今日同幾個朋友仔係旺角行完街,見有點肚餓就搵野食,經過瓊華中心見有個姐姐派傳單話有韓式火鍋咁特別就一於上去試下先,環境裝修都幾寬敞,無咩油煙味,睇下餐牌原來有好多野食,有火鍋同炸雞,仲有好多水果雞尾酒,最終我地都係選左海鮮火鍋同三層雜錦蒸籠.最初以為同港式打邊爐一樣用電磁爐加個湯窩,原來佢地係無爐,就咁吊住個湯窩就可以滾,真係第一次見.跟住海鮮配料有蝦,鮑魚,觸,游魚,都算新鮮.三層雜錦蒸籠我就覺得有點似蒸氣塔啦,不過佢地就用點心籠,特別要讚下既係佢地韓國肉腸真係幾好食,多汁,肉嫩,同德國大肉腸好唔同.…Read More

雖然仲有一星期先到母親節,難得屋企齊人於是就提早慶祝,細佬提議不如食泰國菜,於是我地一家人就去左紅椒力量.一入去裝修同其他泰菜餐館有D分別,比較簡撲為主,好多木^ ^,好似入左樹林咁.我地點左幾道阿媽最鐘意既菜式,分別有泰式冬陰功,佢地冬陰功做得好好,酸辣適中,隻大頭蝦好大隻,好鮮,值得讚.第2道就係我最愛,泰式生蝦刺身,食過好多間唔同既泰菜館,呢間生蝦用新鮮海蝦做,夠晒大隻,肉多,爽口,都要比個叻.第3道另我有驚喜既係泰式海南雞,雞煮得好滑,肉嫩,有雞味,配汁好特別,侍應講起佢地自己調制,有雞汁,酸酸地,好好味.最後點左一個原隻椰青海鮮焗飯,望落以為得好少,原來都夠我地4個人食,椰青飯混入左新鮮椰奶同埋椰子肉,好鮮甜.總括來講出品都幾好,價錢合理,低食.…Read More

今次介紹既係位於荃灣的「龍門一番上海‧紫砂燉湯」,一室清新小Café格局,菜式亦以健康滬式料理作招徠,本人首要介紹的是魔鬼天使小籠包,一黑一白,外皮做得非常薄,一啖咬落去,肉汁非常多,鮮味極濃,香味滿口,難怪差不多每枱客都點了這道菜.至於上海人最愛吃的京燒羊腩,大廚選用較年幼的羊仔作材料,肉質很嫩,脂肪部分明顯較少,吃起來不會太油太膩,更沒有"SO"味,另外餐廳還供應以原盅紫砂鍋炮製的清燉湯水,其中改良自上海沙鍋雲吞雞的花膠螺頭乾貝燉雲吞雞湯,以沙鍋原盅燉至少6小時,即使不加調味料,湯頭仍然鮮香美味,原汁原味,正。餐廳格局與一般上海小餐館不同,用上原木及綠色植物作點綴,配合木製桌椅及設計得像間小屋子的獨立卡座,很別緻,給人一種清新健康感覺。 …Read More
