星期日夜晚, 家人提議食呢間~去之前都唔知食咩, 去到原來係食炭爐打邊爐+BBQ...心知不妙。據過往經驗, 逄係自己燒烤既都好難好食得去邊...18:30 到, 佢地D位扎擺到一街都你係, 唔知點解好多人企晒係到食等位等到20:00...終於有位但帶我地7 人去咗個完全無燈光既位開枱:(...咁黑, 點食呀? 想睇下D野熟未都好難啦要求換第二度光D既位, 有個阿叔就開另一張枱俾我地(露天), 好過無啦(有幾張枱有光燈射住, 我地呢邊無)張木摺枱中間有個人手開既長方形洞, 相信係用黎放炭爐食物到了, 窩到了, 大家就對住中間個長方形洞等等等等多半粒鐘先有人得閒上個爐
佢地用既其實唔係炭, 而係大陸用既煤炭, 即係圓型中間有好多個洞個種...得唔得ga...兩條生茄子成條上, 生魚都係成條上, 但個爐上咗個窩後得一半位又唔夠位燒唯有燒下乳鴿, 另一邊打住邊爐先燒乳鴿...結果因為太猛火, 燈光又唔夠, 燒到外面黑晒, 入面依然係生...燒羊架, 情怳都一樣, 佢d生肉全部都無味...要我地自己加d味粉先有少少味打邊爐食物只叫咗: 肥牛(得6-8片), 墨魚丸, 蟹子丸, 響鈴, 皇帝菜係肥牛幾好食, 其他都一般另外燒野食因為太暗, 全呈都要用手機燈照住燒, 火太猛d野又易燶又唔熟最後既燒物: 烏頭魚, 蕃薯, 茄子正常外, 其他都唔食得!最重要後加既所謂西冷牛排...燒完食落先發覺酸既!!!已變壞!!! 同阿姐講, 佢踩我地都傻, 好在全埸得一個阿叔好人, 話唔收呢個牛排錢:)食完大家都一肚氣, 又唔飽, 埋單仲要$1077! 真係一肚氣…Read More
