聽講最近新開間以貓為主題的烤肉店,身為貓奴的我當然要去試味😋一入門口已經有隻大大招財貓坐鎮,餐廳環境好大,座位十分廣闊,坐得好c服。佢哋價錢都好抵食,大概$200中就有間烤肉拼盤,肉類種類+份量都多。小食都係$50樓下就有,窮有窮食🤭每張枱上都有調味料同油,自由調配。有烤肉汁、柚子醬油、雪米餅乾料(辣椒粉)柚子醬油酸酸甜甜,十分開胃🤤再配埋雪米餅乾料,更加惹火貓抓全明星拼盤$248有7款肉類🥩,藤椒牛舌、蒜香五花肉、炭燒梅花肉、藤椒雞、秘製牛五花、牛板腱、果味肩里脊 款款肉都好味😋肉類肥瘦均勻,係晒呢到。個人最鐘意食果味肩里脊 同藤椒雞果味肩里脊 係加入咗菠蘿去醃製,有甜甜果香味,十分滋味。而藤椒雞就加入新鮮青花椒同四川糊辣椒,少少辣同麻香味重,燒完好香口,十分上癮。咔吧雞脆骨$58藤椒雞$58藤椒雞太正,忍唔住要再encore多碟🤣🤣咔吧雞脆骨姐係雞軟骨,份量幾多,加咗燒汁同芝麻調味,十分香。貓抓烤茄子$38有蒜蓉同辣椒🌶️去烤,味道正常,可以再咸少少仲惹味。用鐵板上菜,可以保存到熱辣辣嘅溫度。烤雞翅(6隻)$48雞翅大大隻厚肉,烤得啱啱好熟,保留到雞肉肉汁係到。調味方面都係咸少少會正啲貓檸茶$22檸檬百香果茶$28飲品方面無得調教甜度同少冰,幸好貓檸茶都唔會好甜😮‍💨而檸檬百香果茶有啲可惜,太甜了…落太多百香果醬 令到檸檬味淡了。如果甜度可調就會唔錯…Read More

好開心友人今日帶我來到中環食好西🫶🏻餐廳透過形、念、事、物四個面向,以煥然一新方式演繹中菜,創造充滿驚喜的玩味菜式。裝修十分高貴,先由大門一道古色典雅的長廊,慢慢走進深綠色的草園大堂。餐廳可以欣賞到維港優美景色,好浪漫🌹坐低服務員會問你飲咩茶,為你沖炮熱騰騰嘅中國茶,邊品茶邊欣賞景色🩷我哋點咗世味人生 Menu$1388(位)-滕椒蔥油蟶子皇作為前菜真係十分驚喜,由外觀到味道上真係震驚。一上菜有一道仙氣慢慢散開,再聞到好香滕椒油嘅味道👅感覺會好辣 不過食起上嚟係完全唔辣,只是重好香嘅滕椒味。蟶子皇好大隻,肉質厚而嫩滑,食到我好驚嘆🫢-20年古越龍山花雕鮮鮑魚·梅子蕃茄·海蜇銀花鮑魚肉質鮮嫩,口感滑潤,咀嚼時感受到鮮甜海味。花雕酒香氣獨特,帶點甜味,提升了整道菜層次感。-綿綿川貝杏汁花膠螺頭燉蜜瓜湯首先有嚿綿綿 係由帶子加蛋白打成一球,質感很綿密,微微帶子香味。湯色水燉到奶白色,杏汁為湯品帶來果香,提升風味。花膠厚而滑嫩,富有彈性,吸收晒湯汁精華。 蜜瓜的清甜,增添了清新感,令整體口味更加平衡。一直都唔食杏汁嘅我,今日甘拜下風飲晒成碗湯🙂‍↕️ -脆皮海參 麒麟魚輕輕香炸的海參配上鮑魚汁,海參炸過後唔會好乾。魚肉以立磷燒方式去烹調,魚肉的麟被滾油炸得十分香脆,估唔到麟片都可以食得🤣 魚肉質嫩又多汁,咬下去感受到肉鮮香。這道菜真係色香味俱全,再配濃郁鮑魚汁,簡直食到我好興奮😹-珍寶珠以桂圓紅棗製成雪葩,底層係紅棗糖水桃膠。味道好清新,有作清一清味蕾,再去品嚐下道美食。-太子玉枕香煎帶子 配 蟹皇醬豆腐,豆腐外滑嫩,內柔軟,係極佳嘅口感。蟹皇醬香濃,仲食到絲絲蟹肉。調味適中,不會過咸都不失蟹肉鮮味,完美提升豆腐的風味。菜色上嘅黑醋珠仲中和蟹皇嘅油膩感👍🏻-茅台鮮蠔屈雞煲鮮蠔新鮮肥美,雞件香煎得好香口,仲好吸汁,加埋茅台酒,更提升雞鮮味。-甘栗珍菌炆飯白飯煮得剛好,粒粒分明,吸收了甘栗🌰同珍菌的鮮味。整體味道鮮美,甘栗的甜味為炆飯添了種獨特風味。-萬壽薑茶鴛鴦湯圓萬壽薑香氣濃郁,辛辣又不過於刺激,食落十分暖心。湯圓外皮Q彈,餡料香甜(芝麻同斑斕?)整體好啱依加冬天食,好暖心又滋潤…Read More
