Went for lunch with some friends at Goose Island Taproom. Seating was spacious and the atmosphere was perfect for a Friday afternoon. We ordered 4 lunch sets to share. We tried all three starters, including the buffalo wings, ceaser salad and prawn toast. All were freshly made to perfection. The burger was spot on, the bacon was crispy and the patty juicy. Even though we left the burger out for a good 10 minutes before our friend arrived, it did not turn soggy and the bun was still crisp. The Fish N Chips was fairly authentic, even came with a vinegar dip. The flank steak had a nice twist to it, served with minced pepper and grilled brussel sprouts. I got 3 pastries from the shop last night, a chocolate bagel, a matcha mochi bagel and a croissant, all of them tasted great. I had the chocolate bagel straight away and it was amazing, chewy and very chocolaty without being too sweet, just the way Hong Kongers like it. The croissant was also made to perfection, crispy and airy with a thin layer of glazing on top.Would definitely return again!…Read More

餐廳裝修唔錯, 一入去嘅感覺幾好但係就有啲逼. 本身自己唔係好ho內臟, 所以打開餐牌已經無乜啱食. 雖然好樂滿係主打內臟, 但係都有其他熟食同肉類. 我同朋友就每人叫咗嗰熱食再點咗幾樣肉(排骨,雞軟骨串,雞翼同埋雞髀肉). 石頭飯淡咗啲, 無乜餸不過加咗佢個醬油就好番啲. 肉類相對遜色, 味道淡之如重殘留一陣雪味, 雞軟骨串更比相像中硬. 每份嘅份糧都好細, 比一隻豉油碟重細. 食完嘢埋單嗰陣問題就出現啦. 由於我哋行AA制所以一早已經計好數, 但係單上嘅銀碼卻不止幾蚊嘅出入.一再check單都覺得唔係好對路, 係加一嗰欄發現多咗好多$$. 經過店員一番吃力嘅解釋後, 原來該點嘅加一方式有啲特別(定枱嘅朋友小心). 由於我哋好多人定枱所以要落定,每人$100. 埋單嗰陣係以4人嘅單位.點員解釋話落定嗰到要先加一, 食完個總數再加一. 雖然定金會喺總數裡扣除, 但定金已加咗兩次一...... 即係: 如: 定金:400 總數:600(已加一) 400x10%=$40 總數(400+200)x10%=$60 需比$600+($40+$60) =$700 …Read More
