We had been going to One Cuisine for dim sum lunches and dinners on several occasions and had always enjoyed the food and service. Last night we celebrated 2 friends birthday and had a very unsettling experience, not only the happy event was spoiled and everyone’s evening was disrupted. It all started with your staff keep pushing for the Alaska King crab which we turned, then next minute we were asked if the birthday buns should be served - we had not even started to place our food order yet! Despite these hiccups we tried to enjoy our dinner. At the end of the meal we paid with a credit and continued our conversation. When we decided to leave we found out the credit card and receipt were not returned, it was at least a 15 minutes lapse! your staff without extending any apology but gave us a lame excuse that she forgot. Now you tell me if the restaurant only had 2 tables left (1 was us) that she can forget ...... I hope I can get the management to attend to such misconduct. This caused inconvenience - the card holder proceed (as she was worried) to take precautions as the card was out of her sight for more than 15 minutes sufficient time to commit any fraud . The credit card was reported to the card center for necessary action. One last thing, your staff had been very rude to us that when we asked if your restaurant belonged to another group and she commented that we are crazy 黐線is how she put it.
