得知上環有一間以中英合壁做主題的餐廳,立即帶表姐來試,因為她從英國回港探親,知道她很惦掛中菜,於是一定要帶她來,好好回味中英菜。餐廳以典雅海軍藍配純白色做主色,望上去十分大氣有格調,而且配合室外座位,感覺更有外國風,多添一分輕鬆感。看到餐牌說香酥鴨肉配薄餅是招牌菜,我們也馬上點了一份試。有點像皮片鴨的,但這個鴨肉是撕成一絲絲,而且鴨肉是經炸過的,所以入口比較香脆,但也就因此而變得頗乾。但配以青瓜絲和京蔥絲再加醬一起吃,也很有口感。另外一道招牌菜,炸蝦多士,一份有四塊,其實是兩片方面對砌成三角,多士炸得很香脆,外表還沾滿黑白芝麻,視覺或是口感都提升了。最後是表姊最想念的楊州炒飯,也是最出色的,炒底炒得剛好,不會過濕或過乾,炒飯粒粒分明。加上楊州炒飯的精髓,蝦粒帶子粒菜芯粒打成芡,湯汁濃稠度剛剛好,而且很夠鑊氣!我們還點了兩杯雞尾酒,味道不錯,就是酒精濃度頗高😂第一口就有點頭昏腦漲😂但邊吃邊喝就很寫意喇~整體而言,這間餐廳是頗有特性的,因以英國菜加中菜做主題,可以說是fusion or crossover的感覺,有炸魚薯條也有咕嚕雞球,有中國茶也有雞尾酒,應有盡有,總有合你口味的。而且環境舒適,是跟朋友或者情侶來放鬆食飯的好地方。…Read More

自從兩個月去到越南旅遊回來後都未食過越南菜,今晚心血來潮很想吃。見這間很多好評便去了。這家餐廳位置非常方便,正正在旺角銀行中心內。環境很大,很快便能安排入座。特別火車頭湯底用上牛骨來淆製,十分鮮甜。配料果然是特別,一般越式火車頭均用上牛肉作配料,這間是用了豬腳、豬肚、牛丸和生牛肉。豬腳和豬肚口感軟稔,煮得入味;而生牛肉口感嫩滑,肉味濃。柚子海鮮沙律越南菜的沙律最愛吃這款,柚子多汁清甜;沙律用上青木瓜絲,份量十足。海鮮有鮮蝦、蜆肉和魷魚。配上越式沙律醬汁,酸酸甜甜的很開胃。咖哩牛腩鍋配印式薄餅牛腩鍋以小爐點上火蠟滾著,長時間保持熱度,畢竟咖哩要熱辣辣才好吃。咖哩味道夠香,不算太辣;牛腩肉質厚實重牛味,而且吸盡咖哩香味,非常惹味。不我不提,咖哩和印式薄餅真的是天生一對,薄餅酥脆重牛油香,沾上咖哩口感和味道都是一流的。青檸梳打梳打水用上泰國象牌那款,青檸味道清新,非常配合這種味道較濃的主菜一起飲用,清新解渴。…Read More

近年,愈來愈多餐廳推出吉列牛,朋友介紹這間「琥酌」好食,今晚出尖沙咀行街便去試了。餐廳位於海防道中間,十分方便;餐廳裝潢走日本古典風,店內的牌扁非常搶眼,很有氣派!食品種類多都,有刺身、壽司、一品小食、熱食、丼飯等,最出名的當然是吉烈牛了,差不多每枱都是必點item!餐廳嚴選鹿兒島或宮崎的A5和牛,及美國頂級安格斯牛肉作為吉烈牛。我們今天試美國安格斯那款,一份牛大約有8件,每件的油花都均勻分佈,都算厚切,約有1cm左右,牛肉外表被一層炸得金黃的香脆炸皮包著,內裡仍呈半生熟狀態,非常吸引!店員詳細介紹食法,放於小鐵板上每面燒大約15-20秒即可,肉質軟稔無筋,油脂香完成溶在口腔,配上海鹽,柚子胡椒及芥末醬汁更加提升牛肉鮮甜味。另外再點了一份火龍卷,反卷形式包著忌廉芝士、三文文魚、炸蝦和青瓜。口感豐富,青瓜中和了膩感,cream chesse和炸蝦味道濃郁。另外再點了一份蒲燒鰻定食,份量驚人,是原條鰻魚上菜的,長度到完蓋過圓碟的直俓。鰻魚啖啖肉,肉質爽彈,肥美鮮甜。加上鰻魚汁燒得香噴噴,下飯一流。定食類會跟一份工文魚蟹柳沙律和野菜豚肉湯,更有甜品附送,超豐富!…Read More

朋友在中港城上班,今晚待她下班後便到附近吃晚飯,誤打誤撞走到海威附近,有職員在樓下派傳單,原來是中式餐廳,有小菜及粥粉飯吃,便上去試試。餐廳食物款式繁多,有海鮮有燒味有小菜等,可說是廳有盡有;跟朋友們點了一個晚市套餐。招牌胡椒豬肚湯,份量超多,每人至少喝了兩滿碗,胡椒味香辣而不嗆,咸菜和豬肚份量都很多,喝了很暖胃。燒味方面有蜜汁度叉而燒和白切雞,一段的燒味店吃到的燒味都冷掉了,這間真的超讚,熱燙燙非常好食,雞肉嫩滑無比,叉燒入味,肥瘦適中。蒜蓉蒸半邊蝦,份量十足,甜蒜鋪面,再淋上熟油,非常惹味,蝦肉鮮甜爽彈。魚香茄子煲是拌飯良伴,超級夠鑊氣,茄子色澤光亮,不會出現氧化的顏色。肉碎和茄子都吸收了蝦醬的味道,超好食。餐廳位置雖然不算太就腳,但可算是隱世美食,食物有水準,多走幾步來吃也很值得!…Read More
