"焗飯"(焗我食飯),;回覆:我地有米線.....好,就試下你個米線,一望之下,原來只得兩款咁大把,仲要全是酸辣.....無關係,我又試下揀佐個"酸辣四寶"加多杯凍檸茶,等候期間,突然有把男聲勒令:你唔好座呢度,轉頭好多人,你同我座果度,原來有位黑恤男向我講.....好!我又睇下你稍後有幾多人,呢段時間我不時留意個黑恤男,我仿似睇到英雄本色中在懲教中的資深獄卒般,他的工作就係要入得黎既都要同我聽聽話話,我俾乜你就食乜,食完就同我番倉(番工).....無關係,唔好理佢就算,碗香噴噴既米線終於到啦,酸辣四寶:魚肉春卷-硬野黎,趙唔入....,魚片-正常,個湯咩味佢就咩味....,貢、牛丸-分唔到,因為都係帶强列雪味,整體來講呢碗野佢真係無失實陳述及無違及商品說明.....,我係唔會有過位既個人意見,等等....好似講漏佐個湯,以上述四寶加埋個湯底(我到現在都未釐清究竟係咩辣),我只係品嘗佐三分一淨米線我就完全放棄了番我個倉(公司)🤬,,,,到我算賬時(1155),個倉連一半人都無,若然想嘗試”王家飯“呢樹百份百俾到你,又係一間典型既泡沫餐廳,只向錢看,我期待下間既來臨,應該不用等太耐!…Read More

其實我是住附近的,恆常都有叫外賣的習慣今日亦一樣我選擇了呢間良友冰室,12:11pm落單,點了常餐要吉列豬扒另外個麵加$4轉出前一丁凍檸檬茶少甜,跟著12:20pm打電話同我核對地址話宜家送來,結果12:50pm送到(其實來我屋企不到5分鐘路程),當我打開個外賣時我發現杯凍檸茶是沒有冰的而個麵已發脹、無湯、無色、無麻油,還沒完,當然即時致電投訴,接電話個阿姐,非常不耐煩地回應得啦、知啦,做過比你.....收綫!出奇地快10分鐘我門鐘已響,當下我很欣慰,個外賣阿姐還不好意思前唔好意思後,不過好笑的在後,當我打開原來呢間野所謂做過的是一杯凍檸茶(正常有冰)及一碗淨湯另外加一包麻油!係深水埗區一個常餐收$50唔係問題,問題是比D乜野收得起呢個價,一間餐廳錯做或遲做小不免,但連做過一個麵都咁小家我都係第一次見,結果當然我係唔會辛苦自己,還打算寫完此評後送番個麵請佢地食!…Read More

完全漠視客人感受的自滿串燒店
滿串自家醃制串燒店 (砵蘭街)

本人當晚與友人於旺角消遣完,步行至長沙街一帶,看見平時5:00am收工的滿串還頗多人客(當時4:45am),於是步入該店先問截call 未,店員回應未,我亦即拿起點菜紙下筆只點了數款串燒:大虎蝦、蟶子x2、扇貝x2、翠玉瓜、一口牛、羊架、冬菇,還還紀得落單時間是4:50am,落單後我就坐在一角等候,到5:00am左右已見他將食物分類一件一件放入已用錫紙預墊好的外賣盒內,但沒想過,原來這些食物在現埸還要多等20多分鐘才可交到我手上,原因竟然為了一隻大虎蝦,一隻大虎蝦要足足燒30分鐘嗎?我等到5:20am忍不住口問了一聲,店員回覆2分鐘、2分鐘,還欠隻虎蝦,到了5:25才完成了那精心制作的外賣!由該店步行回家時間要15分鐘,到我打開與家分亨時,除了得隻還稍熱的大虎蝦外,其他的我都以為自己叫了冷盤了,食串燒必須要熱食,店主懂得用錫紙墊外賣盒也是想保特溫度,否則肉類食品因涼了油分凝固而失去香味還難以入口,海鲜類更甚,只能感到吃了一口冷冷的蒜蓉,一間以自家醃制號稱即叫即燒的串燒店連一些基本對食材的了解也怱略,往我還花了388元想着可品嚐一餐美味的消夜,真的名過於實,希望這只是偶然失手之作,並非該店對食材或客人的恒常態度,而我亦不會再光顧外賣,堂食還可考慮!…Read More

呢間野我哋一入秋冬點都要去返兩三次嘅,由大角咀開始已經覺得佢哋好得,知道觀塘有新店即時組隊試新場 ,一行廿多人約七點多到,先講講方便程度,地鐵D4出行2分鐘就到更欣賞今次地點居然有.....𨋢直達(雖然只限貨𨋢),上到13樓一出𨋢有埋Banner指示,不用四圍找,比起其它天台BBQ場,直頭無得頂!跟著就要講講地方及設備,一入到去地方相當寬敞,比較前店大一倍多,冷氣相當充足而呢間仲有兩部鏢機,正!跟著店員先安排我們座低稍息片刻(每個店員均著正整齊制服),待開爐後由另一位店員帶我們到天台開餐,沿途每位店員非常有禮貌,上到天台地方比室內更大,光線充足,可能新裝原因感覺非常整潔,中間有架盛食物嘅食物車,我即時行去睇睇......嘩! 多過之前呀!數落有三十幾樣,一埋位即刻食我最欣賞既魷魚鬚,放上網炒呀炒呀 ....呢度嘅魷魚選用非常大嘅魷頭開,條條口感十足,味道帶些少香辣宜切忌燒太耐,見到收汁乾身就是最佳入囗時間:),鷄亦方面有香茅同香辣,絕對是兩種極端味道,但辣嗰款我就有些頂唔順....堅辣!另外金沙骨我係其他燒烤場都有食過,又實且雪味重,呢度嘅金沙骨不但肉質鬆軟而且醃得剛剛夠味,這可能同佢哋天天根據訂座人數醃制食材有關,仲有一定要食嘅就係豬頸肉,切得薄尺寸兩隻手指大細唔需燒太耐,秘制醃料效果野味帶些微咖哩香,今晚我本人就無叫海鮮啦,但見D朋友有食大虎蝦(好大隻呀), 見到佢哋今次有大頭蝦供應,下次再黎一定要試試, 不得不提呢度有個四眼店員招呼無得彈,我D朋友多多聲氣又多要求,佢全程笑容招待,一問之下原來係呢度嘅老闆,難怪其他員工D服務水準都有番咁上下啦,由fill食物,加炭,加飲品全程自動自覺,食物方面首選推介:魷魚鬚,豬頸肉,叉燒粒,豬扒,大虎蝦($28好抵食)!食飽飽成班朋友落樓下唱K吹水,差不多十二點,我們取回預先放在店內雪櫃的旦糕,佢哋仲幫我安排生日歌,到差不多一點埋單走人,如此服務仲連加一都無,我真的非常滿意! :) …Read More
